Abstract
The invention discloses a water gun nozzle, which comprises a pump body and a pump cover part which are connected in a sealing way, wherein a low-pressure water cavity and a high-pressure water cavity are formed by the pump body and the pump cover part; a pressure maintaining piston is sleeved in the round hole and located on the outer side of the water through hole, and a connecting block is arranged on the outer side of the pressure maintaining piston and fixed at the hole opening of the round hole; and a spring is clamped between the connecting block and the pressure maintaining piston. The invention can quickly replace the nozzle, has simple operation mode and stable connection structure between the nozzle and the gun rod.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning machines, in particular to a water gun nozzle.
Background
High pressure cleaning machines are becoming more popular and more practical nozzles are being used on machines to accomplish different cleaning tasks. The connection between the gun rod and the nozzle of most cleaning machines is a bayonet connection, which is a way that one part is inserted into another part to lock the parts in a rotating and locking way. Bayonet connections are relatively complex in practice, particularly when used with different nozzles that are frequently replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a water gun nozzle which can be quickly replaced, is simple in operation mode and is stable in connecting structure with a gun rod.
The scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a water gun nozzle comprising a gun stem and a nozzle, the nozzle comprising: the end part of the gun rod is formed with a connecting part, a convex spigot is formed on the connecting part, a counter bore communicated with an internal pipeline of the gun rod is formed on the convex spigot, and the upper end of the counter bore is hinged with two symmetrically arranged buckling parts; a concave spigot, a spraying cavity and a spraying hole are formed on the nozzle, and two rectangular grooves which are symmetrically arranged are formed on the inner wall of the concave spigot; the outer end presser foot of the buckling part is pressed against the lower bottom surface of the rectangular groove; the convex spigot is inserted and sleeved in the concave spigot, the counter bore is sleeved with a locking sleeve, two rectangular holes which are symmetrically arranged are formed in the locking sleeve, and a pressure foot at the inner end of the buckling part is pressed on the lower bottom surface of each rectangular hole; and the connecting part is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the locking sleeve to move up and down.
A guide hole is formed in the bottom surface of the counter bore, and a second hole which is opened at one side and penetrates through the guide hole is formed in the outer wall of the connecting part;
the driving mechanism comprises a lifting rod inserted in the guide hole and a driving rod inserted in the second hole, the upper end of the lifting rod is fixed on the lower end face of the locking sleeve through a plurality of support plates, and a pressure spring is clamped between the support plates and the upper side wall of the injection cavity;
a driving groove is formed in the middle of the lifting rod, a first inclined plane is formed on the upper side wall of the driving groove, and the driving rod is inserted in the driving groove; a second inclined plane with the same slope as the first inclined plane is formed on the upper side wall of the driving rod, and the first inclined plane is pressed against the second inclined plane; two ends of the driving rod are respectively fixed with a cylinder matched with the second hole, a screw rod is fixed on one cylinder, the screw rod is screwed on the knob, and the knob is hinged at the hole of the second hole through a bearing; the knob extends out of the connecting portion.
The inner pipeline comprises a water inlet hole communicated with the guide hole, a transverse branch hole penetrating through the guide hole and a vertical branch hole connecting the transverse branch hole and the counter bore; one side opening of the transverse branch hole is sealed and fixed with a plug at the opening.
And a first sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the cylinder fixedly connected with the screw rod, and the first sealing ring is pressed against the inner wall of the second hole.
An inner wall spline is formed on the inner wall of the lower end of the injection cavity; and an outer wall spline matched with the inner wall spline is formed on the outer wall of the upper end of the locking sleeve.
And a second sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the male spigot, and the second sealing ring is pressed against the inner wall of the female spigot.
The invention has the following outstanding effects: compared with the prior art, it can quick replacement nozzle, and the operation method is simple, and the connection structure between nozzle and the barral of a gun is stable simultaneously.

Detailed Description
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a water gun nozzle comprises a gun rod 1 and a nozzle 2, wherein a connecting part 11 is formed at an end of the gun rod 1, a male spigot 12 is formed on the connecting part 11, a counter bore 14 communicated with an internal pipeline 13 of the gun rod 1 is formed on the male spigot 12, and two symmetrically arranged buckling parts 3 are hinged to the upper end of the counter bore 14; a concave spigot 21, a spraying cavity 22 and a spraying hole 23 are formed on the nozzle 2, and two rectangular grooves 24 which are symmetrically arranged are formed on the inner wall of the concave spigot 21; the outer end presser foot 31 of the buckling part 3 is pressed against the lower bottom surface of the rectangular groove 24; the male spigot 12 is inserted and sleeved in the female spigot 21, the counter bore 14 is sleeved with the locking sleeve 4, two rectangular holes 41 which are symmetrically arranged are formed in the locking sleeve 4, and the inner end pressure foot 32 of the buckling part 3 is pressed on the lower bottom surfaces of the rectangular holes 41; the connecting part 11 is provided with a driving mechanism 5 for driving the locking sleeve 4 to move up and down.
Furthermore, a guide hole 15 is formed on the bottom surface of the counter bore 14, and a second hole 16 which is opened at one side and penetrates through the guide hole 15 is formed on the outer wall of the connecting part 11;
the driving mechanism 5 comprises a lifting rod 51 inserted in the guide hole 15 and a driving rod 52 inserted in the second hole 16, the upper end of the lifting rod 51 is fixed on the lower end face of the locking sleeve 4 through a plurality of support plates 53, and a pressure spring 54 is clamped between the support plates 53 and the upper side wall of the injection cavity 22;
a driving groove 511 is formed in the middle of the lifting rod 51, a first inclined plane 512 is formed on the upper side wall of the driving groove 511, and the driving rod 52 is inserted in the driving groove 511; a second inclined plane 521 with the same slope as that of the first inclined plane 512 is formed on the upper side wall of the driving rod 52, and the first inclined plane 512 presses against the second inclined plane 521; two ends of the driving rod 52 are respectively fixed with a cylinder 55 matched with the second hole 16, wherein a screw 56 is fixed on one cylinder 55, the screw 56 is screwed on a knob 57, and the knob 57 is hinged at the opening of the second hole 16 through a bearing 58; the knob 57 protrudes out of the connecting portion 11.
Furthermore, the inner pipe 13 includes a water inlet 131 communicating with the guide hole 15, a transverse branch hole 132 penetrating through the guide hole 15, and a vertical branch hole 133 connecting the transverse branch hole 132 and the counter bore 14; one side of the transverse branch hole 132 is opened, and a plug 134 is fixed at the opening in a sealing manner.
Furthermore, a first sealing ring 59 is sleeved on the outer wall of the cylinder 55 fixedly connected with the screw 56, and the first sealing ring 59 is pressed against the inner wall of the second hole 16.
Furthermore, an inner wall spline 25 is formed on the inner wall of the lower end of the injection cavity 22; and an outer wall spline 42 matched with the inner wall spline 25 is formed on the outer wall of the upper end of the locking sleeve 4.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the male spigot 12 is sleeved with the second sealing ring 6, and the second sealing ring 6 is pressed against the inner wall of the female spigot 21.
The working principle is as follows: the water flows into the guide hole 15 through the water inlet 131 of the gun rod, then enters the counter bore 14 through the transverse branch hole 132 and the vertical branch hole 133, then enters the injection cavity 22 through the locking sleeve 4, and finally is injected through the injection hole 23;
when the nozzle needs to be removed, the knob 57 is rotated, the knob 57 drives the screw rod 56 to move outwards, the screw rod 56 drives the driving rod 52 to move outwards through the cylinder 55, the second inclined surface 521 of the driving rod 52 is separated from the first inclined surface 512, the lifting rod 52 is driven to move downwards under the elastic action of the pressure spring 54, the lifting rod drives the locking sleeve 4 to move downwards through the support plate 53, the rectangular hole 41 of the locking sleeve 4 is separated from the inner end pressure foot 32 of the buckling part 3, and at the moment, the buckling part 3 can rotate inwards; the nozzle 2 is taken out upwards by the spring, the nozzle 2 drives the buckling part 3 to turn inwards and enables the outer end presser foot 31 of the buckling part 3 to be separated from the rectangular groove 24, and therefore the nozzle is taken out;
the nozzle installation process comprises the following steps: the female spigot 21 of the nozzle 2 is inserted into the male spigot 21, then the knob 57 is turned, the knob 57 drives the screw rod 56 to move inwards, the screw rod 56 drives the driving rod 52 to move inwards, the second inclined surface of the driving rod pushes the lifting rod 52 upwards through the first inclined surface, the lifting rod 52 pushes the locking sleeve 4 upwards, the bottom surface of the rectangular hole 41 of the locking sleeve 4 lifts the inner end presser foot 32 upwards, at the moment, the outer end presser foot 31 of the buckling part moves downwards and presses against the lower bottom surface of the rectangular groove 24, and therefore the nozzle 2 is locked.

the inner pipeline (13) comprises a water inlet hole (131) communicated with the guide hole (15), a transverse branch hole (132) penetrating through the guide hole (15) and a vertical branch hole (133) connecting the transverse branch hole (132) and the counter bore (14); one side of the transverse branch hole (132) is provided with an opening, and a plug (134) is fixed at the opening in a sealing way;
an inner wall spline (25) is formed on the inner wall of the lower end of the injection cavity (22); an outer wall spline (42) matched with the inner wall spline (25) is formed on the outer wall of the upper end of the locking sleeve (4);
