In the unloading system 2, the frame extends to the outside of the tail part of the vehicle chassis 1, and two telescopic supporting oil cylinders 11 are further arranged below the tail part of the vehicle chassis 1 or on the vehicle chassis 1 and used for supporting the ground during unloading operation, so that the stability during unloading operation is improved.

In the interception net system 3, the bottom of a movable frame 24 is connected with a main frame 14 through a joint bearing, two sides of the movable frame 24 are respectively connected with interception net piece modules 25 through pin shafts, and the main body of the movable frame 24 is of a frame structure, so that the swing of a certain amplitude can be realized, and the functional requirement of adapting to concave-convex ground can be met; the driving unit comprises a third driving mechanism 21 arranged between the main frame 14 and the movable frame 24, and the control unit 17 controls the operation of the third driving mechanism 21 to change the inclination angle of the movable frame 24, so as to drive the intercepting net mechanism 26 to incline, in this embodiment, the third driving mechanism 21 adopts a luffing cylinder.
In the interception net system 3, an interception net bracket 19 is also arranged below the main frame 14 so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the interception net system 3 from the vehicle chassis 1.
The driving unit further comprises a first driving mechanism, and the first driving mechanism is arranged between the movable rack 24 and the interception mesh module 25; the first driving mechanism adopts a spiral swing oil cylinder with a compact structure, an output shaft is connected to the interception mesh piece module 25, and the control unit 17 drives the first driving mechanism through the hydraulic unit 20 to drive the connected interception mesh piece module 25 to rotate, so that the interception mesh piece module 25 is integrally unfolded and retracted.
Referring to fig. 9, when the barrier net system 3 finishes the barrier work, the barrier net mechanism 26 is retracted and locked with the main frame 14 firmly, the front end of the main frame 14 is further provided with a frame locking mechanism 18 for locking the barrier net mechanism 26 when the barrier net mechanism 26 is retracted to both sides of the main frame 14 and is installed on the vehicle chassis 1 through the uninstalling system 2 as a whole, so that the barrier net mechanism 26 can be prevented from being scattered from both sides of the main frame 14 when the barrier net system 3 is on the vehicle chassis 1, and the safety of the barrier vehicle is improved.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 15, the blocking net mechanism 26 includes a plurality of blocking net modules 25, each blocking net module 25 is a rectangular frame, the number of blocking net modules 25 is determined according to the blocking width, the blocking net modules 25 are rotatably connected to the movable frame 24, and two adjacent blocking net modules 25 are slidably connected to the guide rail mechanism 37 through the mutually matched slide rail mechanisms 36;
more specifically, a single interception mesh module 25 is connected to one side of the movable frame 24 through a pin, and the other side of the movable frame 24 is connected to another interception mesh module 25, and for convenience of description, two interception mesh modules 25 connected to the movable frame 24 are named as first interception mesh modules 25, and the rest interception mesh modules 25 are named as second interception mesh modules 25; the upper part and the lower part of one side of the first interception mesh module 25 are respectively provided with a slideway mechanism 36, the upper part and the lower part of one side of the second interception mesh module 25 are respectively provided with a guide rail mechanism 37, and the upper part and the lower part of the other side are respectively provided with a slideway mechanism 36; the second intercepting mesh module 25 is nested and connected with the first intercepting mesh module 25 through a slide way mechanism 36 and a guide rail mechanism 37, and the second intercepting mesh module 25 behind is nested and connected with the previous second intercepting mesh module 25 through the slide way mechanism 36 and the guide rail mechanism 37. In short, the second intercepting mesh module 25, the first intercepting mesh module 25 and the following second intercepting mesh module 25 are mutually nested through the slideway mechanism 36 and the guide rail mechanism 37 to form a mutually telescopic and slidable whole.
When the barrier needs to be set, the second interception mesh modules 25 are unfolded along the length direction of the first interception mesh modules 25, that is, the first interception mesh modules 25 are far away from the movable rack 24, and each second interception mesh module 25 can be completely unfolded or contracted on the adjacent second interception mesh module 25 and is overlapped with the adjacent second interception mesh module 25 to unfold the appropriate barrier width.

Referring to fig. 17, the second driving mechanism 38 includes a driving motor, a driving shaft 40 and a cable 41, and the intercepting mesh modules 25 are driven by the cable 41 wound around the hydraulic motor 39 to extend and retract the intercepting mesh modules 25. For example, the hydraulic motor 39 and the driving shaft 40 are fixed on the first interception mesh module 25, one end of the wire rope guy 41 is fixed on one end of the second interception mesh module 25, the other end of the wire rope guy is fixed on the other end of the second interception mesh module 25, the middle of the wire rope guy is wound on the driving shaft 40, and the control unit 17 controls the hydraulic motor 39 to rotate so as to drive the second interception mesh module 25 to slide relatively through the wire rope guy 41; all of the second intercepting screen modules 25 are driven by the second driving mechanism 38 to perform a telescopic movement to deploy the required barrier width, which is not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 10-13, the blocking mesh modules 25 form a blocking wall when unfolded, and are folded at both sides of the main frame 14 as shown in fig. 9 after being completely retracted, so that the total width is not greater than the requirements of the relevant national standards, and the transportation driving requirements are met; the interception mesh module 25 can be partially expanded in a telescopic manner step by step as shown in fig. 10-11, or can be completely expanded as shown in fig. 12-13 to meet the requirements of different interception widths.
Referring to fig. 9, the bottom of each interception net piece module 25 is provided with a universal roller with a locking structure for greatly reducing driving resistance, when the travel of the steel wire rope inhaul cable 41 reaches a telescopic designated position, that is, when the interception net piece module 25 is expanded to meet the requirement of the interception width, the interception net piece module 25 limits the relative position through the locking structure and locks, if a fault occurs, the manual telescopic action can be realized only by separating the steel wire rope inhaul cable 41 from the interception net piece module 25, and the requirement of emergency barrier arrangement is met.
In the interception net system 3, the interception net piece module 25 comprises a main body frame 27 and an interception net 33 arranged on the main body frame 27, the main body frame 27 is formed by welding profiles such as rectangular steel pipes, and the like, the main body frame 27 adopts a rectangular structure, and the stability of the main body frame is improved by a triangular structure; the main body frame 27 outside adopts the wire netting to cover, and every interception net piece module 25 is divided into a plurality of regions by main body frame 27, passes through the firm riveting of steel sheet and main body frame 27 with the multi-disc wire netting and is in the same place, and the wire netting adopts standard woven mesh preparation.
The upper part of the interception net piece module 25 is also provided with a movable interception net piece module 34, the top of the movable interception net piece module 34 is provided with an anti-climbing thorn 35, and people are prevented from climbing through roadblocks, so that the obstacle arrangement effect is enhanced. Each interception net piece module 25 is provided with a plurality of movable interception nets, the movable interception nets are slidably mounted in sliding grooves of a main body frame 27 structure, the extending or retracting of each interception net piece module is controlled by a fourth driving mechanism 28 on each interception net piece module 25, the fourth driving mechanism 28 controls the position of each movable interception net by adopting an electric push rod, and specifically, the control unit 17 controls the operation of the fourth driving mechanism 28 to drive the movable interception nets to slide, so that the movable interception nets have the reset positions hidden in the main body frame 27 and the interception positions extending out of the main body frame 27.
It can be described that when the barrier is laid, the electric push rod pushes the movable interception net to extend upwards, when the barrier is laid, the electric push rod retracts, the movable interception net is hidden in the main body frame 27, the electric push rod has a self-locking function, and when the driving is stopped, the movable interception net is automatically locked at a fixed position. If the electric push rod fails, the electric push rod can be pushed to a set height through manual operation and fixed through a pin.
In this embodiment, the rear portion of the intercepting mesh module 25 is provided with an auxiliary supporting mechanism 30, one end of the auxiliary supporting mechanism 30 is hinged with the main body frame 27, the other side is movably connected with a foldable or expandable supporting leg 31, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 30 can be folded at 90 degrees, when the intercepting mesh module 25 is retracted, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 30 is retracted in parallel with the main body frame 27 and is locked by a limiting mechanism; when the interception net piece module 25 is unfolded, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 30 is perpendicular to the main body frame 27, and the movable supporting legs 31 extend out of the supporting ground to form a triangular supporting structure with the main body frame 27, so that the stability of the interception net wall is enhanced.
