Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a message pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, obtaining category information of a message to be pushed, and generating a first message based on the category information and the content of the message to be pushed;
specifically, the to-be-pushed message described herein refers to a message that a server is about to push to a user electronic device, where the server may be a server of an application program.
In the embodiment of the present application, the category information of the message to be pushed is classification information indicating the importance degree of the message to be pushed, and for example, it may specifically include an urgent category, an important category and a general category, and may also be other category information capable of indicating the importance degree.
The server determines the corresponding category information according to the type of the message to be pushed, the type of the message to be pushed is a preset type, for example, the type of the message to be pushed may include a chat message type, an application hot spot message type, an application upgrade information type, and the like, while different types of the message to be pushed may correspond to different category information, for example, the message to be pushed belongs to the chat message type, the corresponding category information is an important category, for example, the message to be pushed belongs to the application hot spot message type, and the corresponding category information is a general category.
In the embodiment of the present application, the category information corresponding to different types of messages to be pushed may be preset, and specifically, may be preset in the server, or may be set by a user sending the corresponding relationship to the server.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a category information setting interface of an application push message provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, for example, three types of push messages in the application are a chat message type, an application hotspot message type, and an application version upgrade information type. In the setting interface, through a pull-down menu, a user can set information categories of the three push message types, wherein the information categories can be set as an emergency category, an important category and a general category.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can set corresponding category information for different types of push messages of each application program in the electronic equipment according to personal requirements, for example, regarding financial applications, for a user who needs to pay on time, in order to ensure that monthly payment is made without influencing social credit, the type of the message for payment reminder pushed by the application can be set to be an emergency category or an important category so as to perform emergency reminder or important reminder; for sports application, for users who like sports, the message type of match events pushed by the application can be set as an important category, so that the users can be reminded to pay attention to the favorite events in time; regarding music-class applications, for users who like music, a message type of song recommendation pushed by the application may be set as a general category, regular reminders may be made, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, the user electronic Device may be any terminal Device that supports application message pushing, such as a mobile phone, a touch screen computer, a palmtop computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable Device, a PAD (Portable Android Device), and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited specifically.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the acquired category information of the message to be pushed, the server can determine the importance degree of the pushed message, so that the user can be reminded by determining to adopt reminding modes with different strengths, and the effective pushing of the application message is ensured.
The first message described in the present invention refers to a message generated based on the category information of the message to be pushed and the content of the message to be pushed, and specifically, different instruction messages may be generated according to the category information of the message to be pushed, so that the electronic device is determined to perform different degrees of reminding on the content of the message to be pushed according to different instructions in the first message. The first message may specifically include a message to be pushed and a reminding instruction, where the reminding instruction may include a push message continuous sending instruction, a voice call instruction, a screen flashing instruction, a floating display instruction, and the like, and the instruction carried by the first message may also correspond to different types of information of the message to be pushed. For example, when the information category of the message to be pushed is important and urgent, it indicates that the message to be pushed is very important, the first message may carry a plurality of repeated push messages, for example, the first message includes five repeated push messages, and the same message is pushed at a high frequency in a short time, so that a prompt with a very high intensity is realized; for example, when the information category of the message to be pushed is an emergency category, the first message may carry a voice call instruction; for example, when the information category of the message to be pushed is an important category, the first message may carry a screen flashing instruction, which may instruct the screen of the electronic device to flash continuously; for example, when the information category of the message to be pushed is a general category, the message to be pushed is directly sent without adding an additional instruction.
Step 120, pushing the first message.
Specifically, after determining the first message, the first message is pushed to the consumer electronic device.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the first message, the electronic device is triggered to perform different message reminders according to different instructions carried in the first message, so that effective pushing of the pushed message is ensured, and user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic device receives the first message, when the category of the message to be pushed is an important and urgent category, the first message may carry multiple repeated push messages, and after the electronic device receives the first message, the electronic device may be triggered to perform repeated reminding operation on the content of the push message, for example, the electronic device may repeatedly receive multiple same push messages in a short time. For example, regarding emergency push of emergency messages, such as natural disasters such as earthquakes, emergency hedge information such as wars, the push information of this type does not need to be set by a user and necessarily belongs to an important and emergency category, and the hedge information can be effectively transmitted to each user through the above reminding manner, so as to effectively transmit the emergency hedge information, and the user can be reminded to make corresponding hedge measures according to information contents in time. In addition, an additional interface can be opened for the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment is specially used for receiving the pushed emergency message.
When the type of the message to be pushed is an emergency type, the first message also carries a voice call instruction, and when the electronic equipment receives the first message, besides the conventional push content, the electronic equipment also receives a voice call which prompts the user that the related push content exists.
When the type of the message to be pushed is an important type, the first message carries a screen flashing instruction, and after the electronic equipment receives the first message, the electronic equipment can control the screen of the electronic equipment to flash repeatedly for multiple times, so that a user is prompted to have the push message.
When the type of the message to be pushed is a general type, the first message can only carry a notification bar display instruction, and after receiving the first message, the electronic device is triggered to carry out conventional reminding, namely, the notification bar displays the pushed message.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to further enhance the user experience, the user can not only set the category information of the application program push message in the electronic device, but also search the processed historical push message, so that the phenomenon that the message is deleted by mistake and the important push message is missed is avoided, and the effect of supporting secondary browsing or multi-time browsing of the push message is realized.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a search interface of a history push message provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, a user can search a push message that was deleted by mistake before through the search interface of the history push message, so that a problem that the user cannot view the push message again after deleting the push message by sliding in the prior art can be effectively solved. For example, historical news information may be looked up and viewed again.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the application, in order to facilitate effective management of the push message by the user, the user may further set a push message notification interface of the application, where the set content includes a saving period, a saving number, and the like of the push message.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a push message notification setting interface provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, a user may set a saving duration and a saving number of push messages and view historical push messages in the push message notification setting interface, where the saving duration of the push messages may be set to the last three days, and the saving number of the push messages may be set to the last 30, and so on.
In the embodiment of the application, the type information of the message to be pushed is determined by judging the type of the message to be pushed, the importance degree of the message to be pushed is determined based on different types in the type information of the message to be pushed, first messages with different reminding strengths and containing the message to be pushed are generated according to the importance degree of the message to be pushed, the first messages are pushed to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment is triggered to carry out reminding operations with different degrees according to the different reminding degrees determined by the first messages, the application program messages are pushed in a targeted manner according to the importance degree of the message to be pushed, the message reminding of different degrees of a user is realized, the application program pushing messages with higher importance degrees are ensured to be effectively pushed, and the user is prevented from missing important message contents.
Optionally, the generating a first message based on the category information and the content of the message to be pushed includes:
under the condition that the category information is of a first category, generating a voice call instruction based on the content of the message to be pushed;
and generating a first message based on the voice call instruction and the content of the message to be pushed.
Specifically, the first category described in this application refers to a category representing the importance of a message in the category information of the message to be pushed, which may include an urgent category, an important category or an important and urgent category, and may also be other category information capable of representing the importance of the message.
The voice call instruction described in the present application refers to a call instruction carrying specific voice information, and is an instruction for initiating a voice call to the user electronic device, and if the voice call is connected, the specific voice information is automatically played in a call process, where the specific voice information may include content of a message to be pushed.
In the embodiment of the application, the voice call instruction may initiate a voice call to the electronic device, and also carry specific voice information including content of a message to be pushed, specifically, the specific voice information may be correspondingly carried with specific voice information expressing different degrees of importance for different first categories of the message to be pushed, for example, after the voice call is connected, a reminder expressing different degrees of importance and content of the message to be pushed may be used as content of the specific voice information to embody reminders of different degrees of importance.
In the embodiment of the application, when the server determines that the first type of the push message is the emergency type, a voice call instruction corresponding to the emergency type is generated, the reminding degree is extremely high, at this time, the voice call instruction can initiate a voice call to the electronic equipment, after a user is connected, specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction can be automatically played, and a section of content expressing the emergency reminding is played before the content of the push message is played.
When the server determines that the first category of the push message is an important category, a voice call instruction corresponding to the important category is generated, the reminding degree is high, at the moment, the voice call instruction can initiate a voice call to the electronic equipment, after a user is connected, specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction can be automatically played, and a section of content expressing important reminding is played before the content of the push message is played.
And when the server determines that the first category of the push message is an important and urgent category, generating a voice call instruction corresponding to the important and urgent category, wherein the reminding degree is highest, at the moment, the voice call instruction can initiate a voice call to the electronic equipment, after the user is connected, the specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction can be automatically played, and before the content of the push message is played, a section of content expressing important and urgent reminding is played.
Further, different first messages may be generated based on the voice call instruction corresponding to different first categories and the content of the message to be pushed, and the first messages may specifically include the voice call instruction corresponding to different categories of messages and the content of the message to be pushed. Therefore, after the electronic equipment receives the first message, the content of the push message is displayed, and meanwhile, the electronic equipment is triggered to carry out different prompts on the specific content of the message to be pushed according to different first messages.
Exemplarily, when the first message carries a voice call instruction corresponding to the emergency category message, the electronic device may be triggered to perform voice call answering reminding, and after the user is connected, the specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction may be automatically played, wherein in the specific content of the voice playing, a reminder of "this is an emergency message," please pay attention to listening "and the like may be played before playing the content of the push message, so as to prompt the user that the emergency message exists.
For example, when the first message carries a voice call instruction corresponding to an important category message, the electronic device may be triggered to perform voice call answering reminding, and after the user is connected, the specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction may be automatically played, and in the specific content of the voice playing, a reminder of contents such as "you have an important message and please pay attention to check" may be played before the content of the push message is played to prompt the user to receive the important push message.
For example, when the first message carries a voice call instruction corresponding to an important and urgent type message, the electronic device may be triggered to perform voice call answering reminding, and after the user is connected, the specific voice information carried in the voice call instruction may be automatically played, and in the specific content of the voice playing, "this is a very urgent message, and please pay attention to the reminding words of carefully listening to" and other contents, so as to prompt the user to receive the important and urgent push message. Therefore, when the electronic equipment receives important and urgent danger prevention information such as natural disasters such as earthquakes and wars, the urgent danger prevention information can be effectively transmitted to each user through the voice calling mode.
In the embodiment of the application, when the category information of the message to be pushed is the first category, the voice call instruction can be generated based on the content of the message to be pushed, so that the electronic device can perform conventional message reminding and perform voice call reminding of different degrees according to different importance degrees of the first category, and the push messages of different importance degrees can be displayed by automatically playing different specific voice messages after the voice call is connected, so that the message reminding can be performed on a user in a targeted manner according to the importance degrees of the push messages, the user can conveniently and timely acquire the content of the push messages, and the application program push messages can be effectively pushed.
Optionally, in a case that the first category is an emergency category, after the pushing the first message, the method further includes:
acquiring call feedback information corresponding to a voice call instruction in the first message;
and determining a supplementary pushing mode of the voice calling instruction based on the call feedback information, wherein the supplementary pushing mode is to continue pushing the voice calling instruction or stop pushing the voice calling instruction.
Specifically, the call feedback information described in the present application refers to feedback information generated according to a response condition of the electronic device to the voice call instruction in the first message after the user electronic device receives the first message, and specifically may include successful answering and failed answering. Therefore, whether a supplementary push voice call instruction needs to be carried out on the user electronic equipment can be further determined aiming at the acquired call feedback message.
The supplementary push manner described in the present application is to continue to push the voice call instruction or stop pushing the voice call instruction, which is determined based on the content of the call feedback information.
It should be noted that, when the user receives a voice call, the push of the application message fails because there is a situation that the user is directly on-hook without being aware of the urgency of the push message and without viewing specific receiving information. In order to avoid the foregoing situation, in the embodiment of the present application, whether the push message of the application program is effectively pushed is determined by obtaining the call feedback information corresponding to the voice call instruction in the first message.
Exemplarily, when the call feedback information is that the answering is failed, it indicates that the electronic device does not answer the voice call sent by the server or the voice call is answered and is directly hung up by the user, at this time, the voice call instruction is continuously pushed to continuously initiate the voice call to the electronic device, and the frequency of performing message reminding on the electronic device is increased, so as to achieve the purpose of reminding the user of the existence of the emergency message.
In the embodiment of the application, the method and the device for pushing the voice call instruction in the electronic device determine whether the pushing result of the pushed message, namely whether the pushed message is effectively pushed to the electronic device or not by obtaining the call feedback information corresponding to the voice call instruction in the first message, thereby determining a supplementary pushing mode of the voice call instruction according to the pushing result, increasing the frequency of message reminding on the electronic device by continuously pushing the voice call instruction, and further ensuring that the application program message is effectively pushed.
Optionally, the determining, based on the call feedback information, a supplementary push mode of the voice call instruction includes:
determining push feedback information for the first message based on the call feedback information;
and when the push feedback information is invalid, continuing to push the voice call instruction.
Specifically, the push feedback message described in the present application refers to feedback information generated according to a situation that a first message is effectively pushed by further judging call feedback information sent by an electronic device, and specifically may include push message effective transmission and push message push invalidity, where push message effective transmission refers to that a user can clearly know the content of a push message in a voice call process; the push message push invalidity means that the user does not clearly know the content of the push message, and specifically may include that a voice call is not connected or the voice call is connected, while the content of the push message is not effectively communicated.
It should be noted that the call feedback information may reflect the voice call answering situation of the electronic device, however, the successful voice call answering of the electronic device cannot indicate that the push message is effectively conveyed, for example, when the user does not realize the urgency of the push message, the call is directly hung up, or the voice call is connected, but the user does not listen to the specific voice content and prematurely hangs up the call, so that the push message cannot be effectively pushed to the user.
In an embodiment of the present application, to avoid push invalidity of a push message, effective communication of the push message may be defined as: the voice call is connected, and meanwhile, the voice communication time length and the voice playing time length reach preset proportional values, such as 50%, 60%, 70% and the like, and specific numerical values can be determined according to interface data of a communication operator.
And further, push feedback information of the first message is determined based on the call feedback information, and when the push feedback information is determined to be invalid in pushing, the voice call instruction continues to be pushed.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the call feedback information, it is determined that the push feedback information is invalid to push the voice call instruction continuously when the current answering situation of the voice call is determined to be that the voice call is not connected, the voice call is directly hung up or the voice call is connected, but the current answering situation of the voice call is hung up too early, so as to continuously initiate the voice call to the electronic device, and effective transmission of the push message is ensured by increasing the frequency of initiating the voice call to the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the application, the push feedback information of the first message is further determined by analyzing the call feedback information, and whether the push message is effectively transmitted or not can be determined according to the push feedback information, so that when the push is judged to be invalid, the voice call instruction is continuously pushed, the frequency of initiating voice calls to the electronic equipment is increased, and the effective transmission of the push message is ensured.
Optionally, the generating a first message based on the category information and the content of the message to be pushed includes:
and generating a first message based on the content of the message to be pushed under the condition that the category information is of a second category.
Specifically, the second category described in the present invention refers to a category representing unimportant messages in the category information of the messages to be pushed, and specifically may include a general category, and may also be other category information capable of representing unimportant information.
In the embodiment of the application, when the information category of the message to be pushed is a general category, the first message carries a conventional reminding instruction, for example, a notification bar display instruction, so as to execute a conventional reminding consistent with the prior art on the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the application, when the category information of the message to be pushed is of a second category, the second category is a category of an unimportant message, and a first message is generated based on the content of the message to be pushed, and the first message can carry a conventional reminding instruction to perform a conventional reminding operation on the electronic device, so that the most basic message pushing function can be maintained.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a message pushing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: the message pushing method includes a generation module 510 and a pushing module 520, where the generation module 510 is configured to acquire category information of a message to be pushed, and generate a first message based on the category information and content of the message to be pushed; a pushing module 520, configured to push the first message.
Optionally, the generating module 510 is specifically configured to, when the category information is of a first category, generate a voice call instruction based on the content of the message to be pushed;
and generating a first message based on the voice call instruction and the content of the message to be pushed.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring call feedback information corresponding to the voice call instruction in the first message;
and the determining module is used for determining a supplementary pushing mode of the voice calling instruction based on the call feedback information, wherein the supplementary pushing mode is to continue pushing the voice calling instruction or stop pushing the voice calling instruction.
Optionally, the determining module is specifically configured to determine, based on the call feedback information, push feedback information of the first message;
and when the push feedback information is invalid, continuing to push the voice call instruction.
Optionally, the generating module 510 is further configured to generate a first message based on the content of the message to be pushed, when the category information is of the second category.
In the embodiment of the application, the type information of the message to be pushed is determined by judging the type of the message to be pushed, the importance degree of the message to be pushed is determined based on different types in the type information of the message to be pushed, first messages with different reminding strengths and containing the message to be pushed are generated according to the importance degree of the message to be pushed, the first messages are pushed to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment is triggered to carry out reminding operations with different degrees according to the different reminding degrees determined by the first messages, the application program messages are pushed in a targeted manner according to the importance degree of the message to be pushed, message reminding of different degrees of a user is achieved, effective pushing of the application program push messages with higher importance degree is guaranteed, and the user is prevented from missing important message contents.
