Preferably, the depressing mechanism includes a mounting post 66 mounted on the holder 64 and disposed along a length direction thereof, and the mounting post 66 is formed with a mounting groove along the length direction thereof, in which the air bag 63 contacting a top surface of the plurality of key-depressing fingers 61 is mounted. When the key pressing fingers 61 are required to press the workpiece downwards, air bags 63 in the two groups of clamping assemblies are inflated, the air bags 63 are inflated after being ventilated to press the end parts of the key pressing fingers 61 downwards until the key pressing fingers 61 press the workpiece, downward pressure is simultaneously applied to the key pressing fingers 61 through one air bag 63, the key pressing fingers 61 are mutually independent, and therefore different parts of the workpiece can be pressed efficiently, wherein the air bags 63 can be conventional. The reinforcing cylinder is mounted on the reinforcing frame 64, the reinforcing plate is connected to the reinforcing cylinder, the reinforcing plate is obliquely arranged and connected with the top surface of the mounting post 66, although the mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the mounting post 66, the air bag 63 still applies upward force to the mounting post 66 after being inflated, so that the mounting post 66 can be prevented from moving upward through the reinforcing cylinder and the reinforcing plate, and the mounting post 66 can be mounted more stably.
Preferably, the horizontal adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting strip 68 which is positioned in the adjusting groove and arranged along the length direction of the adjusting groove, a bolt 67 connected with the adjusting strip 68 is installed on the adjusting column 65, when the gap between the two groups of clamping components needs to be adjusted, the bolt 67 can be rotated, the bolt 67 rotates and drives the adjusting strip 68 to push the key pressing fingers 61 and the rolling member to move in the horizontal direction, and the rotation of the bolt 67 is stopped until the distance between the two groups of key pressing fingers 61 is proper, so that the distance between the two groups of key pressing fingers 61 can be adjusted conveniently.

In this embodiment: when a workpiece, such as an oil tank, arrives at the mandrel component 4, the power mechanism 48 drives the sliding plate 47 to slide along the length direction of the mandrel component 4, so that the hook members 43 installed at the front end and the rear end of the sliding plate 47 can be driven to move simultaneously, the hook member 43 at the front end of the sliding plate 47 can push the workpiece on the material waiting section 45 to the welding section 41, the hook member 43 at the rear end of the sliding plate 47 can push the workpiece on the welding section 41 to the next position, and the workpiece is guided and limited by the guide member 44, so that the workpiece to be welded can be pushed to the welding station to be welded more accurately and efficiently.
Preferably, the hooking member 43 is further provided with a vertical cylinder 46, the vertical cylinder 46 is mounted on a sliding plate 47 through a mounting seat, when a workpiece needs to move along the length direction of the mandrel assembly 4, the hooking member 43 can move upwards through the vertical cylinder 46 to make the hooking member 43 contact with the workpiece, the workpiece can be pushed along with the movement of the sliding plate 47, when the hooking member 43 needs to return to the original position, the vertical cylinder 46 makes the hooking member 43 move downwards, and the sliding of the sliding plate 47 drives the hooking member 43 to move, so that interference between the hooking member 43 and the workpiece can be avoided. Hook material piece 43 is including installing the articulated seat of hook material on vertical cylinder 46, it has the articulated bent plate of hook material to articulate on the articulated seat of hook material, install the hook material gyro wheel on the articulated bent plate of hook material, vertical cylinder 46's piston rod is connected with the bottom surface of the articulated bent plate of hook material, when vertical cylinder 46's piston stretches out, drive the articulated bent plate of hook material and rotate down, thereby make whole hook material piece 43 downstream, when vertical cylinder 46's piston withdrawal, drive the articulated bent plate of hook material upwards rotatory, thereby drive whole hook material piece 43 upward movement.
Preferably, the welding section 41 comprises a workpiece contour block 410, a gasket 413 is arranged in the middle of the workpiece contour block 410 along the length direction of the workpiece contour block, a welding groove 412 is formed in the top surface of the gasket 413 along the length direction of the gasket 413, a cooling water pipe 414 and a protection air pipe 411 are further arranged in the gasket 413 along the length direction of the gasket, and a plurality of small holes communicated with the protection air pipe 411 are formed in the gasket 413. Wherein, condenser tube 414 installs the water tank connection on the welding machine to let in the recirculated cooling water in making condenser tube 414, the recirculated cooling water in the liner 413 can make the work piece postweld cool off fast, through letting in protective gas in to protective gas pipe 411, protective gas can come out from the aperture, thereby can carry out the back gas protection to the back of work piece welding seam.
Preferably, the power mechanism 48 includes a power groove formed in the bottom surface of the mandrel assembly 4, a power motor is installed in the power groove, a lead screw located in the power groove is installed on a motor shaft of the power motor, the end portion of the lead screw is connected with the mandrel assembly 4 through a bearing, a nut is installed on the lead screw, the nut is connected with a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is connected with sliding plates 47 located on two sides of the mandrel assembly 4. When a workpiece needs to move along the length direction of the mandrel component 4, the power motor can be powered on, the power motor drives the screw rod to rotate after being powered on, the screw rod rotates to drive the nut to rotate, the nut rotates while moving along the length direction of the screw rod, the nut sequentially drives the connecting plate and the sliding plate 47 to move, when the sliding plate 47 moves, the sliding block can move along the power track, and meanwhile, the hook members 43 at the front end and the rear end of the sliding plate 47 are driven to move.
Preferably, the top surface of the material waiting section 45 is also provided with a straight seam guide plate along the length direction, the upper part of the straight seam guide plate is provided with an upper roller along the length direction, and the lower part of the straight seam guide plate is provided with a lower roller along the length direction. When the top surface of a welding workpiece such as the top surface of an oil tank is welded, the workpiece is guided through the straight seam guide plate, so that the workpiece can accurately reach a welding position, the workpiece can be in contact with the upper roller and the lower roller in the moving process, the upper roller and the lower roller can reduce the friction of the workpiece, and the workpiece can be protected.

as shown in fig. 15 to 17, on the basis of the above embodiment 1, the present embodiment provides a preferable structure of the discharging mechanism 1: the discharging mechanism 1 comprises a support frame 11, a middle plate 12 is installed on the top surface of the support frame 11 along the width direction of the support frame through a longitudinal sliding mechanism, two transverse sliding rails 14 which are oppositely arranged are installed on the top surface of the middle plate 12 along the width direction of the middle plate, two clamping frames 13 which are oppositely arranged are installed between the two transverse sliding rails 14 along the length direction of the support frame 11 through sliding blocks, a sliding mechanism is installed in the middle of the top surface of the middle plate 12 along the length direction of the middle plate, a transverse hinge mechanism is installed between the two clamping frames 13, and transverse cylinders 18 connected with the clamping frames 13 are further installed on two sides of the middle plate 12 respectively.
In this embodiment: when a workpiece such as an oil tank is welded and enters the transverse sliding rail 14, the workpiece is adjusted to a corresponding position according to the size of the workpiece, if the workpiece needs to be clamped and positioned in the horizontal direction, piston rods of transverse air cylinders 18 on two sides can be contracted, the transverse air cylinders 18 drive clamping frames on two sides to move oppositely, a transverse hinge mechanism can move and perform certain centering positioning on the clamping frames on two sides in the moving process of the clamping frames, the workpiece is clamped in the horizontal direction until the clamping frames, if the workpiece needs to be adjusted in the vertical direction, the middle plate 12, the clamping frames and the workpiece can be moved in the vertical direction as a whole through a longitudinal sliding mechanism, and after the workpiece reaches a designated position, the adjustment of the workpiece is finished, and then the workpiece is transported away through a special robot, so that the workpiece can be adjusted to the designated position more easily, and further the workpiece can be transported away more conveniently.
