As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an address recommendation method, including the following steps:
s100: acquiring a first address of a user;
s200: inquiring in a receiving address database to obtain an alternative receiving address corresponding to the first address, wherein the alternative receiving address can be different self-picking points for example;
s300: inquiring in a user database to obtain a user address corresponding to the first address, wherein the user address refers to a detailed address of a user, and the user address comprises administrative divisions of all levels, cell names/office building names, XX number building XXX rooms and the like;
if the user address corresponding to the first address is not inquired in the user database, the user can be requested to input a specific user address;
s400: calling a navigation map interface, and calculating a walking navigation distance between the alternative receiving address and the user address as a receiving distance corresponding to the alternative receiving address;
s500: and pushing the alternative goods receiving address and the corresponding goods receiving distance to a user terminal, wherein the user terminal is a terminal device used by a user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and the like.
The address recommendation method of the invention firstly obtains a first address of a user through step S100, obtains an alternative receiving address which can be selected by the user, such as an address of a selectable self-picking point, through step S200, obtains the user address through step S300, calculates a walking navigation distance between the alternative receiving address and the user address through step S400 to be used as a receiving distance, and simultaneously pushes the corresponding receiving distance when the selectable alternative receiving address is pushed through step S500. The receiving distance is obtained according to the actual walking navigation distance instead of the traditional straight-line distance, so that the user can conveniently check and select, the user can more quickly know the distance cost when different alternative receiving addresses are selected, and the decision of the receiving address is more quickly carried out, thereby improving the ordering efficiency and the use experience of the user.
In this embodiment, the step S100: the method for acquiring the first address of the user comprises the following steps:
receiving a first address keyword input by a user, for example, the user inputs an ambiguous address: the 'Hongmei cell' takes the fuzzy address as a first address key word;
and obtaining a first address according to the first address keyword matching, and providing the first address for a user to select to obtain the first address selected by the user. For example, according to "red plum cell", matching results in "shangning zone pingtang 415 reddens plum cell" in shanghai city. Here, the obtaining of the first address according to the first address keyword matching may be performing keyword matching in an address library, or inputting the keyword into a navigation service system through a navigation map interface by using a navigation map interface, and searching by the navigation service system to obtain the corresponding first address.
In another alternative embodiment, the obtaining of the first address of the user may also be obtaining the first address of the user by obtaining location information of the user terminal. After entering a shopping page of a shopping platform, a user acquires the positioning information of the user terminal to determine a first address of the user.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the obtaining of the first address of the user may be the user directly inputting the first address through the user terminal. In a further alternative embodiment, the first address may also be the same as the user address, i.e. the first address may also be a detailed address, for example including each level of administrative division, cell name/office building name, building XX, etc., or include part of the information in the detailed address, for example including each level of administrative division and cell name/office building name, or including cell name/office building name and building XX, etc.
The address recommendation method can be applied to a server of a shopping platform, such as a group purchase platform server, a take-out platform server, a fresh platform server and the like, and the server can be communicated with a navigation service system through a navigation map interface. In other alternative embodiments, the address recommendation method of the present invention can also be applied to a single server, which can speak and interact with the server of the shopping platform, and can also communicate with the navigation service system through the navigation map interface.
In this embodiment, the first address is an address associated with the user and capable of determining an alternative shipping address, such as a certain cell, a certain office building, a certain square, etc. And the user address is the detailed address of the user. When a user places an order on a shopping platform, a first address keyword can be manually input, then the first address keyword is automatically matched according to the first address keyword, or the user terminal can be positioned, and the first address is determined according to the positioning information. For example, in a community group purchase scenario, taking an alternative receiving address as a self-picking point as an example, in a first situation, a user enters a shopping platform and then inputs a first address keyword, the shopping platform matches the first address according to the first address keyword, or after the user enters the shopping platform, positioning information of a user terminal is acquired to determine the first address, and then the user obtains the alternative picking point according to the first address through steps S200 to S500 and pushes the alternative picking point to the user, and the user selects the self-picking point and then enters a commodity page of a shop corresponding to the self-picking point to place an order. In the second situation, after entering the shopping platform, the user enters a commodity page of a store corresponding to a current default self-picking point for placing an order, in an order confirmation page, if the user selects to switch the self-picking point, the user can input a first address keyword, the first address keyword is matched according to the first address keyword, or positioning information of the user terminal is obtained, the first address is determined according to the positioning information, then the other optional picking points (which can meet the commodity supply requirement in the user order) are obtained according to the first address through steps S200-S500, the obtained first address keyword is pushed to the user, and the user selects a new self-picking point for placing an order.
In this embodiment, in the step S200, the alternative receiving address corresponding to the first address is obtained by querying in the receiving address database, which may be that a mapping relationship between the first address and the alternative receiving address is pre-stored in the receiving address database to perform selection, and then the alternative receiving address corresponding to the first address is selected according to the mapping relationship.
In another embodiment, the alternative receiving address corresponding to the first address may also be obtained by querying in a receiving address database according to a preset screening condition. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the step S200 includes the following steps:
s210: acquiring a target commodity type;
the target commodity type is a commodity type to be purchased by the user, in the first case, the commodity type to be purchased by the user can be input by the user, or the commodity type possibly purchased by the user can be analyzed according to historical purchase data of the user in a user database, and in the second case, the target commodity type can be obtained to be a commodity type which is about to be listed when the user joins a shopping cart;
specifically, analyzing the types of the commodities which the user may purchase according to the historical purchase data of the user in the user database, which may include determining the commodity which is purchased most frequently by the user within a preset time range according to the historical purchase data of the user, or determining the commodity which is purchased most frequently by the user within a certain time period (for example, the user frequently purchases vegetable commodities at 3 pm to 5 pm), and the like;
s220: acquiring a commodity storage condition according to the commodity type; for example, for fresh and fresh commodities, the commodity storage condition is that the self-service point has refrigeration capacity, and for commodities needing cool storage, the commodity storage condition is light-proof and heat-proof storage;
s230: and inquiring the receiving address database to obtain the alternative receiving address which has the linear distance with the first address within the preset distance range and meets the commodity storage condition. Namely, the preset screening condition is that the straight-line distance between the alternative receiving address and the first address is within a preset distance range and meets the commodity storage condition.
In another alternative embodiment, the mapping relationship between each alternative shipping address and the first address may also be preset. The preset screening condition may also be that the alternative receiving address has a mapping relationship with the first address, and the alternative receiving address satisfies the commodity storage condition.
In this embodiment, the user may also be enabled to enter a new second address, calculate a navigation distance from the second address to each alternative shipping address and then to the user's address. For example, when the user selects a pick-up point, the user may select a pick-up point closer to the home, and the user is still at work when ordering, and therefore still at an office address, and the process of getting the goods is as follows: office address → pick-up point → home address. The office address corresponds to the second address, the house address corresponds to the user address, and the cell name corresponding to the house address is the first address. The second address may include a detailed address, such as XX district XX building XX room XX province XX city XX, XX building XXX room, etc.
As shown in fig. 3, between the steps S300 and S400, the following steps are further included:
s310: judging whether a second address input by a user is received;
if so, continue to step S320: calling a navigation map interface, calculating a first navigation distance from the second address to the alternative receiving address, S330: calculating a second step row navigation distance between the alternative receiving address and the user address, S340: taking the sum of the first navigation distance and the second step navigation distance as a receiving distance corresponding to the alternative receiving address, and continuing to step S500; the goods taking route corresponding to the goods receiving distance is the second address → the alternative goods receiving address → the first address, or the first address → the alternative goods receiving address → the second address;
if not, the steps S400 and S500 are continued, namely the delivery route corresponding to the delivery distance is the alternative delivery address → the first address or the first address → the alternative delivery address.
In this embodiment, the step S320: before calculating the first navigation distance from the second address to the alternative receiving address, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the walking navigation distance from the second address to the user address is smaller than a second distance threshold value, for example, judging whether the walking navigation distance from an office address to a house address is smaller than the second distance threshold value;
if yes, it means that the second address is closer to the user address, the second address is defaulted to the alternative shipping address as being reachable by walking, a first navigation distance from the second address to the alternative shipping address is calculated, a first step row navigation distance from the second address to the alternative shipping address is calculated, and then the step S330 is continued: and calculating a second step row navigation distance between the alternative receiving address and the user address, and in step S340, taking the sum of the first step row navigation distance and the second step row navigation distance as the receiving distance corresponding to the alternative receiving address.
In this embodiment, after determining whether the walking navigation distance from the second address to the user address is smaller than a second distance threshold, the method further includes the following steps:
if the walking navigation distance from the second address to the user address is greater than or equal to a second distance threshold value, the second address is far away from the user address, the default second address and the alternative receiving address are also difficult to directly reach by walking, the navigation route from the second address to the riding vehicle of the alternative receiving address is calculated, then the second step row navigation distance from the alternative receiving address to the user address is calculated, and then in step S500, the alternative receiving address, the navigation route between the second address and the alternative receiving address and the second step row navigation distance are pushed to the user terminal.
In another alternative embodiment, the user may also set the order of the nodes of the pickup route after entering his/her second address. For example, the default pickup route is the second address → the alternative shipping address → the first address, or the first address → the alternative shipping address → the second address. The user may also set the pickup route to be the alternative pickup address → the second address → the first address. At this time, the navigation distance a from each alternative receiving address to the second address needs to be calculated, the navigation distance b from the second address to the first address needs to be calculated, the navigation distance a and the navigation distance b are added to be used as the receiving distance, the navigation distance b only needs to be calculated once as the second address and the first address do not change along with the change of the alternative receiving addresses, and the receiving distance is obtained by adding the navigation distance b after the navigation distance a from each alternative receiving address to the second address is calculated. The user can better evaluate the travel distance cost when different alternative receiving addresses are selected according to the receiving distance.
In this embodiment, the step S500: the alternative receiving addresses and the corresponding receiving distances are pushed to the user terminal, the alternative receiving addresses and the corresponding receiving distances can be pushed to the user terminal in a form of an alternative receiving address list in a shopping interface, the receiving distances corresponding to the alternative receiving addresses are listed on the right side of each alternative receiving address in the list, and the receiving time can be further estimated according to the default walking speed.
Further, in this embodiment, in order to further increase the speed of the user's decision when pushing the alternative shipping address and better help the user select a suitable alternative shipping address, the alternative shipping addresses shown in the alternative shipping address list may also be sorted.
As shown in fig. 4, specifically, the step S500 includes the following steps:
s510: obtaining the value of at least one sequencing factor of each alternative receiving address;
s520: weighting and summing the values of the sorting factors to obtain the recommended value of the corresponding alternative receiving address; the weight of each sorting factor can be preset and can be adjusted according to needs, for example, more factors are preferentially considered when the user selects a self-pick-up point according to the historical shopping data of the user, and the weight of the corresponding sorting factor is improved;
s530: sorting the alternative receiving addresses from high to low according to the recommended values of the alternative receiving addresses;
s540: and pushing the sorted alternative receiving addresses and the corresponding receiving distances to a user terminal, wherein the user can preferentially consider the alternative receiving addresses sorted in the front.
In this embodiment, the ranking factors may include, for example, one or more of the following:
the closer the receiving distance is, the higher the score of the corresponding sorting factor is;
the historical evaluation data of the alternative receiving addresses can be combined with the historical evaluation data of a plurality of users on the alternative receiving addresses to comprehensively evaluate the scores of the sorting factors, and the users can evaluate the selected alternative receiving addresses after ordering and receiving are finished, so that the reference of other subsequent users is facilitated;
the consumption association between the alternative shipping address and the user is further described below.
In practical application, other sorting factors can be added, such as the matching degree of the business time of the alternative receiving address and the receiving time of the user, the unit quantity in the preset time period of the alternative receiving address, the evaluation and pick-up waiting time of the alternative receiving address, and the like, and all the sorting factors belong to the protection scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the following steps are adopted to obtain the consumption association degree between the alternative shipping address and the user:
s610: querying the receiving address database to obtain the commodity types corresponding to the alternative receiving addresses, for example, for a self-service point, the corresponding commodity types are the types of commodities sold by the self-service point, for example, if one self-service point is a fruit store, the commodity types include fruits, and if one self-service point is a cigarette hotel, the commodity types include cigarettes, wines and the like;
s620: querying the user database to obtain historical consumption data of the user, wherein the historical consumption data of the user specifically comprises commodity types, commodity purchase times, commodity purchase quantity and the like contained in a historical order of the user;
s630: and acquiring the consumption association degree between each alternative receiving address and the user according to the historical consumption data of the user and the commodity type of each alternative receiving address, wherein the higher the consumption association degree is, the higher the score of the ranking factor is.
In this embodiment, the step S620: the historical consumption data of the user is obtained by inquiring the user database, and the type of the alternative commodity which the user may purchase is selected according to the historical order data of the user.
Specifically, the step S200 includes the steps of:
acquiring a target commodity type; the target commodity type is a commodity type to be purchased by the user, in the first case, the commodity type to be purchased by the user can be input by the user, or the commodity type possibly purchased by the user can be analyzed according to historical purchase data of the user in a user database, and in the second case, the target commodity type can be obtained to be a commodity type which is about to be listed when the user joins a shopping cart;
querying one or more commodity types with the highest purchasing frequency of a user within a preset time range in a user database as alternative commodity types;
acquiring commodity association degrees between the candidate commodity types and the target commodity types, and deleting the candidate commodity types of which the commodity association degrees with the target commodity types do not accord with preset commodity screening conditions;
and taking the remaining alternative commodity types as historical consumption data of the user.
In a first implementation manner, the preset commodity screening condition may be, for example, that the commodity association degree between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type is smaller than a first association degree threshold, where the first association degree threshold may be set as required, and when the commodity association degree between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type is smaller than the first association degree threshold, the candidate commodity type is substantially different from the target commodity type. That is, querying the user database for the commodity which is frequently purchased by the user but not purchased this time as the alternative commodity type. For example, if a user frequently purchases fruit, but this time fruit is not purchased, the probability that the user needs to purchase fruit is high, and the commodity type of fruit is taken as an alternative commodity type, and the user has a high association with the consumption of the self-service point selling fruit. A user often purchases snacks, and this time also purchases snacks, the user may not purchase a snack again when picking, and no snack is taken as an alternative commodity type, which is less relevant to the consumption of a self-service point selling snacks.
In a second implementation manner, the preset commodity screening condition may be that, for example, the commodity association degree between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type is greater than a second association degree threshold value, so as to achieve the purpose of draining the self-service point merchants. Here, the second relevance threshold may be set as needed, and when the commodity relevance between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type is greater than the second relevance threshold, the similarity between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type is higher. For example, if the user purchases fruit this time, and the user may purchase more fruit when taking goods from the pick-up point, the commodity type of fruit is taken as the alternative commodity type, and the user has a higher consumption association with the pick-up point selling fruit.
The two embodiments described above can be selected according to different needs. For example, after analyzing historical order data of a user, the first embodiment is adopted when it is found that the user generally purchases other types of goods at the pick-up point after purchasing one type of goods. The second embodiment is employed when another user purchases one type of product and sometimes selects the same type of product at a pick-up point.
In the third embodiment, instead of one or more types of commodities that are purchased most frequently by the user within a preset time range, a type of commodity that the user is accustomed to purchasing offline may be selected as the type of commodity to be selected.
Specifically, the step S620: the method for inquiring the historical consumption data of the user in the user database comprises the following steps:
inquiring online order data of a user within a preset time range in a user database; the online order placing refers to an order which is consumed by a user online physical store, is paid by scanning a code, and can be obtained from payment software of the user according to a corresponding online order placing record;
and counting to obtain one or more commodity types with the highest off-line purchase frequency of the subscriber lines according to the off-line order data, wherein the commodity types are used as alternative commodity types.
In this embodiment, the step S630: and calculating the consumption association degree between each alternative receiving address and the user, wherein the consumption association degree between the commodity type of each alternative receiving address and the alternative commodity type of the user is obtained and serves as the corresponding consumption association degree.
Further, before obtaining the commodity association degree between the commodity type of each alternative receiving address and the alternative commodity type of the user, the method further comprises the following steps:
and calculating a commodity association degree between every two commodity types in the m commodity types by adopting a preset association rule mining algorithm, such as an Apriori algorithm and the like, so as to obtain a commodity association degree matrix, wherein in the commodity association degree matrix, the value of the ith row and the jth column represents the commodity association degree between the ith commodity and the jth commodity, i belongs to (1, m), j belongs to (1, m), and when i is equal to j, the value of the ith row and the jth column is 1, i is not equal to j, the value of the ith row and the jth column is the commodity association degree between two different commodities, and the commodity association degree is a value between 0 and 1. Therefore, when the commodity association degree between the commodity type of each alternative receiving address and the alternative commodity type of the user is obtained, the commodity association degree matrix can be directly inquired to obtain the commodity association degree between the two commodity types. For an alternative receiving address, the commodity association degrees corresponding to the commodity types owned by the alternative receiving address can be summed up, or averaged after summing, and the sum is used as the consumption association degree between the alternative receiving address and the user. Similarly, the commodity association degree between the candidate commodity type and the target commodity type may be obtained by querying the commodity association degree matrix to obtain the commodity association degree between the two commodity types.
The above embodiment is to calculate the consumption association degree between the alternative delivery address and the user based on the historical consumption data of the user. In another alternative embodiment, the consumption relevance may not be calculated based on the user's historical consumption data. In the second case, when the user has added the goods desired to be purchased to the shopping cart and prepares to place an order, the consumption association degree between the alternative shipping address and the user may be obtained by obtaining the type of the goods to be placed by the user, which is the type of the target goods, and obtaining the product association degree between the type of the target goods and the types of the goods at the respective alternative shipping addresses to calculate the consumption association degree between the alternative shipping addresses and the user. Here, the commodity association degree between the commodity type of the target commodity and the commodity type of each alternative receiving address may be obtained by querying the commodity association degree matrix to obtain the commodity association degree between the two commodity types, and for one alternative receiving address, the commodity association degrees corresponding to the commodity types owned by the alternative receiving address may be summed up, or averaged after the summation, and the obtained result is used as the consumption association degree between the alternative receiving address and the user.
