The sewing equipment for processing and producing shirts is characterized by comprising a sewing equipment body, wherein the sewing equipment body comprises a processing table, two sides of the bottom of the processing table are fixedly connected with supporting seats, box-shaped bases with openings at the bottoms are arranged below the two supporting seats, the bottoms of the two supporting seats are fixedly connected with the same lifting mechanism, the tops of the two box-shaped bases are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the lifting mechanisms, and roller receiving mechanisms matched with the lifting mechanisms are arranged on the box-shaped bases; elevating system is including fixing the extension board in the support bottom, equal slip cap is equipped with the backup pad on two extension boards, the bottom of backup pad and the top fixed connection of the box-shaped base that corresponds, the rectangular hole that the bottom set up for the opening is seted up to backup pad right side bottom, the same U-shaped pole of fixedly connected with between two backup pads, the screw rod is all rotated to U-shaped pole top both sides and installed, the thread bush is equipped with the montant on the screw rod, two montant tops respectively with the bottom fixed connection of the support that corresponds, the screw rod bottom extends to in the U-shaped pole and the first sprocket of fixedly connected with, U-shaped pole top fixed mounting has driving motor, and driving motor's output shaft bottom extends to in the U-shaped pole and fixedly connected with second sprocket, the second sprocket is located between two first sprockets and has same chain with the transmission connection on two first sprockets.

The sewing machine for shirt processing production as defined in claim 1, wherein the roller receiving mechanism comprises a rectangular plate slidably fitted in the box-shaped base, the bottom of the rectangular plate is rotatably fitted with a traveling wheel, the bottom of the traveling wheel extends to below the corresponding box-shaped base, the top of the rectangular plate is rectangular and fixedly connected with four guide rods, the top ends of the four guide rods on the same rectangular plate extend into the corresponding rectangular holes and are fixedly connected with the same movable base, a plurality of compression springs in a compressed state are fixedly connected between the bottom of the movable base and the top of the corresponding box-shaped base, and the bottom of the support plate extends into the corresponding rectangular holes and is in movable contact with the top of the movable base.

The sewing machine for shirt processing and production according to claim 2, wherein a rectangular through hole is formed in the top of the supporting plate, the inner wall of the rectangular through hole is slidably connected with the outer side of the corresponding supporting plate, a limiting hole is formed in the inner wall of the right side of the rectangular through hole on the left side of the two rectangular through holes, a limiting block is fixedly connected to the right side of the supporting plate on the left side of the two rectangular through holes, and the limiting block is slidably connected with the corresponding limiting hole.
4. The sewing machine for shirt processing and production as defined in claim 3, wherein the bottom end of the vertical rod is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded hole is in threaded connection with a corresponding screw.

The sewing machine for shirt processing and production according to claim 4, wherein two first circular holes are formed in the inner wall of the top of the U-shaped rod, two bearings are fixedly sleeved in the first circular holes, and inner rings of the bearings are welded and sleeved with the outer sides of the corresponding screws.

The sewing machine for shirt processing and production as defined in claim 5, wherein a circular through hole is formed on the inner wall of the middle top portion of the U-shaped rod, and the output shaft of the driving motor is positioned in the circular through hole and does not contact with the inner wall of the circular through hole.
7. The sewing machine for shirt processing and production according to claim 6, wherein four second round holes are formed in the inner wall of the top of the box-shaped base, and the inner walls of the second round holes are slidably connected with the outer sides of the corresponding guide rods.
8. The sewing apparatus for shirt processing production of claim 7, wherein a distance between a bottom of the road wheel and a bottom of the corresponding box-shaped base is smaller than a distance between a top of the rectangular plate and an inner wall of the top of the box-shaped base.
9. A control method using the sewing apparatus for shirt manufacturing according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
step S1: before the travelling wheels are not stored, an operator moves the sewing equipment to a target position through the travelling wheels; when the sewing equipment is parked, the driving motor is started in the forward direction, the driving motor drives the second chain wheel to rotate, the second chain wheel drives the first chain wheels on the two sides to rotate through the chain, and then the first chain wheels drive the corresponding screw rods to rotate, and the screw rods drive the vertical rods to move upwards;
step S2: the two vertical rods synchronously move upwards and drive the support to move upwards, the support drives the corresponding support plate to move upwards relative to the support plate, the support plate upwards releases the extrusion acting force on the movable seat, and the compression spring in a compressed state recovers the elastic force to push the movable seat upwards;
step S3: the movable base drives the rectangular plate to move upwards through the corresponding four guide rods, the rectangular plate drives the traveling wheels to move upwards and store the traveling wheels into the box-shaped base, and the bottom of the box-shaped base is supported;
step S4: continuously and positively starting the driving motor, continuously moving the support upwards, driving the machining table to move upwards by the support, stopping the driving motor and locking the threaded hole and the screw rod by threads after the machining table is lifted to a proper height to realize the position fixation of the machining table;
step S5: when the processing platform needs to be moved again, the processing platform moves downwards through the reverse starting motor, the support drives the support plate to move downwards and contact and extrude with the moving seat, the compression spring compresses again, the moving seat drives the rectangular plate to move downwards through the corresponding four guide rods, and the rectangular plate drives the corresponding walking wheels to move downwards and then move again.
