expanding all the secondary columns in the selected main column according to the main column selection information, and displaying in the navigation column;
acquiring secondary column selection information of a user;
displaying an operation interface corresponding to the secondary column in a preset main window according to the secondary column selection information; the operation interface is used for business personnel to complete corresponding business processes;
acquiring department information of a user;
selecting a secondary column related to the department information from a preset department business flow table according to the department information;
recording the time of the user staying in the current secondary column to generate staying time;
judging whether the retention time is greater than the preset time, if so, generating a prompt window according to a secondary column associated with department information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window; the prompt window includes an enter button and a cancel button for the associated secondary column.
2. The business process management method of claim 1, wherein: selecting a secondary column associated with the department information from a preset department business process table according to the department information, and then:
judging whether the associated secondary column contains the current secondary column, if so, marking the user as a class of user; if not, marking the user as a second class user;

reading sequence information of the associated secondary columns in a preset department business process table;
according to the sequence information, two adjacent secondary columns before and after the current secondary column of one type of user are selected to generate first quick link information;
and generating a prompt window according to the first quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.

The business process management method of claim 3, wherein: the method comprises the following steps of selecting other secondary columns from a main column in which a current secondary column of a second class of users is located, using the other secondary columns as alternative secondary columns, generating a prompt window according to the alternative secondary columns and the secondary columns related to department information, and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window, wherein the prompt window comprises the following steps:
reading sequence information of the associated secondary columns in a preset department business process table;
according to the sequence information, selecting a first-ranked secondary column and a random alternative secondary column from the associated secondary columns to generate second quick link information;
and generating a prompt window according to the second quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.
