Abstract
The invention discloses a refrigerator lining and a using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of refrigerator linings, and comprising a refrigerator shell, a lining plate, a frost resisting box filling mold and an inner lamp filling mold, wherein the lining plate is provided with a frost resisting box groove, and the frost resisting box groove is internally provided with an inner lamp groove; the size of the inner lamp filling mold is matched with that of the inner lamp groove, and the size of the frost resisting box filling mold is matched with that of the frost resisting box groove. An inner lamp groove is arranged on one side of the inner lamp groove, and the inner lamp is arranged in the inner lamp groove. Two sides of the groove of the frost resisting box are respectively provided with a semicircular shallow groove. When a mold is not placed in the groove of the frost resisting box, the inner lamp of the lining illuminates normally; when the frost resisting function is needed, the inner lamp filling mold is filled into the inner lamp groove, and the frost resisting box is placed in the frost resisting box groove; when the inner lamp and the frost prevention function are not needed, the frost prevention box is taken out, the semicircular shallow grooves on two sides of the groove of the frost prevention box are beneficial to taking out the frost prevention box, and then the mold of the frost prevention box is placed into the groove of the frost prevention box.

Compared with the prior art, the invention combines the frost resisting box and the inner lamp, thereby saving the mould cost, reducing the cost of the freezer and having strong universality.

s3, when the inner lamp and the frost prevention function are not needed, the frost prevention box is taken out, the semicircular shallow grooves 4 on the two sides of the frost prevention box groove 2 are beneficial to taking out the frost prevention box, and then the frost prevention box mold is placed into the frost prevention box groove 2.

2. The refrigerator liner of claim 1, wherein a refrigerator cavity is provided in the refrigerator housing, and the liner plate is provided on an inner wall of the refrigerator cavity.
3. The liner of claim 2, wherein the frost resistant box recess and the inner light recess are raised in a direction from the inner liner plate to the housing to form a secondary step.
4. The cooler liner of claim 3, wherein an inner light is disposed in the inner light recess.
5. A liner for a refrigerator as defined in claim 4, wherein the inner lamp recess is provided with a lamp outlet hole communicated with the casing, the inner lamp is connected with a lamp outlet line, and the lamp outlet line passes through the lamp outlet hole.
6. The liner of claim 5 wherein an inner light trough is provided on one side of the inner light trough, the inner light being disposed within the inner light trough.
7. The liner of claim 6 wherein a semi-circular shallow groove is provided on each side of the frost blocking box recess.
8. A method of using a liner for a refrigerator, using the liner for a refrigerator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
s1, when a mold is not placed in a groove of the frost resisting box, an inner lamp of the lining illuminates normally;
s2, when the frost resisting function is needed, filling an inner lamp filling mold into the groove of the inner lamp, and placing a frost resisting box in the groove of the frost resisting box;
s3, when the inner lamp and the frost prevention function are not needed, the frost prevention box is taken out, the semicircular shallow grooves on the two sides of the groove of the frost prevention box are beneficial to taking out the frost prevention box, and then the mold of the frost prevention box is placed into the groove of the frost prevention box.
