Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
A battery module 100 for a vehicle and a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, according to a battery module 100 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, an electricity storage assembly 20 is provided in the battery module 100, and the electricity storage assembly 20 includes: a housing 21, a baffle assembly 22 and a pole set 23.
Wherein, a containing space is arranged in the shell 21; the baffle plate assembly 22 is disposed in the accommodating space to divide the accommodating space into a plurality of chambers; the pole group 23 is multiple and each pole group 23 is arranged in a corresponding chamber; wherein a plurality of cavities arrange in proper order along fore-and-aft direction, and each cavity extends along left and right direction, and the thickness of cavity is T1, and the height of casing 21 is T2, and the relation between the height T2 of the thickness T1 of cavity and casing 21 is: T1/T2 is more than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.5.
According to the battery module 100 for a vehicle of the embodiment of the present invention, the proportional relationship between the thickness of the cavity and the height of the case 21 satisfies 0.05 ≦ T1/T2 ≦ 0.5, so that a plurality of pole groups 23 can be arranged within one case 21, even though a plurality of pole groups 23 can be assembled into a case 21 having multiple cavities, the number of cases 21 is reduced, and the gap between adjacent pole groups 23 is made smaller, so that the space occupation of components of the battery module 100 other than the case 21 is made smaller, so that more pole groups 23 are included in the battery module 100, and the energy density of the battery module 100 is improved.
The thickness of the cavity is a distance between two side walls of the same cavity facing each other in the front-rear direction of the battery module 100, and the direction in which the height of the housing 21 is located coincides with the direction in which the height of the vehicle is located.
In addition, referring to fig. 7, it can be understood that, in some embodiments, the electric storage assemblies 20 of the present application are multiple, the housings 21 of the multiple electric storage assemblies 20 are each provided with a connecting lug, and the connecting lugs of two adjacent electric storage assemblies 20 are overlapped and fastened by a fastener to realize the connection of the multiple electric storage assemblies 20, so as to improve the structural strength of the battery module 100.
Preferably, the relationship between the thickness T1 of the chamber and the height T2 of the housing 21 is: T1/T2 is more than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.4. Therefore, the thickness of the cavity and the height of the shell 21 are more reasonable, at least two pole groups 23 can be arranged in the same shell 21, the space occupancy rate of the pole groups 23 in the shell 21 can be improved, the pole groups 23 with larger capacitance can be arranged in the shell 21, and the energy density is improved.
In some embodiments, the distance between two adjacent chambers is T3, the thickness of pole group 23 is T4, the relationship between the thickness of the chambers T1, the distance between two adjacent chambers T3, and the thickness of pole group 23T 4 is: T4/T1+ T3 of more than or equal to 0.75 and less than or equal to 0.99.
Wherein, the distance between two adjacent chambers refers to the thickness of the gap between two adjacent chambers or the solid piece between the two chambers.
Like this, make the thickness of utmost point group 23 be close the distance between two cavities and the sum of the thickness of cavity, make the volume of utmost point group 23 more reasonable, when conveniently arranging, make battery module 100's electric capacity higher, energy density is higher.
Preferably, the relationship between the thickness T1 of the chamber, the distance T3 between two adjacent chambers, and the thickness T4 of the pole group 23 is: T4/T1+ T3 is more than or equal to 0.8 and less than or equal to 0.9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the battery module 100 further includes: the mounting base 10, the housing 21 is disposed in the mounting base 10, the effective width of the mounting base 10 is W1, the width of the vehicle is W2, and the relationship between the effective width W1 of the mounting base 10 and the width W2 of the vehicle is: W1/W2 is more than or equal to 0.4 and less than or equal to 0.8.

In the particular embodiment shown in fig. 1, the width of the electrical storage assembly 20 is W3, and the relationship between the width W3 of the electrical storage assembly 20 and the effective width W1 of the mounting base 10 is: W3/W1 is more than or equal to 0.75 and less than or equal to 0.95. In this way, the space for disposing the electricity storage components 20 in the mounting base 10 is made larger, and more electricity storage components 20 can be disposed in the same volume of the battery module 100 to improve the energy density of the battery module 100.

It will be understood that the effective length of the mounting base 10 refers to: the remaining dimensions of the mounting base 10, excluding the dimensions of the mounting lugs and the footprint of the side walls, correspond to the dimensions of the space defined by the mounting base 10, which in particular characterizes the length dimension of the space defined by the mounting base 10.
According to the battery module 100 for the vehicle of the embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the effective length of the mounting base 10 to the wheelbase of the vehicle satisfies the proportional relationship, so that in the vehicle with the same specification and size, the space for accommodating the battery cell of the vehicle adopting the battery module 100 of the embodiment is larger, the energy density in the unit volume is higher, the energy density of the battery module 100 can be effectively improved, and the driving range of the vehicle is further improved.
Here, it should be noted that the effective length and the effective width of the mounting base 10 of the embodiment of the present application satisfy 0.3 ≦ S1/S2 ≦ 0.95, and 0.4 ≦ W1/W2 ≦ 0.8, respectively, and the occupation ratio of the space for fixing or mounting the pole group 23 in the mounting base 10 is made larger to provide more pole groups 23, thereby improving the energy density of the battery module 100.
Further, the length of the power storage module 20 is S3, and the relationship between the length S3 of the power storage module 20 and the effective length S1 of the mounting base 10 is as follows: S3/S1 is more than or equal to 0.8 and less than or equal to 0.98. In this way, the space for disposing the electricity storage components 20 in the mounting base 10 is made larger, and more electricity storage components 20 can be disposed in the same volume of the battery module 100 to improve the energy density of the battery module 100.
As shown in fig. 5, the baffle plate assembly 22 is configured as a serpentine plate and includes: the U-shaped structure is constructed into a plurality of U-shaped structures, and the U-shaped structures are arranged at intervals; and the connecting plate is arranged between two adjacent U-shaped structures, and at least one of the top wall, the free end of the side wall or the connecting plate of the U-shaped structures is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the shell 21.
Specifically, the opening direction of each U-shaped structure is the same, and two ends of the connecting plate are respectively connected with one side wall of two adjacent U-shaped structures and the other side wall of the two adjacent U-shaped structures.
Like this, baffle plate assembly 22 is fixed in casing 21 to a plurality of accommodation space are injectd in casing 21, make the setting of utmost point group 23 in casing 21 simpler, convenient, and can improve the structural strength of casing 21, reduce the clearance between the adjacent utmost point group 23, so that can set up more utmost point groups 23 in the casing 21, improve energy density.
Referring to fig. 3, buffer layers 231 are disposed at both sides of the electrode assembly 23, and the buffer layers 231 may be compressed to absorb the expansion amount of the electrode assembly 23 during the charge and discharge of the electrode assembly 23, thereby improving the operation stability of the battery module 100.
