Abstract
The invention provides a method, a system, equipment and a storage medium for structured identification and entry of medical information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: presetting a medical information data table, wherein a plurality of medical information names are prestored in the medical information data table, and each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter; providing an image of an information medium recorded with at least one character pattern; performing text recognition on the image to obtain text information and position positioning information of each character pattern on the information medium; and judging whether the text information hits at least one medical information name or alternative name in the medical information data table one by one, and if so, filling the text information of another character pattern associated with the position into the medical information parameter position corresponding to the hit medical information name. The medical information input method and the medical information input device can automatically input and structure the medical information, greatly reduce the labor workload, avoid errors in the manual input process and improve the efficiency and convenience of the medical information.

Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
In summary, the present invention is directed to a method, a system, a device and a storage medium for structured recognition and entry of medical information, which can automatically enter and structure medical information, greatly reduce labor workload, avoid errors during manual entry, and improve efficiency and convenience of medical information.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method for structured recognition and entry of medical information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s110, presetting a medical information data table, wherein a plurality of medical information names are prestored in the medical information data table, each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter, and each medical information name in the medical information data table has at least one alternative name;
s120, providing an image of an information medium recorded with at least one character pattern;
s130, performing text recognition on the image to obtain text information of each character pattern on the information medium and position positioning information of the text information distributed in the information medium;
s140, judging whether the text information hits at least one medical information name or alternative name in the medical information data table one by one, if so, executing the step S150;
s150, filling text information of another character pattern associated with the position of the text information distributed in the information medium into a medical information parameter position corresponding to the hit medical information name, and executing the step S180; and
and S180, ending when each character pattern of the information medium is recognized, and returning to the step S140.
2. The method for structured recognition entry of medical information according to claim 1, wherein said step S150 comprises:
and filling the text information of the other character pattern which is not hit in the medical information name or the alternative name and has the shortest distance with the text information distributed in the information medium into the medical information parameter bit corresponding to the hit medical information name.
3. The method for structured recognition and entry of medical information according to claim 1, wherein in step S120, an image of an information medium recorded with at least one text pattern is photographed by a mobile terminal;
in step S140, if the text information does not hit at least one medical information name or alternative name in the medical information data table, step S160 is executed;
further comprising the steps of:
s160, displaying an information confirmation box containing whether the missed text information belongs to the medical information name or not around the character pattern of the text information which is displayed by the mobile terminal and missed, and judging whether a confirmation instruction is received or not;
and S170, after receiving the confirmation instruction, adding a medical information name and a corresponding medical information parameter number in the medical information data table based on the missed text information.
4. A method for structured identification entry of medical information according to claim 3, wherein said step S160 comprises:
and generating an auxiliary line based on a connecting line of centers of character patterns corresponding to a plurality of hit medical information names in an image displayed by the mobile terminal, and displaying an information confirmation box containing whether the missed text information belongs to the medical information name or not around the character pattern of the missed text information only when the missed text information passes through an extension line of the auxiliary line.
5. A method for structured identification entry of medical information according to claim 3, wherein said step S170 comprises:
and in a preset time interval, receiving a confirmation operation that the user clicks the confirmation frame displayed by the mobile terminal, adding a medical information name and a corresponding medical information parameter number in the medical information data table based on the confirmed missed text information, and returning to the step S140.
6. A method of a structured identification entry for medical information as claimed in claim 1 wherein the initial value of the parameter of medical information is null.
7. A method of a structured identification entry of medical information as claimed in claim 1 wherein said information medium is a paper medium.
8. A system for structured recognition entry of medical information, for implementing the method for structured recognition entry of medical information according to claim 1, characterized by comprising:
the data table presetting module is used for presetting a medical information data table, a plurality of medical information names are prestored in the medical information data table, each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter digit, and each medical information name in the medical information data table has at least one alternative name;
the medium shooting module is used for providing an image of an information medium recorded with at least one character pattern;
the text recognition module is used for performing text recognition on the image to obtain text information of each character pattern on the information medium and position positioning information of the text information distributed on the information medium;
the name matching module is used for judging whether the text information hits at least one medical information name or alternative name in the medical information data table one by one, and if so, the information input module is executed;
the information input module is used for filling text information of another character pattern related to the position of the text information distributed in the information medium into a medical information parameter corresponding to the hit medical information name;
and the process termination module is used for terminating when each character pattern of the information medium is recognized.
9. An apparatus for structured recognition entry of medical information, comprising:
a processor;
a memory having stored therein executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the method of structured identification entry of medical information of any one of claims 1 to 7 via execution of the executable instructions.
10. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a program, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for structured identification entry of medical information according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
