Taking a paper-plastic liner as an example, the existing paper-plastic liner is generally prepared by a dry pressing or wet pressing method, and then the surface of the paper-plastic liner is subjected to calendaring treatment. Electronic products are generally placed directly in the cavity formed by the paper-plastic liner.
During transportation, vibration and impact are often accompanied. During the period, friction occurs between the electronic product and the paper-plastic lining, so that paper scraps are easy to fall off from the paper-plastic lining. The paper scraps that drop can cause the surface of the electronic product to be dirty because the paper scraps can not be discharged in the packaging box, and even if the paper scraps enter the electronic product, the product function is easy to fail, and the customer experience is influenced. If bagging or film covering treatment is adopted for electronic products, although surface dirt and functional failure can be avoided, the cost of packaging is increased at the same time; in addition, the consumer needs to additionally increase bag-removing operation, which affects the customer experience, and the removed packaging bag also causes pollution to the environment.

In this packaging structure is moulded to paper, the protection rete covers the internal face that holds the chamber at least to can play the guard action to the internal face, when electronic product and paper mould packaging structure take place the friction, benefit from the protection of protection rete, the internal face can not drop the wastepaper, has solved the product surface that leads to because of the wastepaper drops dirty or the problem of functional failure, and owing to need not additionally to carry out bagging-off or tectorial membrane to the product, help reducing packaging cost, improve user experience.
In step S20, there are various ways to form the coating layer, and a painting or spraying way may be adopted. In some embodiments, the step S20 specifically includes:
step S21, providing spraying equipment, wherein the spraying equipment is provided with a spraying station and a spray head 300 arranged towards the spraying station;
step S22, placing the body 200 on the spraying station;
and S23, spraying the coating to the film coating area.
In this embodiment, the body 200 is placed on the spraying station first, so that the nozzle 300 faces the coating area, and then the coating is sprayed toward the coating area, and then the coating layer is formed on the coating area.
Specifically, use the tectorial membrane area as the internal face that holds the chamber as the example, because the tectorial membrane area is including the diapire that holds the chamber and being annular lateral wall, consequently, when actual operation, can rotate the spraying around the central line that holds the chamber through ordering about shower nozzle 300, also can fix the shower nozzle, and the rethread orders about body 200 and realizes comprehensive spraying around the central line rotation that holds the chamber, can also set up a plurality of shower nozzles 300 along the circumference that holds the chamber, and the internal face fixed point spraying that the chamber was held to the orientation.
The side of the body 200 where the cavity is formed is set as the first side. In some embodiments, the film-covered region includes a first side and a second side. When the film-covered region includes a first side and a second side, referring to fig. 2, step S23 may be implemented as follows:
step S231 of spraying the paint to the first side of the body 200;
step S232, turning over the body 200, and spraying the paint to the second side of the body 200.
In this embodiment, firstly, the body 200 is placed on the spraying station, the spraying head 300 is used to spray the coating to the first side of the body 200, so that the coating forms a first coating on the first side of the body 200, then the body 200 is turned over by 180 degrees, so that the second side of the body 200 is opposite to the spraying head 300, and then the spraying head 300 is used to spray the coating to the second side, so that the coating forms a second coating on the second side of the body 200, namely, the spraying to the body 200 is completed. Thus, the surface of the body 200 is completely coated with a coating, and after baking, a protective film layer completely coating the body 200 is formed on the surface of the body 200.
Further, the spraying stations include a first station and a second station, when the body 200 is located at the first station, the coating is sprayed to the first side of the body 200, and when the body 200 is located at the second station, the coating is sprayed to the second side of the body 200. Specifically, the spraying equipment further comprises a conveying mechanism for conveying the body 200 from the first station to the second station, so that the spraying process of the body 200 can be streamlined. Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, step S20 may be implemented as follows:
step S201, providing a spraying device, where the spraying device includes a conveying mechanism and a nozzle 300, and has a first station and a second station sequentially arranged along a conveying direction.
One or more spray heads 300 may be provided; when one spray head 300 is provided, the spray head 300 can be arranged between the first station and the second station in a reciprocating manner; when the spray head 300 is provided in plurality, at least one spray head 300 is correspondingly provided at each of the first station and the second station.

Meanwhile, in this embodiment, when the body 200 is located on the spraying station, the body may be rotationally disposed around the first direction 10, so that the spraying of the first side/the second side of the body 200 may be achieved by rotating the body 200, and the coating may be uniformly distributed on the surface of the body 200. Preferably, in this embodiment, the included angle is 45 °, and the spray pressure of the spray head is 0.8 to 1.2MPa, and within this parameter range, not only can the sprayed coating be ensured to sufficiently cover the first side/the second side, but also in the case that the body 200 located at the spraying station can rotate freely, the spray pressure of 0.8 to 1.2MPa is enough to drive the body 200 to rotate at a suitable speed, so that the coating layer can be uniformly formed everywhere in the coating region.
It should be noted that the rotation of the main body 200 can be driven by the impact force carried during paint spraying, or can be driven by other driving mechanisms.
In addition, in step S30, various ways of curing the coating layer are implemented, such as baking and drying, or UV irradiation curing. In one embodiment, the coating layer is cured by baking and drying, wherein the baking temperature and time can be adjusted according to the selected coating characteristics, so as to
Figure BDA0003184869790000081
73 by way of example, the baking temperature is 80 ℃ and the baking is carried outBaking time is 10min.
