Abstract

Technical Field

Background
In the related art, a top cover and a case member of a drum washing machine are fastened and connected mainly by fastening members such as pan head tapping screws, but such a mounting manner is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a case assembly and a laundry treating apparatus capable of improving assembly efficiency while saving production costs.
An embodiment of the present application provides a cabinet assembly for a laundry treating apparatus, including:
an open top case member;
a top cover;
the hanging spring support is arranged on the box shell, and the top cover is clamped with the hanging spring support, so that the top cover is arranged at the opening position of the top of the box shell.

An embodiment of the present application provides a case assembly 10 for a laundry treatment apparatus, referring to fig. 1 to 8, including a case member 11, a top cover 12, and a suspension spring bracket 13; the suspension spring bracket 13 is arranged on the case 11, and the top cover 12 is clamped with the suspension spring bracket 13, so that the top cover 12 is covered at the opening of the case 11.
Still another embodiment of the present application provides a laundry treating apparatus, referring to fig. 1, comprising a cartridge 20, a suspension spring 30, and a case assembly 10 according to any one of the embodiments of the present application, wherein the cartridge 20 is disposed in the case assembly 10, a first end of the suspension spring 30 is connected to the cartridge 20, and a second end of the suspension spring 30 is connected to the suspension spring bracket 13.
Specifically, the suspension spring bracket 13 is used for fixing the suspension spring 30 and is also used for being clamped with the top cover 12 to fix the top cover 12, so that the top cover 12 can be mounted on the case 11 without using a fastener, the assembly efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the production cost is saved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the suspension spring bracket 13 has a hooking slot 13c, and the second end of the suspension spring 30 is hooked in the hooking slot 13c, thereby facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the suspension spring 30.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the case 11 includes a case 111 and a reinforcing plate 112 disposed on a top side of the case 111, the reinforcing plate 112 is used for reinforcing a top of the case 111, the top cover 12 includes a cover plate 121 and a frame 122 disposed on one side of the cover plate 121, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the case 11, the suspension spring bracket 13 may be disposed on the reinforcing plate 112, the frame 122 of the top cover 12 is clamped with the suspension spring bracket 13, and similarly, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the top cover 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 may be disposed on the frame 122, and the reinforcing plate 112 of the case 11 is clamped with the suspension spring bracket 13.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 9 to fig. 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the case member 11 and forms a first clamping groove 13a with an end surface of the case member 11 near the top cover 12, that is, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the case member 11, the suspension spring bracket 13 may cooperate with the case member 11 to form the first clamping groove 13a, the top cover 12 is configured with a first clamping piece 122a, and at least a part of the first clamping piece 122a is clamped into the first clamping groove 13a, so that the suspension spring bracket 13 is clamped with the first clamping piece 122 a.
That is, depending on the structure, size, etc. of the first engaging piece 122a, the first engaging piece 122a may be entirely engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, or may be partially engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, and when the top cover 12 is mounted, only by pushing at least a partial region of the first engaging piece 122a into the first engaging groove 13a, the suspension spring bracket 13 can be engaged with the region of the first engaging piece 122a engaged with the first engaging groove 13a.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8 and fig. 10 to 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 includes a main body 131 and a claw 132, the main body 131 is connected with the case member 11, one side of the claw 132 is connected with the main body 131, the other opposite side of the claw 132 extends away from the main body 131, and a first clamping groove 13a is formed between the claw 132 and an end surface of the case member 11 near the top cover 12.
Specifically, the claw 132 may be integrally formed with the main body 131, and the claw 132 may be fixedly connected with the main body 131 by bonding, welding, or the like. When at least a partial region of the first locking tab 122a is pushed into the first locking groove 13a, the claw 132 abuts against the end face of the first locking tab 122a located in the first locking groove 13a, whereby the first locking tab 122a can be locked.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the suspension spring bracket 13 further includes a reinforcing rib 133, where the reinforcing rib 133 is disposed on an outer surface of the claw 132.
Taking the suspension spring bracket 13 shown in fig. 7 and 8 as an example, the reinforcing rib 133 is disposed on one side of the claw 132 away from the clamping groove, and the reinforcing rib 133 can not only reinforce the claw 132, but also make the claw 132 capable of clamping the clamping piece to be clamped firmly.
The number of the reinforcing ribs 133 may be determined according to needs, that is, the reinforcing ribs 133 may be one or more, and the reinforcing ribs 133 may be integrally formed with the claws 132 or may be fixedly connected with the claws 132 by bonding, welding or the like.
In some embodiments, the thickness of the claw 132 may be increased appropriately, so that the claw 132 can fasten the fastening piece to the ground more firmly while improving its strength.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the number of the suspension spring brackets 13 is two (only one suspension spring bracket 13 is shown in fig. 3), the two suspension spring brackets 13 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the case 111, the two opposite sides of the top cover 12 are respectively configured with first clamping pieces 122a, and each first clamping piece 122a is respectively clamped with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, two suspension spring brackets 13 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the lateral direction of the case 111, and when the top cover 12 is mounted, the top cover 12 can be pushed from front to back at the top of the case 111, so that each first clamping piece 122a can be respectively pushed into a clamping groove of the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13, so that each first clamping piece 122a is respectively clamped with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13.
In some embodiments, two suspension spring brackets 13 may be disposed on opposite sides of the case 111 in the front-rear direction, respectively, which corresponds to pushing the top cover 12 from one side of the case 111 in the lateral direction when the top cover 12 is mounted.
The number of the suspension spring holders 13 is not limited to two, and the number of the suspension spring holders 13 may be one or two or more as needed, and is not limited herein.
Note that, the suspension spring bracket 13 may not cooperate with the case member 11 or the top cover 12 to form a clamping groove, for example, referring to fig. 13, a second clamping groove 13b may be provided on the suspension spring bracket 13, the suspension spring bracket 13 is provided on the case member 11, the top cover 12 is configured with a second clamping piece, and at least a part of the second clamping piece is clamped into the second clamping groove 13b in a region so that the suspension spring bracket 13 is clamped with the second clamping piece. That is, the first catching groove 13a formed between the suspension spring bracket 13 and the case member 11 may be replaced by providing the second catching groove 13b on the suspension spring bracket 13.
Similarly, when the suspension spring bracket 13 having the second locking groove 13b is provided on the top cover 12, the case member 11 may be provided with the second locking piece.
Further, referring to fig. 13, the suspension spring bracket 13 may include a main body 131 and two jaws 132 spaced apart from each other at one side of the main body 131 such that a second clamping groove 13b is formed at a space between the two jaws 132.
Illustratively, the two jaws 132 shown in fig. 13 are disposed at a vertical interval, that is, the top cover 12 may be moved in a horizontal direction to cause the second engaging piece to engage in the second engaging groove 13b, and in some embodiments, the two jaws 132 may be disposed at a horizontal interval, that is, the top cover 12 may be moved in a vertical direction along the case assembly 10 to cause the second engaging piece to engage in the second engaging groove 13b.
Similarly, the outer surfaces of the two claws 132 may be provided with the reinforcing ribs 133, that is, the reinforcing ribs 133 may be provided on the side of each claw 132 facing away from the second card slot 13b, or the thickness of the two claws 132 may be increased appropriately.
In some embodiments, for the suspension spring bracket 13 having the second clamping groove 13b, only one jaw 132 may be provided, and the second clamping groove 13b may be formed between the jaw 132 and the main body 131.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the suspension spring bracket 13 is detachably disposed on the case member 11, that is, before assembling, the suspension spring bracket 13 and the case member 11 are two separate components, and the suspension spring bracket 13 is mounted on the case member 11 during assembling, thereby facilitating the mounting of the suspension spring bracket 13, and in addition, when the structure of the suspension spring bracket 13 is complex, the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed as a detachable component, and also facilitating the separate processing and manufacturing of the suspension spring bracket 13, so as to improve the production efficiency.
In some embodiments, the suspension spring bracket 13 may be fixed to the case member 11 by bonding, welding, or the like, and the suspension spring bracket 13 may be integrally formed with the case member 11.

In some embodiments, the sub-riser 1122 may be provided with a socket 131a, and a partial region of the main body 131 of the suspension spring bracket 13 may be inserted into the socket 131a.

The case assembly according to claim 1, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) comprises a main body (131) and a claw (132), the main body (131) is connected with the case member (11), one side of the claw (132) is connected with the main body (131), the other side opposite to the claw (132) extends away from the main body (131), and the first clamping groove (13 a) is formed between the claw (132) and the end face of the case member (11) close to the top cover (12).
3. The case assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first clamping pieces (122 a) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the top cover (12), and each first clamping piece (122 a) is respectively clamped with a corresponding suspension spring bracket (13).

The case assembly according to claim 1, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) has a second clamping groove (13 b), and the top cover (12) is provided with a second clamping piece, and at least a part of the second clamping piece is clamped into the second clamping groove (13 b) so that the suspension spring bracket (13) is clamped with the second clamping piece.
5. The case assembly according to claim 4, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) includes a main body (131) and two jaws (132), the two jaws (132) being spaced apart at one side of the main body (131) such that the second clamping groove (13 b) is formed at a space between the two jaws (132).
6. The housing assembly according to claim 2 or 5, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) further comprises a reinforcing rib (133), the reinforcing rib (133) being provided at an outer surface of the claw (132).
7. A housing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) is detachably arranged on the housing element (11).

The case assembly according to claim 7, wherein the case member (11) includes a reinforcing plate (112), the top of the case body (111) has an inwardly turned flange (111 a), the reinforcing plate (112) includes a sub-transverse plate (1121) and a sub-riser (1122) connected to one side of the sub-transverse plate (1121), the sub-transverse plate (1121) abuts against the flange (111 a), and the suspension spring bracket (13) is inserted into the sub-riser (1122) and is clamped with the sub-transverse plate (1121) and the flange (111 a).

The case assembly according to claim 8, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) comprises a main body (131) and an elastic buckle (134) arranged on the main body (131), the main body (131) is provided with an inserting groove (131 a), a third clamping groove (134 a) is formed between the elastic buckle (134) and the main body (131), a part of the sub-riser (1122) is inserted into the inserting groove (131 a), the sub-transverse plate (1121) and the part of the flanging (111 a) are clamped into the third clamping groove (134 a), and the elastic buckle (134) is abutted against one side of the flanging (111 a) away from the sub-transverse plate (1121).

A laundry treatment device characterized by comprising a cartridge (20), a suspension spring (30) and a casing assembly (10) according to any one of claims 1-9, said cartridge (20) being arranged in said casing assembly (10), a first end of said suspension spring (30) being connected to said cartridge (20), a second end of said suspension spring (30) being connected to said suspension spring holder (13).
11. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that the suspension spring bracket (13) has a hooking groove (13 c), the second end of the suspension spring (30) being hooked in the hooking groove (13 c).
