Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of soldering lug manufacturing, and discloses a manufacturing method and a system of a height-limited preformed soldering lug, which comprise the following steps: a base; the transmission device is arranged on the base and used for transmitting the processed workpiece to the processing position; the slotting device is arranged on the base and is used for slotting the machined workpiece; and the wire planting device is arranged on the base and positioned on one side of the slotting device and used for planting the metal wire into the slotted machined workpiece. The invention is convenient for preparing the height-limited preformed soldering lug.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soldering lug manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method and a system of a height-limiting preformed soldering lug.
Background
The preformed soldering lug is a precisely formed solder which can be made into different shapes, sizes and surface forms according to requirements, is suitable for the manufacturing process of various products with small tolerance, and is widely applied to the fields of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, connectors and terminal equipment, chip connection, power module substrate attachment, filter connectors, electronic component assembly and the like. Preformed solder tabs are commonly used where the shape and quality of the solder is particularly desired, and can be made in any size and shape to meet the needs of the customer.
In the prior art, most of height-limiting type preformed soldering lugs are manufactured manually, so that the labor intensity of workers is high, the production efficiency is low, and the stability of the product quality is difficult to guarantee.
Therefore, how to provide a method and a system for manufacturing a height-limited preformed soldering lug so as to facilitate the preparation of the height-limited preformed soldering lug is a technical problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for manufacturing a height-limited preformed soldering lug, so that the height-limited preformed soldering lug can be conveniently prepared.
To this end, according to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a system for manufacturing a height-limited preformed solder lug, including: a base; the transmission device is arranged on the base and used for transmitting the processed workpiece to the processing position; the slotting device is arranged on the base and is used for slotting the machined workpiece; and the wire planting device is arranged on the base and positioned on one side of the slotting device and used for planting the metal wire into the slotted machined workpiece.
The invention is further configured that the transmission device comprises a transmission seat in sliding connection with the base, a processing table fixedly connected with the transmission seat is arranged in the transmission seat, and a transmission motor for driving the transmission seat to slide on the base is arranged on the base.

The grooving device further comprises a grooving shaft and a grooving wheel, wherein the grooving shaft is rotatably connected with the base, the grooving wheel is sleeved on the outer side of the grooving shaft, and a roller knife for grooving a processed workpiece is arranged on the grooving wheel.

According to a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a height-limited preformed soldering lug, including: fixedly placing a workpiece to be processed on a transmission device, and transmitting the workpiece to a processing position through the transmission device; slotting the processed workpiece on the transmission device through a slotting device; and implanting the metal wire into the machined workpiece slotted by the slotting device through a wire implanting device.

It should be noted that the processed workpiece is transmitted to the processing station through the transmission device 2, the slotting device 3 slots the processed workpiece, and the wire implanting device 4 implants the metal wire into the slotted processed workpiece, so that the manufacturing method and the system of the height-limited type preformed soldering lug are further provided.
As shown in fig. 2, the transmission device 2 includes a transmission seat slidably connected to the base 1, a processing table fixedly connected to the transmission seat is disposed in the transmission seat, and a transmission motor for driving the transmission seat to slide on the base 1 is disposed on the base 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method further includes: the first adjusting device 5 is arranged on the base 1, and the first adjusting device 5 is used for adjusting the horizontal height of the slotting device 3 so as to adjust the slotting depth of the slotting device 3. In the specific implementation process, the first adjusting device 5 comprises a first adjusting rod for adjusting the horizontal height of the slotting device 3, and the first adjusting rod is provided with a first adjusting nut in threaded connection.

step S102, slotting the processed workpiece on the transmission device 2 through the slotting device 3;
and step S103, implanting the metal wire into the machined workpiece slotted by the slotting device 3 through the wire implanting device 4.
It should be noted that the processed workpiece is transmitted to the processing station through the transmission device 2, the slotting device 3 slots the processed workpiece, and the wire implanting device 4 implants the metal wire into the slotted processed workpiece, so that the manufacturing method and the system of the height-limited type preformed soldering lug are further provided.
