With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and health, the technology of storing grains has been more demanding, so the technology of storing grains in green has become the main development direction of grain storage. Ozone has strong oxidizability, is easy to prepare and is easy to decompose into oxygen at normal temperature, no residue and no pollution can be ensured after sterilization and disinfection operation, and the ozone fumigation for green grain storage has high feasibility.
The green prevention and control device for the grain depot according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the green prevention and control device for grain depot according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a machine body, a filtering component 9, a fan 10 and an ozone generating component.
The fuselage is equipped with ozone storehouse 6, fan storehouse 5 and filters storehouse 4, is ozone storehouse 6, fan storehouse 5 and filters storehouse 4 along the top to the bottom direction of fuselage in proper order. Wherein, the shapes and sizes of the ozone bin 6, the fan bin 5 and the filter bin 4 are designed according to the actual working conditions, and are not particularly limited.
The ozone chamber 6 is provided with an air outlet 7, wherein the air outlet 7 is positioned on the side surface of the machine body. The top of the fan bin 5 is communicated with the bottom of the ozone bin 6, the filter bin 4 is provided with an air inlet 3, and the air inlet 3 is positioned on the front side of the machine body. The filter bin 4 is communicated with the fan bin 5.
A filtering component 9 is arranged in the filtering bin 4, a fan 10 is arranged in the fan bin 5, and an ozone generating component is arranged in the ozone bin 6.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the fan 10 is started, outside air enters the filter bin 4 through the air inlet 3, the air can filter dust particles and water vapor in the air under the action of the filter assembly 9, so that clean air is obtained, the purified air enters the ozone bin 6 under the action of the fan 10, the air generates a large amount of ozone under the action of the ozone generating assembly, and the ozone is sent out through the air outlet 7. The green prevention and control device for the grain depot provided by the embodiment of the invention supplies air through the aerodynamic principle, changes the traditional pipeline air supply mode, not only saves manpower and material resources for laying the pipeline, but also solves the problem that the pipeline is easy to be oxidized, has a simple and compact structure, is simple and convenient to use, saves time and labor in installation, and accords with the practical application of grain depot storage.
In an optional embodiment, the number of the filter bins 4 is two, the fan bin 5 is located between the two filter bins 4, and two opposite sides of the fan bin 5 are respectively communicated with the tops of the two filter bins 4.
The fan 10 may be a multi-blade centrifugal fan.
It should be noted that, one side of the fan chamber 5 is communicated with the top of the first filter chamber 4, the other side of the fan chamber 5 is communicated with the top of the second filter chamber 4, and the air purified by the two filter chambers 4 can enter the fan chamber 5 at the same time, that is, compared with the air supply of a single filter chamber 4, the two filter chambers 4 are arranged to significantly improve the air supply amount.
In an optional embodiment, the green prevention and control device for the grain depot further comprises a vent pipe 8, one end of the vent pipe 8 is detachably connected with the air outlet 7, and the other end of the vent pipe 8 is used for being connected with a vent hole of the grain depot.
Wherein, the ventilation pipe 8 can be made of three-proofing cloth.
It should be noted that the air outlet 7 is provided with a snap ring, so that the ventilation pipe 8 is convenient to fix, and the ventilation pipe 8 can be made of fireproof and high-temperature-resistant three-proof cloth. The other end of the ventilation pipe 8 can be connected with a fan in a grain depot, and the connection part adopts a collar type connection mode, so that the damage of a soft connection material can be prevented, dust can not be collected, and the production maintenance cost and the maintenance workload are reduced.
In an optional embodiment, the grain depot green prevention and control device further comprises a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, and the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are arranged on the machine body.
It should be noted that, by arranging the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor on the fuselage, the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity around the fuselage can be acquired.
In an optional embodiment, the green prevention and control device for the grain depot further comprises a supporting base 2, the supporting base 2 is arranged at the bottom of the machine body, and an anti-skidding foot cup is arranged at one end, far away from the bottom of the machine body, of the supporting base 2.
It should be noted that the height of the machine body can be adjusted by the supporting base 2 to meet different operation requirements.
In an alternative embodiment, the filter assembly 9 comprises an air filter cartridge.
It should be noted that outside air passes through air intake 3 and reaches filtration storehouse 4, handles through air filter, can filter dust particle and aqueous vapor in the air, guarantees that the air that gets into ozone storehouse 6 obtains purifying, improves ozone production efficiency, extension equipment life.
In an alternative embodiment, the ozone generating assembly comprises a ceramic ozone generator, and the ozone generating assembly is disposed on an inner sidewall of the ozone chamber 6.
It should be noted that 18 groups of ceramic ozone generators can be adopted, and the ceramic ozone generators are installed in the ozone chamber 6 in a wall-mounted manner.
In an optional embodiment, the green prevention and control device for the grain depot further comprises a control component 14, the control component 14 comprises a control panel 13, an ozone indicator light 16, a power indicator light 11 and a fan indicator light 17, and the ozone indicator light 16, the fan indicator light 17, the fan 10 and the ozone generation component are all in communication connection with the control panel 13.
The machine body is also provided with a control cabin 1, and the control cabin 1 and the ozone cabin 6 are positioned at the same height. The control panel 13, the ozone indicator light 16, the power indicator light 11 and the fan indicator light 17 are arranged in the control cabin 1.
Wherein, temperature sensor and humidity transducer are connected with control panel 13 communication, and control panel 13 can show the temperature and the humidity condition in the space in real time, adopts the mode control ozone of touch screen to take place the switch of subassembly and fan 10, and the interface is succinct, and is clear convenient.
The control assembly 14 further includes an antenna 15 and an emergency stop button 12, among other things. The antenna 15 is used for receiving and sending signals, and the emergency stop button 12 is used for manually pressing the emergency stop button 12 to cut off the power supply and stop the operation of the green prevention and control device of the grain depot when the green prevention and control device of the grain depot is in a dangerous state.
It should be noted that, after the power is turned on, the power indicator 11 is turned on normally, the control panel 13 is turned on, the current temperature and humidity in the space are displayed on the control panel 13, the blower button on the control panel 13 is clicked, the blower indicator 17 is turned on, and the blower 10 starts to work; clicking an ozone generating component button on the control panel 13, lighting an ozone indicator lamp 16 and starting the operation of the ozone generating component;
when the fan button and the ozone generation component button are simultaneously opened, negative pressure is generated after the fan 10 works, air enters the ozone bin 6 after being filtered through the air filter element, the ceramic ozone generator takes oxygen in the sucked pure air as a raw material and generates ozone through high-pressure ionization, the fan 10 sends the generated ozone to the air outlet 7, the ozone is discharged through the vent pipe 8, the other end of the vent pipe 8 can be connected into an original ventilation system of a grain depot, the diffusion of the ozone is accelerated, and the effect of killing insects and sterilizing in the grain depot is achieved.
The green prevention and control device for the grain depot provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts ozone for insect killing and sterilization, does not need medicines, can be matched with a ventilation system of the grain depot for use, accelerates the diffusion of ozone under the drive of a high-speed large-flow fan in the grain depot, ensures that the ozone is not easy to dissipate and can be fully utilized, and the ozone is automatically reduced into oxygen after being treated, has no residue, and cannot influence the quality of stored food.
