The optical filter comprises a diaphragm sheet seat (8) and an optical filter seat (10), wherein the diaphragm sheet seat (8) and the optical filter seat (10) are rotatable, a positioning reference mandrel (5) is arranged at the position of the rotation center of the optical filter seat (10), an adjusting shaft sleeve (4) is arranged at the position of the rotation center of the diaphragm sheet seat (8), and the optical filter seat (10) is driven to move by adjusting the movement of the shaft sleeve (4) through threaded connection between the positioning reference mandrel (5) and the adjusting shaft sleeve (4).

The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein a spindle assembly hole into which the positioning reference spindle (5) is inserted is provided in the filter holder (10), and the filter holder (10) is rotatable with respect to the positioning reference spindle (5); the diameter of the mandrel assembly hole is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning reference mandrel (5) by a preset tolerance.

The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein a sleeve assembly hole into which the adjusting sleeve (4) is inserted is provided in the diaphragm sheet holder (8), and the diaphragm sheet holder (8) is rotatable relative to the adjusting sleeve (4); the diameter of the shaft sleeve assembly hole is larger than the outer diameter of the adjusting shaft sleeve (4) by a preset tolerance.

The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein a screw and a step surface are arranged at the bottom of the positioning reference mandrel (5), a step hole is arranged on the diaphragm base (6), a threaded hole into which the screw is screwed is arranged inside the step hole of the diaphragm base (6), and the step surface of the positioning reference mandrel (5) can be pressed against the step surface of the diaphragm base (6) so that the positioning reference mandrel (5) is fastened with the diaphragm base (6).

The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the top of the positioning reference mandrel (5) is provided with external threads, the middle part of the adjusting shaft sleeve (4) is provided with internal threads, and the adjusting shaft sleeve (4) can be lifted along the external threads of the positioning reference mandrel (5).

The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the saddle is located at the bottom periphery of the adjusting sleeve (4), the saddle being ring-shaped; the clamping table is annular, and the distance between the clamping table and the surface of the diaphragm base (6) is larger than the thickness of the optical filter seat (10) by a preset tolerance.
7. The diaphragm adjustment device according to claim 1, further comprising corner positioning steel balls (9) mounted on the diaphragm mount (8) and the filter mount (10).

The diaphragm adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a fastening screw (3) for locking the positioning reference spindle (5) with the adjusting sleeve (4), wherein a threaded hole into which the fastening screw (3) is screwed is provided in the middle of the upper end of the positioning reference spindle (5); the screw head of the fastening screw (3) can press the top of the adjusting shaft sleeve (4).
9. The diaphragm adjusting device according to claim 8, characterized in that the distance between the screw head bottom surface of the fastening screw (3) and the abutment is greater than the thickness of the diaphragm seat (8) by a predetermined tolerance.
10. A slit lamp microscope comprising a diaphragm adjustment device, characterized in that the diaphragm adjustment device is a diaphragm adjustment device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
