Description

Nasal septum nail fixing device and nasal septum nail fixing system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a nasal septum nail fixing device and a nasal septum nail fixing system.
Background
The septum of the nose is usually 2-4 mm thick, and both sides are covered with a layer of mucosa called perimucosal periosteum, imagine that a sausage is sandwiched between two thin breads, the large sausage is the septum of the nose, and the bread is the mucosa. Nasal septal angioplasty is the third most common surgical procedure performed by otorhinolaryngologists, and the purpose of nasal septal surgery is to carefully lift the mucous membrane dura mater on both sides off the membrane, remove the deviated portion, and then clamp all together. This procedure is intended to relieve nasal congestion, which is usually caused by flexing of the tissues in the middle of the nose. Current techniques for performing nasal septal arthroplasty include lifting the subpial flap bilaterally and removing the offset portion of the cartilage and/or bone. Over time, techniques have been developed to prevent ventricular septal hematomas by removing potential dead space after chondrectomy. The nose is generally filled with petroleum gauze in the traditional operation, and the method of re-sewing the mucous membranes together by using a suture line is the preferred method at present. The nasal septum suture can be performed by using a common intestinal straight needle suture or an absorbable suture, such as Vicryl.5 suture, but the two suture methods have certain limitations, particularly in a narrow nose, the time required for suture of a needle track can be as little as 4 minutes or as much as 20 minutes, and if the inferior turbinate is close to each other, the nasal turbinate is often torn due to the tight restriction of the thread; the suture segments need to be removed to restart the procedure, and the suture may break, resulting in a scar band in the nasal septum; in the worst case, the needle may break and be lost, requiring radiology to aid in residual positioning. In general, the technique of nasoplasty involves placing simple splints and sutures during the procedure to suture the nasally flap, however, even the most experienced surgeon suturing in the narrow and deep nasal passages is a difficult and time consuming task.
The commonly used surgical anastomat is simple to operate, needs less professional knowledge and saves time, but the commonly used surgical anastomat triggers the braking device once, all suturing nails are implanted together, so that the problems that the implantation direction of the suturing nails cannot be adjusted and the suturing nails cannot be implanted accurately exist.
US patent publication No. US7438208B2 discloses a spaced stapling device comprising an instrument body having a proximal end portion and a distal end portion, the handle at the distal end portion enabling a user to hold and manipulate the instrument body, a pair of spaced arms extending from the handle and including a staple arm and a tensioning arm, the body including a trigger movable between a rest position and a firing position, an actuator link movable between first and second positions, the actuator link being moved by the trigger, wherein the actuator link includes a staple moving member attached to the staple arm, the staple arm having a staple stack including a plurality of staples, the trigger, the actuator link, the staple stack and the staple moving member being configured to move the staples to a staple position when the trigger is pulled, the staple arm and the tensioning arm moving together upon actuation of the trigger. The structure of the patent cannot judge the number of the suturing nails in the nail box; furthermore, the method of securing the magazine may risk the magazine falling off and is not easily replaceable. At present, the state advocates greatly reducing disposable medical instruments to reduce the operation cost and fixing the aseptic requirement of the nail box, so that the nail fixing device which does not need to be used for one time also becomes a disposable product, thereby wasting resources and increasing pollution.
Therefore, there is a need for a new nasal septum tacker and nasal septum tacking system that solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
