The pipe body lifting mechanism comprises a vertical screw rod 15, a screw rod sleeve 16, a handle 17, a bearing seat 18 and a connecting support 19, the vertical screw rod 15 is arranged along the vertical direction, the upper end of the vertical screw rod 15 is fixedly connected with the lower side surface of the joint pipe body 13, a threaded hole matched with the vertical screw rod 15 is formed in the upper end of the screw rod sleeve 16, the upper end of the screw rod sleeve 16 is sleeved at the lower end of the vertical screw rod 15 and in threaded connection with the vertical screw rod 15 through the threaded hole, the handle 17 is fixed at the lower end of the screw rod sleeve 16, the screw rod sleeve 16 is rotatably arranged in the bearing seat 18, and the bearing seat 18 is fixed at the lower side of the system shell 1 through the connecting support 19.
