The touch screen can be a touch screen which is arranged on the gear shifting system independently, and can also be a touch screen of a vehicle control system. On the basis of the embodiment, when the operating device of the gear shifting system is a touch screen and a gear shifting key, or the gear shifting key and a gear shifting toggle button, or the gear shifting toggle button and the touch screen and the gear shifting key, the gear shifting key comprises a key and a key drive;
and when the key is detected to be pressed down by the key driving, sending a potential signal corresponding to the key to the controller so that the controller can obtain a corresponding gear shifting signal according to the potential signal.
In this embodiment, keep off the position through shift button and other operating means common control and switch, prevent to shift gears because certain operating means trouble leads to shift system to be out of order and can't switch over and keep off the position, improve the security and the stability of vehicle, simultaneously, it dials button easy operation to shift, and it is few to occupy car inner space, and convenience of customers switches over and keeps off the position, improves user's use and experiences.
In a specific implementation, after the controller obtains the gear shift signal according to the signal sent by the operating device, the driving state of the vehicle may not be suitable for shifting gears, for example: when the vehicle is running at a high speed, the controller controls the vehicle to be switched to the R gear, so that the vehicle is damaged, traffic accidents occur, and therefore the vehicle can be controlled to be switched to the gear when the gear shifting condition is met.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the shift conditions include: the brake of the vehicle is pressed, the speed of the vehicle is lower than the speed limit of the vehicle control system, and the vehicle is not in a reverse state higher than the speed limit of the vehicle control system.
It can be understood that when the brake is pressed down and the vehicle body of the vehicle is lower than the speed limit of the vehicle control system, the parking gear P can be switched to the reverse gear R, the neutral gear N and the forward gear D, the reverse gear R can be switched to the parking gear P, the forward gear D and the neutral gear N, the neutral gear N can be switched to the parking gear P and the reverse gear R, and the forward gear D can be switched to the parking gear P, the reverse gear R and the neutral gear N. When the vehicle is not in a reverse state higher than the speed limit of a vehicle control system, the neutral gear N can be switched to the forward gear D, the reverse gear R can be switched to the neutral gear N, and the reverse gear R can be switched to the neutral gear N. For the safety of the vehicle, the controller does not issue a shift command when the shift condition is not satisfied.
In this embodiment, the controller control vehicle switches the fender position when satisfying the condition of shifting gears, avoids switching to keep off the position and leads to the vehicle to damage or out of control, prevents the emergence of traffic accident.
In the driving process of the vehicle, a driver needs to pay attention to the road condition, if the information of successful gear shifting is not timely fed back to the driver, the driver cannot timely confirm whether the gear shifting is successful or not after the gear shifting, and cannot confirm which gear is shifted, so that inconvenience is brought to the driver; this can lead to dangerous situations if the driver is distracted from the gear.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the feedback device includes a vibration module and a buzzer.
It can be understood that the feedback device is connected with the controller, and controls the vibration module to vibrate and the buzzer to sound after receiving a signal of successful gear shifting sent by the controller, and a specific reminding mode is not limited herein. The gear shifting device can vibrate and sound after each gear shifting; the gear can also be shifted and then vibrated, and the buzzer plays the current gear.
It should be noted that, when the operation device includes the touch screen, the touch screen may also be regarded as a part of the feedback device, and after the gear is switched, the touch screen may display the current gear, which is convenient for the driver to view.
In this embodiment, remind the driver to shift gears successfully and help the driver to confirm current fender position through bee calling organ and vibrations module, compare in other warning modes, the warning of bee calling organ and the vibrations of vibrations module are more directly perceived, are difficult to ignore, can improve shift system's security, prevent the emergence of traffic accident.

The alarm system can send the abnormal information of the vehicle state to the vehicle owner through the controller.
The fingerprint detection module can be an ultrasonic detection module, an optical fingerprint identification module or a semiconductor fingerprint identification module. It should be noted that, in order to further improve the safety of the vehicle and prevent theft, the fingerprint identification module also needs to have a living body detection function.
In this embodiment, increase the start button for shift system, start the vehicle through the fingerprint, send out the police dispatch newspaper after trying the discernment many times, it is more convenient and fast than the traditional method that uses the key to start the vehicle, improve user experience. The controller receives the operation signal, acquires a gear shifting signal according to the operation signal, judges whether a preset gear shifting condition is met, and controls the vehicle to shift gears if the preset gear shifting condition is met; the feedback device is connected with the controller, and sends a feedback signal to remind a user that gear shifting is performed when the gear shifting of the vehicle is detected to be successful. Therefore, the gear shifting system can improve the safety of the gear shifting device and avoid traffic accidents.

Claims (10)

1. A gear shift system characterized by: comprises at least two operation devices, a controller and a feedback device;
the operation device generates an operation signal according to the operation of a user and sends the operation signal to the controller;
the controller receives the operation signal, obtains a gear shifting signal according to the operation signal, and controls the vehicle to shift gears when the driving state of the vehicle meets a preset gear shifting condition;
the feedback device is connected with the controller and sends a feedback signal after the vehicle is detected to be shifted.
2. The gear shift system of claim 1, wherein the operating device is a shift knob or a shift button or a touch screen.
3. The gear shift system of claim 2, wherein the shift knob comprises:
the device comprises a toggle button, a pressure sensor and a capacitance sensor;
the capacitance sensor and the pressure sensor are arranged at the toggle button and are respectively used for detecting the deformation of the toggle button and the pressure applied to the toggle button;
the capacitance sensor and the pressure sensor are connected with the controller, and transmit capacitance signals and pressure signals to the controller, so that the controller can obtain corresponding gear shifting signals according to the capacitance signals and the pressure signals.

The gear shifting system according to claim 2, wherein the touch screen is connected with the controller, and when a gear shifting operation of a user is detected, a gear shifting command corresponding to the gear shifting operation is sent to the controller, so that the controller acquires the corresponding gear shifting signal according to the gear shifting operation;
the touch screen is also used for displaying the current gear.
5. The gear shifting system of claim 2, wherein the shift key comprises:
keys and key drivers; and when the key drive detects that the key is pressed down, sending a potential signal corresponding to the key to the controller, so that the controller can obtain the corresponding gear shifting signal according to the potential signal.

The shift system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the shift condition includes: the brake of the vehicle is stepped on, the speed of the vehicle is lower than the speed limit of a vehicle control system, and the vehicle is not in a reversing state higher than the speed limit of the vehicle control system.
7. The gear shift system of claim 6, wherein the feedback device comprises a vibration module and a buzzer.
8. The gear shifting system of claim 7, further comprising an actuation button;
the starting key comprises a fingerprint detection module and a pressure sensor; the vehicle is controlled to start when a preset condition is met, so that the processor can control the vehicle to shift gears;
the preset conditions are as follows: the pressure applied to the starting key is larger than the threshold pressure, and the fingerprint information is correct.
9. The gear shifting system of claim 8, wherein the fingerprint detection module detects user fingerprint information and transmits the fingerprint information to the vehicle control system to facilitate the vehicle control system to service a user based on the fingerprint information.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising a gear shift system according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
