and generating a prompt window according to the first quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.

reading sequence information of the associated secondary columns in a preset department business process table;
according to the sequence information, selecting a first-ranked secondary column and a random alternative secondary column from the associated secondary columns to generate second quick link information;
and generating a prompt window according to the second quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, when the computer program is executed by the processor 210, the following steps are performed:

acquiring name information and gender information of all online users;
generating a user icon for each online user according to the name information and the gender information of each online user;
reading the current secondary column of the online user in real time, and generating position information for each online user;
and displaying the user icons of all the online users in the display frames of the corresponding secondary columns in the navigation bar according to the position information of each online user.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, when the computer program is executed by the processor 210, the following steps are performed:
judging whether the operation interface of the corresponding secondary column belongs to statistical analysis; if yes, generating and displaying a sending button, and if the sending button is clicked, sending the analysis data information of the current operation interface to the mobile terminal of the user; and if not, generating and displaying a screenshot button, clicking the screenshot button, performing screenshot on the current operation interface, and storing the screenshot to the local terminal.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program that can be loaded and executed by a processor, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the steps of any of the above-mentioned business process management methods are realized, and the same effect can be achieved.
The computer-readable storage medium includes, for example: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)
1. A business process management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring main column selection information of a user; the main bar comprises business opportunity management, project management, financial management, statistical analysis and system setting which are preset in the navigation bar;
expanding all the secondary columns in the selected main column according to the main column selection information, and displaying in the navigation column;
acquiring secondary column selection information of a user;
displaying an operation interface corresponding to the secondary column in a preset main window according to the secondary column selection information; the operation interface is used for business personnel to complete corresponding business processes;
acquiring department information of a user;
selecting a secondary column related to the department information from a preset department business flow table according to the department information;
recording the time of the user staying in the current secondary column to generate staying time;
judging whether the retention time is greater than the preset time, if so, generating a prompt window according to a secondary column associated with department information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window; the prompt window includes an enter button and a cancel button for the associated secondary column.
2. The business process management method of claim 1, wherein: selecting a secondary column associated with the department information from a preset department business process table according to the department information, and then:
judging whether the associated secondary column contains the current secondary column, if so, marking the user as a class of user; if not, marking the user as a second class user;
whether the residence time is larger than the preset time or not is judged, if yes, a prompt window is generated and displayed on the upper layer of the main window according to the secondary column related to the department information, and the method comprises the following steps:
a1, judging whether the retention time is longer than the preset time; if yes, A2 is carried out;
a2, reading the marks of the users, and if the marks are of one type, carrying out A3; if the label is a type II user, A4 is carried out;
a3, generating a prompt window according to the secondary column related to the department information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window; the prompt window comprises an enter button and a cancel button of the associated secondary column;
a4, selecting other secondary columns from the main column in which the current secondary column of the second-class user is located, taking the other secondary columns as alternative secondary columns, generating a prompt window according to the alternative secondary columns and the secondary columns related to department information, and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window; the prompt window includes an enter button for the associated secondary column, an enter button for the alternate secondary column, and a cancel button.
3. The business process management method of claim 2, wherein: the generating and displaying a prompt window on the upper layer of the main window according to the secondary column related to the department information comprises the following steps:
reading sequence information of the associated secondary columns in a preset department business process table;
according to the sequence information, two adjacent secondary columns before and after the current secondary column of one type of user are selected to generate first quick link information;
and generating a prompt window according to the first quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.

The business process management method of claim 3, wherein: the method comprises the following steps of selecting other secondary columns from a main column in which a current secondary column of a second class of users is located, using the other secondary columns as alternative secondary columns, generating a prompt window according to the alternative secondary columns and the secondary columns related to department information, and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window, wherein the prompt window comprises the following steps:
reading sequence information of the associated secondary columns in a preset department business process table;
according to the sequence information, selecting a first-ranked secondary column and a random alternative secondary column from the associated secondary columns to generate second quick link information;
and generating a prompt window according to the second quick link information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.

generating a user icon for each online user according to the name information and the gender information of each online user;
reading the current secondary column of the online user in real time, and generating position information for each online user;
and displaying the user icons of all the online users in the display frames of the corresponding secondary columns in the navigation bar according to the position information of each online user.
7. The business process management method of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps of displaying an operation interface corresponding to the secondary column in a preset main window according to the selection information of the secondary column, and then:
judging whether the operation interface of the corresponding secondary column belongs to statistical analysis; if yes, generating and displaying a sending button, and if the sending button is clicked, sending the analysis data information of the current operation interface to a mobile terminal or a PC (personal computer) end of a user; and if not, generating and displaying a screenshot button, clicking the screenshot button, performing screenshot on the current operation interface, and storing the screenshot to the local terminal.
8. A business process management system, comprising:
the main column acquisition module is used for acquiring main column selection information of a user;
the main column expansion module is used for expanding all the secondary columns in the selected main column according to the main column selection information and displaying the secondary columns in the navigation column;
the secondary column acquisition module is used for acquiring secondary column selection information of a user;
the operation interface display module is used for displaying an operation interface corresponding to the secondary column in a preset main window according to the secondary column selection information;
the department information acquisition module is used for acquiring the department information of the user;
the secondary column selection module is used for selecting a secondary column associated with the department information from a preset department business flow table according to the department information;
the stay time recording module is used for recording the stay time of the user in the current secondary column to generate stay time;
and the prompt window generation module is used for judging whether the retention time is greater than the preset time, and if so, generating a prompt window according to the secondary column related to the department information and displaying the prompt window on the upper layer of the main window.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that implements the business process management method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program that can be loaded by a processor and that executes a business process management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
