Description

Steam floor washing machine with integrated structure
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a steam floor washing machine with an integrated structure.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard and quality of people, the living conditions of residents are continuously improved, and the living environment quality is higher in requirement, so that the steam floor washing machine is produced at the same time. The steam floor washer adopts the working principle of steam cleaning, namely supersaturated steam cleaning, and dissolves oil stain particles on the surface to be cleaned through saturated steam under the action of high temperature and high pressure, and evaporates the oil stain particles to ensure that the surface cleaned by the saturated steam reaches a super-clean state, meanwhile, the supersaturated steam can effectively cut into any tiny holes and cracks, peel off and remove stains and residues in the holes, and then the stains can be cleaned through the rotation of the floor washing disc.
The existing steam floor washing machine is often provided with a steam nozzle beside a floor washing plate, the floor washing plate is used for installing a mop, and the design causes that steam sprayed by the steam nozzle cannot be uniformly distributed on the mop, so that the high-temperature sterilization effect is poor.
In order to solve the problems, the existing steam floor washing machine partially arranging a steam nozzle in the middle of a floor washing plate in the market at present, but the existing steam floor washing machine has certain defects in structural layout, the structures of an electric mop and a steam mop are simply combined, on the basis of keeping the electric mop, a steam generating device is additionally arranged in a shell of a connecting rod, a steam conveying device is additionally arranged on the basis of a transmission mechanism in a base, the structure of the transmission mechanism leads the steam conveying device to be only arranged in the base, meanwhile, the steam generating device can only be arranged in the connecting rod due to the fact that the base lacks of an installation space, an integrated structure cannot be formed, the whole structure is complex, and the production cost is high.

The steam nozzle of the steam rotating mop is arranged in the middle of the floor washing plate, so that steam can be uniformly distributed on a mop cloth, the cleaning capability of the steam rotating mop during use is improved, but the transmission mechanism and the steam conveying device are arranged in the base, the steam generating device is arranged in the shell of the connecting rod, and the layout of the structure has the following problems:
1. because the steam conveying device is arranged in the base and the steam needs to be conveyed to the ground, the conveying pipeline of the steam is longer, the steam spraying speed is lower, the heat loss of the steam is larger, the steam is not easy to condense into water, and the effects of high-temperature sterilization and oil stain dissolution of the steam in actual use are reduced;
2. because steam generator sets up in the casing of connecting rod for the weight greatly increased of connecting rod department, and the weight reduction of base leads to when the in-service use, and the rotatory mop of steam has the light problem of head and heavy foot, and the user is difficult for controlling.
3. The whole structure is complex, the torsion and the transmission firmness of the transmission mechanism are insufficient, and more space is wasted.
