The big data-based medical health data acquisition and analysis system according to claim 1, wherein the data update system comprises a background authority login port and a data intake module, the background authority login port and the data intake module are arranged in the medical health analysis and diagnosis platform, the data intake module is electrically connected with the medical health analysis and diagnosis platform and the duplication checking module, the duplication checking module is electrically connected with a deletion module and a transfer module, the transfer module is connected with a transfer database, the transfer database is electrically connected with a timing update module, and the timing update module is connected with a total database through an information transmission module; the background authority login port is used for logging in a medical health analysis and diagnosis platform and bringing the increased data into a total database through a data bringing module; the duplication checking module is used for carrying out duplication checking processing on the data which are brought in, when the same data which are brought in exist in the total database, the deleting module deletes the same data which are brought in, the non-repeated data which are brought in are stored in the transferring database through the transferring module, and the data in the transferring database are updated into the total database through the timing updating module.

The big data-based medical health data collection and analysis system according to claim 1, wherein the total database is connected with a plurality of sub-databases through a data classification module, wherein the data classification module is used for storing data in the total database into each sub-database in a classified manner.

The big data-based medical health data acquisition and analysis system according to claim 1, wherein the visit recommendation system comprises a hospital database, the hospital database is connected with the diagnosis and treatment suggestion module through a data transmission module, the hospital database is further electrically connected with a diagnosis and treatment comparison unit, the diagnosis and treatment comparison unit is electrically connected with a diagnosis and treatment budget unit, the diagnosis and treatment budget unit is electrically connected with a client, the data transmission module is used for transmitting the diagnosis and treatment suggestion data generated by the diagnosis and treatment suggestion module to the hospital database, the hospital database carries out comparison and selection on internal hospitals stored in the hospital database through the diagnosis and treatment comparison unit according to the diagnosis and treatment suggestion data, budgets the diagnosis and treatment costs through the diagnosis and treatment budget unit, and finally, the selection results and the budget results of the internal hospitals are sent to the patient client.

The big data based medical health data collecting and analyzing system of claim 5, wherein an intake system is further connected to the hospital database, the intake system comprising: the hospital information monitoring system comprises an information acquisition unit, an information inclusion unit, a verification unit, an information abnormity warning unit and an abnormity database, wherein the information acquisition unit is electrically connected with the verification unit, the verification unit is connected with the hospital database through the information inclusion unit, the verification unit is also connected with the information abnormity warning unit, and the information abnormity warning unit is electrically connected with the abnormity database; the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring and storing hospital information, the verification unit is used for verifying the acquired hospital information and evaluating the authenticity and medical level of the hospital information, if the hospital information passes the evaluation, the hospital information is brought into a hospital database, if the hospital information does not pass the evaluation, the information is marked through the information abnormity warning unit, and the marked information is pushed to the abnormity database.
8. A medical health data collecting and analyzing method using the big data based medical health data collecting and analyzing system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, acquiring the detection data of the patient through the data acquisition port, simultaneously transmitting the data to the interior of the total database, and comparing the acquired and input data with the internal data of the total database by using the data comparison module;
s2, a characteristic value of result data generated after the data comparison module finishes comparison processing is extracted independently through a characteristic extraction module, then a characteristic value of corresponding pathological data in a total database is extracted through an analysis and diagnosis module, the similarity is calculated by using a cosine similarity algorithm, whether the similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold value is judged through a diagnosis summary module, if yes, diagnosis and treatment opinion data corresponding to the pathological data are extracted from the total database, and a diagnosis and treatment opinion module generates a diagnosis and treatment opinion report for a patient and medical care personnel to refer according to the diagnosis and treatment opinion data;
s3, the abnormal warning module identifies abnormal data in the summarized data, and sends abnormal warning information to the background authority mobile terminal through the communication module after the abnormal data are found;
s4, transmitting the data sorted by the diagnosis and treatment suggestion module to a diagnosis and treatment recommendation system, and performing recommendation selection on a diagnosis and treatment hospital according to the data sorted by the diagnosis and treatment suggestion module;
and S5, periodically bringing the newly added data into the total database through the data updating system.
