In this embodiment, the geometric sub-topology information is labeled as first topology attributes one by one, the non-geometric sub-topology information is labeled as second topology attributes one by one, a one-to-one correspondence between the first topology attributes and the second topology attributes is established to establish a one-to-one correspondence between the geometric sub-topology information and the non-geometric sub-topology information, the correspondence table is formed, the first topology attributes and the second topology attributes are matched in the target CAM software by calling the correspondence table, and the non-geometric information is created on the geometric model in the target CAM software based on a matching result.
Please refer to fig. 8 and fig. 9, wherein fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a 3D non-geometric information transformation system 100 according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating the operation of the 3D non-geometric information transformation system 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. The 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 includes CAD software 10, target CAM software 20, and 3D non-geometric information conversion means 30, the 3D non-geometric information conversion means 30 being electrically connected to the CAD software 10 and the target CAM software 20, respectively:
the CAD software 10 is used to form the three-dimensional product object;
the 3D non-geometric information conversion apparatus 30 is configured to perform the 3D non-geometric information conversion method as described above;
the target CAM software 20 is configured to perform automatic reconstruction according to the geometric topology information of the received mark to obtain a three-dimensional geometric model.
In an embodiment of the present application, the 3D non-geometric information conversion apparatus 30 includes:
a memory 31, a processor 32 and a communication bus 33, wherein the memory 31 is connected with the processor 32 through the communication bus 33;
the 3D non-geometric information conversion device 30 further comprises a computer program 34, such as a 3D non-geometric information conversion program, stored in the memory 31 and executable on the processor 32.
The processor 32 implements the steps of the method for converting 3D non-geometric information in the embodiment of the method when executing the computer program 34.
Illustratively, the computer program 34 may be partitioned into one or more modules that are stored in the memory 31 and executed by the processor 32 to accomplish the present application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagram 8 is merely an example of the 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 and does not constitute a limitation of the 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100, and that the 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components.
The Processor 32 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and may include other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor, etc., and the processor 32 is a control center of the 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 and connects various parts of the entire 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 by using various interfaces and lines.
The memory 31 may be used for storing the computer program 34 and/or the module, and the processor 32 implements various functions of the 3D non-geometric information conversion system 100 by executing or executing the computer program and/or the module stored in the memory 31 and calling data stored in the memory 31. The storage 31 may include an external storage medium, and may also include a memory. Claims (10)

1. A method for 3D non-geometric information conversion, the method comprising:
acquiring a three-dimensional product object in CAD software;
acquiring a rule of information reading;
reading geometric topological information and non-geometric information of the three-dimensional product object according to the rule;
marking the geometric topological information and the non-geometric information to enable the marked geometric topological information to be in one-to-one correspondence with the marked non-geometric information, and forming a correspondence table based on the one-to-one correspondence of the marked geometric topological information and the marked non-geometric information;
converting the marked non-geometric information into a data set in a preset format;
receiving the geometric topological information of the mark of the three-dimensional product object in the CAD software, and sending the received geometric topological information of the mark to target CAM software, so that the target CAM software automatically reconstructs according to the received geometric topological information of the mark to obtain a three-dimensional geometric model;
receiving the data set and sending the data set to the target CAM software;
parsing the data set in the target CAM software to obtain the non-geometric information of the tag; and
and calling the corresponding table, and matching the analyzed and obtained marked non-geometric information with the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software based on the corresponding table so as to create the non-geometric information on the three-dimensional geometric model in the target CAM software.
2. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 1,
the geometric topological information includes at least one geometric topological sub-information, the non-geometric information includes at least one non-geometric sub-information, the geometric topological information and the non-geometric information are labeled, so that the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information are in one-to-one correspondence, and a correspondence table is formed based on the one-to-one correspondence between the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information, including:
carrying out first coding marking on the geometric topological sub-information;
carrying out second coding marking on the non-geometric sub-information;
establishing a code corresponding table based on the marked first code and the marked second code, wherein the code corresponding table is used for corresponding the first code to the second code in a one-to-one mode;
forming the corresponding table according to the coding corresponding table;
the retrieving the correspondence table, and matching the non-geometric information of the analyzed mark with the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table to create the non-geometric information on the three-dimensional geometric model in the target CAM software, includes:
calling the corresponding table;
matching the first code on the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software with the second code parsed in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table;
based on the matching results, the non-geometric information is created on the geometric model in the target CAM software.
3. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 1,
the geometric topological information includes at least one geometric topological sub-information, the non-geometric information includes at least one non-geometric sub-information, the geometric topological information and the non-geometric information are labeled, so that the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information are in one-to-one correspondence, and a correspondence table is formed based on the one-to-one correspondence between the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information, including:
carrying out first color marking on the geometric topological sub-information;
performing a second color marking on the non-geometric sub-information;
establishing a color correspondence table based on the marked first color and the second color, wherein the color correspondence table is used for one-to-one correspondence of the first color and the second color;
the retrieving the correspondence table, and matching the non-geometric information of the analyzed mark with the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table to create the non-geometric information on the three-dimensional geometric model in the target CAM software, includes:
calling the corresponding table;
matching the first color on the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software with the second color resolved in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table;
based on the matching results, the non-geometric information is created on the geometric model in the target CAM software.
4. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 1,
the geometric topological information includes at least one geometric topological sub-information, the non-geometric information includes at least one non-geometric sub-information, the geometric topological information and the non-geometric information are labeled, so that the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information are in one-to-one correspondence, and a correspondence table is formed based on the one-to-one correspondence between the labeled geometric topological information and the labeled non-geometric information, including:
carrying out first topological attribute marking on the geometric topological sub-information;
carrying out second topological attribute marking on the non-geometric sub-information;
establishing a topology attribute corresponding table based on the marked first topology attribute and the marked second topology attribute, wherein the topology attribute corresponding table is used for corresponding the first topology attribute to the second topology attribute one by one;
the retrieving the correspondence table, and matching the non-geometric information of the analyzed mark with the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table to create the non-geometric information on the three-dimensional geometric model in the target CAM software, includes:
calling the corresponding table;
matching the first topological attribute on the three-dimensional geometric model reconstructed in the target CAM software with the second topological attribute resolved in the target CAM software based on the correspondence table;
based on the matching results, the non-geometric information is created on the geometric model in the target CAM software.
5. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 4,
the first topological property includes at least one or more of a point, a line, and a plane on the three-dimensional product object.
6. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 1,
the non-geometric sub-information includes at least one or more of dimensions, tolerances, surface roughness, annotations and technical ideas marked directly on the three-dimensional product object.
7. The 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to claim 1,
the preset format comprises an XML format.

A3D non-geometric information conversion system is characterized by comprising CAD software, target CAM software and a 3D non-geometric information conversion device, wherein the 3D non-geometric information conversion device is electrically connected with the CAD software and the target CAM software respectively;
the CAD software is used for forming the three-dimensional product object;
the 3D non-geometric information conversion apparatus is configured to perform the 3D non-geometric information conversion method according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
and the target CAM software is used for automatically reconstructing according to the received marked geometric topological information to obtain a three-dimensional geometric model.
9. A 3D non-geometric information conversion apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
