The invention aims to provide an adjustable plunger pump of a two-component spraying machine, which can adjust the mixing ratio of different two-component coatings and can provide larger spraying pressure.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an adjustable plunger pump of a two-component spraying machine, which comprises a piston mounting plate, a cylinder body mounting plate, a pair of cylinder bodies, a first piston rod, a second piston rod and an adjusting nut, wherein the piston mounting plate is arranged on the piston mounting plate; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

The invention relates to an adjustable double-component plunger pump of a spraying machine, which has the beneficial effects that: the effective volume in the cylinder body can be adjusted, so that the proportion of the coating components in the cylinder body corresponding to the second piston rod and the coating components in the other cylinder body can be adjusted, and the two-component coating with different proportions can be sprayed.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an adjustable plunger pump of a two-component spraying machine, which comprises a piston mounting plate 1, a cylinder mounting plate 2, a pair of cylinders 3, a first piston rod 4, a second piston rod 5 and an adjusting nut 6, as shown in figures 1 and 2; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the piston mounting plate 1 and the cylinder mounting plate 2 are parallel to each other;
a pair of cylinders 3 connected to the cylinder mounting plate 2 for containing paint, respectively;
one end of a first piston rod 4 is inserted into one cylinder 3, and the other end is connected to the piston mounting plate 1;
one end of the second piston rod 5 is inserted into the other cylinder 3, the other end of the second piston rod penetrates through the piston mounting plate 1, and the piston mounting plate 1 can move along the second piston rod 5;
adjusting nut 6 is located the other end of second piston rod 5, and piston mounting panel 1 can move to contact adjusting nut 6 and drive the motion of second piston rod 5.
The adjustable plunger pump of the two-component spraying machine can adjust the effective volume in the cylinder body 3, so that the proportion between the paint component in the cylinder body 3 corresponding to the second piston rod 5 and the paint component in the other cylinder body 3 can be adjusted, and two-component paints with different proportions can be sprayed.
The plunger pump structure is adopted, so that the plunger pump can provide large spraying pressure, can be used for spraying the double-component coating with high viscosity coefficient, and can be suitable for the double-component coating with various different proportions by adjusting different mixing proportions.

The piston mounting plate 1 moves in the vertical direction under the driving of a driving component of the coating machine, when the piston mounting plate 1 moves upwards, the piston mounting plate 1 slides along the movable connecting rod 7, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move at the moment, when the upper end surface of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the adjusting nut 6, the adjusting nut 6 is pushed to move upwards, the piston of the second piston rod 5 is driven to move upwards until the minimum stroke of the driving component is reached, and the effective volume in the cylinder 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 is the maximum volume at the moment;
when the piston mounting plate 1 moves downwards, the piston mounting plate 1 slides along the movable connecting rod 7, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move at the moment, when the lower end face of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the step end face 9, the step end face 9 is pushed to move downwards so as to drive the piston of the second piston rod 5 to move downwards until the maximum stroke of the driving part is reached, and the effective volume in the cylinder body 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 is the minimum volume at the moment.
The movable connecting rod 7 can be set to be different in length, the maximum volume of the cylinder body 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 can be adjusted by replacing the movable connecting rod 7 with different specification lengths and the relative position of the fine adjustment adjusting nut 6 on the movable connecting rod 7, and the spray gun is suitable for spraying coatings with different proportions.
The movable connecting rod 7 comprises a cylindrical part 71 and an engagement part 72;
the cylindrical part 71 is sleeved at the other end of the second piston rod 5, an external thread adjusting area is arranged at the top end of the cylindrical part 71, and the adjusting nut 6 is screwed in the external thread area;
the bottom end of the cylindrical part 71 extends downwards to form a half cylindrical part 73, the buckling part 72 is buckled with the half cylindrical part 73 to form a first cylindrical structure, and the second piston rod 5 is clamped in the first cylindrical structure;
the discharge ratio of the coating component A in the cylinder 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 and the coating component B in the other cylinder 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the movement stroke of the piston mounting plate 1 between the adjusting nut 6 and the step end surface 9.
In this example, the volume ratio of the coating component a to the coating component B was: 0.3:1-3:1.
In this example, the mass ratio of the coating component a to the coating component B is: 1:5-5:1.
The piston mounting plate 1 can be driven to slide along the cylindrical portion 71, the outer diameter of the adjusting nut 6 is larger than the diameter of the mounting hole of the piston mounting plate 1, the end portion of the second piston rod 5 is clamped by the buckling portion 72 and the half cylindrical portion 73, a clamping groove is formed in the surface, opposite to the half cylindrical portion 73, of the buckling portion 72, and the end portion of the second piston rod 5 is clamped in the clamping groove.
The plunger pump further comprises a first clamp spring 10 and a second clamp spring, the outer walls of the half cylindrical part 73 and the buckling part 72 are provided with a first groove which is formed in an annular shape in a splicing mode, and the first clamp spring 10 is clamped in the first groove and used for fastening the half cylindrical part 73 and the buckling part 72.
The plunger pump further comprises a fixed connecting rod 8, and the fixed connecting rod 8 is sleeved at the other end of the first piston rod 4 and inserted into the other mounting hole of the piston mounting plate 1.
The fixed connecting rod 8 is directly and fixedly connected with the piston mounting plate 1, the stroke of the fixed connecting rod is fixed, the fixed connecting rod moves along with the movement of the piston mounting plate 1, the movable connecting rod 7 and the piston mounting plate 1 move relatively, the piston mounting plate 1 moves between the adjusting nut 6 and the step end face 9, when the double-component coating is used, the two material sucking ports 31 are respectively placed into the component A and the component B of the double-component coating, when the piston mounting plate 1 moves upwards, the piston mounting plate 1 slides along the movable connecting rod 7 and drives the fixed connecting rod 8 to move, at the moment, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move, the piston of the first piston rod 4 moves upwards, and when the upper end face of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the adjusting nut 6, the piston mounting plate 1 pushes the adjusting nut 6 to drive the piston of the second piston rod 5 to move upwards;
when the piston mounting plate 1 moves downwards, the piston mounting plate 1 slides along the movable connecting rod 7 and drives the fixed connecting rod 8 to move, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move at the moment, the piston of the first piston rod 4 moves downwards, and when the lower end face of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the step end face 9, the piston mounting plate 1 pushes the step end face 9 to drive the piston of the second piston rod 5 to move downwards. The movement stroke between the first piston rod 4 and the cylinder body 3 is a fixed stroke, the stroke between the second piston rod 5 and the cylinder body 3 is an adjustable stroke, and the two-component coating is adapted to two-component coatings with different proportions by replacing the movable connecting rods 7 with different lengths, so that the mixing proportion is accurately adjusted.
Plunger pump still includes joint spare 11, and the lateral wall of piston mounting panel 1 is equipped with the joint hole, joint hole and another mounting hole intercommunication, and joint spare 11 penetrates in the joint hole and compresses tightly fixed link 8.
In this embodiment, the locking member 11 may be a bolt or a locking bolt.
The fixed connecting rod 8 comprises a pair of semi-cylinders, the pair of semi-cylinders are spliced into a second cylinder structure, the surfaces of the pair of semi-cylinders which are opposite to each other are provided with clamping grooves matched with each other, the outer wall of the fixed connecting rod is provided with a second groove spliced into an annular shape, the clamping grooves are used for clamping the first piston rod 4, and the second groove is used for clamping the second clamping spring to fasten the pair of semi-cylinders.
According to the adjustable plunger pump of the two-component spraying machine, the two linked plunger pumps respectively contain the coatings with different components, one plunger pump is fixed in stroke, the other plunger pump can adjust the stroke, the proportion of the sprayed two-component coatings can be adjusted under the condition that the two-component coatings with high spraying pressure and high spraying viscosity can be sprayed, the application range is wide, and the spraying efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the invention further provides a coating machine, which comprises the adjustable plunger pump of the two-component coating machine, a frame and a hydraulic device 12, wherein the cylinder mounting plate 2 is connected to the frame, and the hydraulic device 12 is used for driving the piston mounting plate 1 to move.
In the embodiment, the hydraulic driving device is a hydraulic cylinder, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the piston mounting plate 1, a piston of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the piston mounting plate 1 through the threaded hole, when the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upwards, the piston mounting plate 1 is driven to move upwards, meanwhile, a piston of the first piston rod 4 with a fixed stroke is driven to move upwards through the fixed adjusting rod, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move at the moment, when the upper end face of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the adjusting nut 6, the piston of the second piston rod 5 is driven to move upwards through pushing the adjusting nut 6 until the minimum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is reached, and at the moment, the effective volume in the cylinder body 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 is the maximum volume;
when the hydraulic cylinder is reversed, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards to drive the piston mounting plate 1 to move downwards, meanwhile, the piston of the first piston rod 4 with a fixed stroke is driven to move downwards through the fixed adjusting rod, the piston of the second piston rod 5 does not move at the moment, when the lower end face of the piston mounting plate 1 contacts the step end face 9, the piston of the second piston rod 5 is driven to move downwards by pushing the step end face 9 until the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is reached, and at the moment, the effective volume in the cylinder body 3 connected with the second piston rod 5 is the minimum volume.
