The comfort self-adjusting method of the air conditioning equipment comprises the following steps: setting a threshold range of comfort parameters of an indoor environment; monitoring the outdoor environment temperature; and when the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the maximum value of the threshold range corresponding to the comfort parameter, reducing or closing the operation parameter corresponding to the air conditioning equipment. The invention adjusts the operation parameters according to the outdoor temperature, avoids the influence on the indoor temperature when the outside temperature is not appropriate, and simultaneously leads the indoor temperature and the noise to reach a more comfortable state.
