the lubricating mechanism (5) comprises a fixed rod (51), the sleeve rod (13) is connected with the fixed rod (51) in a sliding way, the fixing rod (51) is in threaded connection with a mounting ring (52), the mounting ring (52) is in threaded connection with a screw (53), the mounting ring (52) is matched and connected with the fixing ring (11) through a screw (53), an oil storage tank (55) is arranged in the fixing ring (11), an oil discharge tank (56) is arranged in the fixing rod (51), the oil storage tank (55) is communicated with the oil discharge tank (56), a fiber sponge (57) is fixedly arranged in the fixed rod (51), the fiber sponge (57) is communicated with the oil discharge groove (56), the fixed rod (51) is matched and rotated with a second ball (58), the second ball (58) is in rolling connection with the loop bar (13), and the second ball (58) is abutted against the fiber sponge (57);
