When the pressing plate is pressed for the second time, the compression amount of the pushing elastic piece 6 reaches the maximum, so that the opening assembly 2 can be ensured to fully open the eyelid under the action of the pushing rod 5.
Specifically, each pressing plate 31 respectively abuts against the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 through one pushing rod 5, when the two pressing plates 31 are pressed simultaneously, when the pressing force exerted by the pressing plates 31 is large, the two pressing plates 31 respectively push the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 to synchronously rotate around the respective pin shafts relative to the limiting ring 11 through one pushing rod 5, and the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 are synchronously opened or closed by means of the lever principle. The opening guide groove 20 is respectively disposed at the top ends of the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22, and the opening guide groove 20 is specifically a strip-shaped groove with one end open and extending along the axial direction of the bottle body 01. During the rotation of the first stay bar 21 and the second stay bar 22, each push rod 5 is pressed to the expanding guide groove 20 along the depth direction of the expanding guide groove 20, and moves along the length direction of the inserted expanding guide groove 20, and the movement track of the push rod 5 is a sector track moving along the radial direction of the bottle body 01.
One end of each adjusting screw 4, which is far away from the bottle body 01, is fixedly provided with a rotary disk 41, so that a patient can conveniently rotate the adjusting screw 4 through the rotary disk 41. One end of the adjusting screw 4, which is far away from the rotary disc 41, is integrally provided with a spherical bulge 42, and the connecting sleeve of each arc-shaped top piece 7 is matched with the spherical bulge 42 to form universal head connection. Each pressing plate 31 is integrally and fixedly provided with a pressing plate, and the center of the pressing plate is provided with a groove, so that the pressing plate is convenient for fingers to press.
One end of each push rod 5 close to the expanding guide groove 20 is uniformly and fixedly provided with an abutting ring, and two ends of the pushing elastic piece 6 respectively abut against the pressing plate 31 and the abutting ring, so that the push rods 5 are ensured to push the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 to rotate along the expanding guide groove 20 when the pushing force exerted by the pressing plate 31 is overlarge. The urging elastic member 6 may be, in particular, a normal cylindrical spring, but is not limited thereto.
The first stay bar 21 and the second stay bar 22 are both bending bars, and specifically gather from the periphery of the limiting ring 11 along the radial direction of the bottle body 01 to the central line of the bottle mouth, and are symmetrically arranged. A set of first magnetic blocks 211 and second magnetic blocks 221 with different polarities are arranged between the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22. The first magnetic block 211 and the second magnetic block 221 are oppositely arranged, and are respectively arranged on the corresponding surfaces of the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22. When the pressing plate assembly 3 is not pressed, the first magnetic block 211 and the second magnetic block 221 are attracted by virtue of magnetic attraction, so that the two are ensured to open eyelid in a closed state. Obviously, the arrangement of the first magnetic block 211 and the second magnetic block 221 can ensure that the first magnetic block 211 and the second magnetic block 221 fully prop open eyelid in a closed state, and can prevent the first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 from interfering with the bottle body 01 to be arranged in the fixing frame 1.
The first supporting rod 21 and the second supporting rod 22 are respectively provided with an outwards protruding arc supporting rod, namely, the bottom end of the first supporting rod 21 is integrally and vertically provided with a first arc supporting rod 212, and the bottom end of the second supporting rod 22 is integrally and vertically provided with a second arc supporting rod 222.
Each arc stay bar comprises a transition plane 2121, and an inner arc face 2122 and an outer arc face 2123 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the transition plane 2121 respectively, namely, the two arc stay bars adopt a double-arc structure, and the bending radians of the inner arc face 2122 and the outer arc face 2123 are the same. The radian of the inner cambered surface 2122 is consistent with the radian of the eyeball, so that the arc stay rod is tightly attached to the eyeball, tangential acting force is applied to eyelid, and the eyeball is prevented from being damaged due to non-radian inconsistency. The outboard camber 2123 serves to prevent the distracted eyelid from returning, thereby ensuring that the distracting assembly 2 distracts the eyelid comfortably and effectively.
The fixing frame 1 comprises a fixed arc buckle 12 and a movable arc buckle 13, one ends of the fixed arc buckle 12 and the movable arc buckle are hinged, and the other end of the fixed arc buckle is provided with a locking component, so that the fixed arc buckle and the movable arc buckle form a closed annular structure, and the bottle body 01 is fixed by the annular structure.
The fixed arc-shaped buckle 12 and the movable arc-shaped buckle 13 are provided with a convex joint 131 and a concave joint 121 which are matched with each other, the convex joint 131 is specifically and integrally arranged on the movable arc-shaped buckle 13 and is in a flat shape, and the thickness of the convex joint is smaller than the outer diameter of the movable arc-shaped buckle 13. The female connector 121 is specifically integrally provided on the fixed arc button 12. Of course, interchanging the placement of male fitting 131 and female fitting 121 does not affect the purpose of the present invention.
The locking component is arranged between the male connector 131 and the female connector 121, the locking component comprises an elastic lock tongue 1311 and a locking groove 1211, the elastic lock tongue 1311 is a spherical lock head which is integrally arranged on two sides of the male connector 131, and the locking groove 1211 is a spherical groove which is arranged on two side walls of the female connector 121. When the male connector 131 is inserted into the female connector 121, the elastic locking tongue 1311 is pushed into the locking groove 1211 along with the male connector 131, and the locking assembly locks the fixed arc buckle 12 and the movable arc buckle 13 in preparation for fixing the bottle body 01. When the male connector 131 is pulled out from the female connector 121, the elastic lock tongue 1311 is released from the locking groove 1211 along with the male connector 131, and the fixed arc buckle 12 and the movable arc buckle 13 are unlocked, so as to prepare for taking out the bottle body 01.
U-shaped mounting grooves are symmetrically formed in two opposite sides of the fixed arc-shaped buckle 12, and the two pressing plates 31 are hinged to the U-shaped mounting grooves through rotating shafts. The outer side of the movable arc-shaped buckle 13 is integrally and fixedly provided with a drawing handle 132, and the drawing handle 132 is utilized to draw the movable arc-shaped buckle 13 to rotate relative to the fixed arc-shaped buckle 12. The fixed arc-shaped buckle 12 is connected with the limiting ring 11 through at least one supporting connecting rod 15, and two ends of the supporting connecting rod 15 are respectively and vertically connected with the fixed arc-shaped buckle 12 and the limiting ring 11.
The annular structure is fixedly provided with a plurality of elastic blocks 14 which are propped against the bottle body 01, and the bottle body 01 is clamped by the elastic force of the elastic blocks 14. Each group of fixing frames 1 is adapted with a series of elastic blocks 14 with different specifications, and the elastic pieces 14 with different specifications are used for clamping bottle bodies 01 with different diameters, so that the adaptability is good.
Each elastic block 14 has a circular arc shape, and may be a rubber block. The elastic blocks 14 are uniformly distributed in a circular ring shape, and the center of each elastic block 14 is provided with a clamping groove, so that the elastic blocks 14 are clamped and fixed on the fixed arc buckles 12 or the movable arc buckles 13.

Claims (8)
1. An eye drop device, comprising:
a fixing frame (1) for fixing the bottle body (01);
A spreading component (2) hinged to the bottom of the fixing frame (1);
the pressing plate assembly (3) is hinged to the top of the fixing frame (1) at one end and elastically props against the opening assembly (2) at the other end, and the pressing plate assembly (3) is provided with an adjusting screw (4);
When the adjusting screw (4) keeps a preset distance from the bottle body (01), the pressing plate assembly (3) is pressed, the adjusting screw (4) abuts against the bottle body (01) and the pressing plate assembly (3) pushes the opening assembly (2) to open the eyelid against the elastic force until the opening assembly (2) abuts against the fixing frame (1) after the eyelid is opened; continuously pressing the pressing plate assembly (3), wherein the pressing plate assembly (3) drives the adjusting screw (4) to squeeze the bottle body (01) so that the bottle body (01) drops eye drops with preset dosage;
The pressing plate assembly (3) is provided with a pushing rod (5) in a penetrating mode, the pushing rod (5) is transversely inserted into a supporting guide groove (20) formed in the supporting assembly (2), and the pushing rod (5) is sleeved with a pushing elastic piece (6) which abuts against the pressing plate assembly (3); when the pressing plate assembly (3) is pressed, the pushing rod (5) overcomes the elastic force of the pushing elastic piece (6) under the pushing of the pressing plate assembly (3) and pushes the opening assembly (2) to rotate around the fixing frame (1) along the opening guide groove (20);
the pressing plate assembly (3) comprises two pressing plates (31) which are oppositely arranged, and the end part of the adjusting screw (4) on each pressing plate (31) is provided with an arc-shaped top piece (7) for extruding the bottle body (01);
Each arc-shaped top piece (7) is fixedly provided with an anti-rotation guide rod (71), and each pressing plate (31) is provided with an anti-rotation guide groove (311) which is matched with the anti-rotation guide rod (71) and used for limiting the arc-shaped top piece (7) to rotate along with the adjusting screw (4).

The eye drop device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing frame (1) comprises a limiting ring (11) for limiting the position of the bottle mouth, the opening assembly (2) comprises a first supporting rod (21) and a second supporting rod (22) which are oppositely hinged to two sides of the limiting ring (11), and a group of first magnetic blocks (211) and second magnetic blocks (221) with different polarities are arranged between the first supporting rod (21) and the second supporting rod (22).

The eye drop device according to claim 2, wherein two opposite sides of the limiting ring (11) are uniformly provided with a U-shaped hinge groove, the first supporting rod (21) and the second supporting rod (22) are respectively hinged in the U-shaped hinge groove, and a limiting inclined surface (111) for limiting the opening angle between the first supporting rod (21) and the second supporting rod (22) is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped hinge groove.

The eye drop device according to claim 2, wherein the first strut (21) and the second strut (22) each have an outwardly convex arc strut, the arc strut comprising an inner arc surface (2122) having an arc consistent with the arc of an eyeball and an outer arc surface (2123) opposite the inner arc surface (2122) for preventing the spread eyelid from returning.
5. The eye drop device according to claim 4, wherein the curved strut further comprises a transition plane (2121) disposed between the medial curved surface (2122) and the lateral curved surface (2123) such that the two are symmetrically disposed.

The eye drop device according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the holder (1) comprises a fixed arc-shaped clasp (12) and a movable arc-shaped clasp (13) hinged to the fixed arc-shaped clasp (12) to form a closed loop-shaped structure, the fixed arc-shaped clasp (12) and the movable arc-shaped clasp (13) being provided with a locking assembly for locking the two.

The eye drop device according to claim 6, wherein the locking assembly comprises a resilient tongue (1311) and a locking groove (1211) provided between the fixed arc-shaped clasp (12) and the movable arc-shaped clasp (13), the fixed arc-shaped clasp (12) being locked with the movable arc-shaped clasp (13) when the resilient tongue (1311) is pressed into the locking groove (1211); when the elastic lock tongue (1311) is separated from the locking groove (1211), the fixed arc-shaped buckle (12) and the movable arc-shaped buckle (13) are unlocked.
8. An eye drop device according to claim 6, wherein the ring-shaped structure is fixedly provided with a plurality of elastic blocks (14) which are abutted against the bottle body (01).
