The other end of the counterweight module 2 is provided with two opposite supporting plates 2a, and the number of the counterweight blocks between the supporting plates 2a can be adjusted. Specifically, form the holding tank of balancing weight between two relative backup pads 2a, through the quantity of balancing weight in the adjustment holding tank, and then realize adjusting the weight of counter weight module 2.
Of course, the counterweight module 2 may have other structures, such as one end of the counterweight module 2 is connected to the second end of the first sub-frame 1 a. The balancing weight can be bolted connection with backup pad 2a to prevent that the balancing weight from dropping, there is the potential safety hazard.
As shown in fig. 3, the workpiece fixing assembly 3 includes a connecting plate 3b rotatably connected to the second sub-frame 1b, a stopper for locking the connecting plate 3b, and a plurality of tie bars 3c fixedly connected to the connecting plate 3b, and a space for accommodating the workpiece 4 is formed between the plurality of tie bars 3 c. The connecting plate 3b is rotatably connected with the second sub-frame 1b, that is, the connecting plate 3b and the second sub-frame 1b can rotate relatively, after the connecting plate 3b rotates to a proper angle relative to the second sub-frame 1b, the connecting plate 3b is locked by the limiting member, and after the connecting plate 3b is locked by the limiting member, the connecting plate 3b can not rotate relative to the second sub-frame 1 b. The plurality of dragging rods 3c are fixedly connected with the connecting plate 3b, and the plurality of dragging plates and the first sub-frame 1a are positioned on the same side of the second sub-frame 1 b. A plurality of tow bars 3c may be perpendicular to the connection plate 3 b. The plurality of tow bars 3c form a space therebetween to accommodate the workpiece 4. The workpiece 4 may be placed between a plurality of the tow bars 3c, the plurality of the tow bars 3c being distributed circumferentially along the workpiece 4, and the workpiece 4 may be positioned.
The posture of the workpiece 4 can be adjusted by rotating the connecting plate 3b, so that the assembly is facilitated, and the application range is wide.
Further, the limiting part is a jackscrew 3e in threaded fit with the second sub-frame 1b, and the jackscrew 3e can tightly push against the connecting plate 3 b. When connecting plate 3b was rotated to needs, rotated jackscrew 3e to separate with connecting plate 3b, rotated the jackscrew 3e to the tight connecting plate 3b in top after connecting plate 3b rotated to suitable position. Alternatively, the jack screw 3e may be inserted into a stopper hole of the link plate 3b to lock the link plate 3b against rotation.
Of course, the limiting member may also be other members, such as a bolt for fixedly connecting the connecting plate 3b and the second sub-frame 1b, and is not limited herein.
In order to fix the workpiece 4, a plurality of baffle plates 3d are fixedly arranged on the side wall of the drawbar 3c along the circumferential direction. A plurality of baffles 3d are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the towing rod 3 c. Three baffles 3d may be attached to each tow bar 3 c. Thus, the baffle 3d abuts against the workpiece 4, and the workpiece 4 can be further positioned.
Further, the workpiece fixing assembly 3 further comprises an ejector rod in threaded connection with the baffle 3d, and the ejector rod can tightly eject the workpiece 4 between the plurality of towing rods 3 c. The ejector pins on the baffle plates 3d rotate to the workpiece 4 to be abutted, and the workpiece 4 can be fixed in multiple directions. The number of the lift pins connected to each baffle plate 3d may be plural, and the plural lift pins are distributed along the length direction of the baffle plate 3 d.
The number of the tow bars 3c may be four, and four tow bars 3c are distributed along a square. The length direction of the towing bar 3c and the length direction of the first sub-frame 1a may be parallel to each other so as to maintain balance.
In addition, the connecting plate 3b and the second sub-frame 1b can be connected through a bearing, and a rotating handle 3a is further fixed on the connecting plate 3 b. So hand-held twist grip 3a can realize the rotation of connecting plate 3b, the operation of being convenient for more.
Of course, the workpiece fixing assembly 3 may have other structures, such as a support plate and two opposite clamping plates, and the workpiece 4 is clamped by the clamping plates after the workpiece 4 is placed on the support plate.
