Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the scraping plate 6 is installed inside the pipe 2, the scraping plate 6 is vertically arranged, the scraping plate 6 is abutted against the inner wall of the pipe 2, and the lower end of the scraping plate 6 is slidably connected with the inner bottom surface of the pipe 2. The rope 22 penetrates through the scraper 6 and is fixed by tying; the vertical inner wall of pipe fitting 2 both sides all is concave to be equipped with the wall groove 23 that the level set up, and two sets of wall grooves 23 are located same vertical height, and the both sides of scraper blade 6 are rotated and are all connected with gyro wheel 61, and each group's gyro wheel 61 is pegged graft with wall groove 23 and is rotated. Referring to fig. 3 and 6, a fixed pulley 21 is rotatably connected to the wall body below the cross beam 31 on the side away from the downcomer 33, the rope 22 is wound around the set of fixed pulleys 21 and rotates, and the rope 22 penetrates through the cross beam 31 and extends indoors; the wall board close to the downcomer 33 is rotatably connected with a fixed pulley 21, and a rope 22 extends from the indoor to the outdoor, is connected with the fixed pulley 21 in a winding way and extends towards the interior of the downcomer 33.

c. installing each group of fixed pulleys 21, performing winding connection rotation on the rope 22 and each group of fixed pulleys 21, installing the scraper 6 in the pipe fitting 2, inserting and transmitting two groups of rollers 61 and the wall groove 23, and penetrating the rope 22 through the scraper 6 and performing knotting fixation; mounting the limiting plate 25 and the filter screen 7;
d. the waterproof plates 32 on the roofs on the two sides are laid, the lower end parts of the groups of waterproof plates 32 are abutted to the outer curled edges on one side of the pipe fitting 2, the groups of fastening bolts 4 are installed, the fastening bolts 4 vertically penetrate through the waterproof plates 32 and the outer curled edges, and the tapping ends of the fastening bolts 4 are in threaded connection with the vertical wing plates of the base 1.

A roofing gutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the distance between the vertical end surfaces of the wing plates on the two sides of the pipe fitting (2) which are deviated from each other is smaller than the width of the notch of the base (1), and the heights of the wing plates on the two sides of the pipe fitting (2) are smaller than the depth of the notch of the base (1); and a foaming layer (5) is filled between the inner groove surface of the base (1) and the pipe fitting (2).

A roofing gutter as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a scraper (6) is installed inside the pipe fitting (2), the lower end of the scraper (6) is connected with the inner bottom surface of the pipe fitting (2) in a sliding mode, two ends of the pipe fitting (2) are connected with fixed pulleys (21) in a rotating mode, two groups of fixed pulleys (21) which are distributed up and down are connected inside the sewer pipe (33) in a rotating mode, ropes (22) are laid inside the pipe fitting (2), the ropes (22) and the fixed pulleys (21) of each group rotate in a winding mode, and the ropes (22) penetrate through the scraper (6) and are fixed in a bolting mode; two groups of wall openings (332) which are distributed up and down are formed in the downcomer (33), and the rope (22) extends to the outer wall of the downcomer (33) between the two groups of wall openings (332).

A roofing gutter as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the vertical inner wall of pipe fitting (2) both sides all is equipped with wall groove (23) that the level set up concavely, the both sides of scraper blade (6) are rotated and are all connected with gyro wheel (61), each group gyro wheel (61) with wall groove (23) are pegged graft and are rotated.
