Traditional culinary art device or evaporate roast all-in-one and use steam boiler heating pipe work for a long time to produce steam, and not only heating efficiency is not high, and boiler heating pipe's life can greatly reduced to, because steam production time lags behind, cause the food of culinary art out to be dry and hard, influence the taste.
In this embodiment, cooking device control method is including receiving behind the start instruction, heat cooking device inside through at least one heater, gather the inside temperature data of cooking device, divide into a plurality of culinary art stages with the heating process, in every culinary art stage, produce steam through the steam module when temperature data reaches preset steam production temperature threshold value, just produce steam when every culinary art stage reaches suitable temperature, promote food taste, and, need not the user and know the concrete parameter of culinary art, solve the puzzlement that can not cook the crowd, promote people's life happiness.
An embodiment of the present invention provides another cooking apparatus control method, as shown in a flowchart illustrated in fig. 2, the cooking apparatus control method includes:
s21: after receiving a starting instruction, controlling the first heater and the second heater to alternately heat the interior of the cooking device;
in some embodiments, the first heater and the second heater are alternately driven to heat the inside of the cooking apparatus by a duty ratio that generates a preset duty ratio value through PWM.
The preset duty value is, for example, 8%.
Through the alternative heating of many heaters, make load output function keep its even characteristics, guarantee the safety of power consumption, also realize the effect of the control of more even output temperature and steam simultaneously.
S22: collecting temperature data inside the cooking device according to a preset collection frequency;
in some embodiments, the preset acquisition frequency is once every 200 milliseconds.
S23: the control of the cooking device in the warming steam phase comprises the following steps: heating the interior of the cooking device to a preset inertia temperature rise temperature through at least one heater within a preset first time period so as to rise to a preset target temperature according to the inertia temperature; and generating steam through the steam module when the temperature data in the cooking device reaches a preset steam generation temperature threshold value.
In some embodiments, a steam module includes a steam generator and a steam pump, generating steam by the steam module, including:
heating the steam generator by adopting a preset maximum power value;
opening a steam pump to generate steam when the steam generator is heated to a preset steam generation temperature threshold;
and turning off the steam pump when the temperature of the steam generator drops to a preset steam turning-off temperature threshold value.
The preset steam generation temperature threshold range is 160-200 ℃, preferably, the preset steam generation temperature threshold is 180 ℃, steam can be generated rapidly at 180 ℃, optimal time for turning on a steam pump can not be missed due to too high temperature threshold design, and the preset steam turning-off temperature threshold is 140 ℃. Examples are as follows:
when the steam generator is heated to 180 ℃, the controller controls the steam pump to be opened to generate steam, heat is consumed when the steam is generated, the temperature in the steam generator is reduced, when the temperature is reduced to be lower than 140 ℃, the steam pump is closed, the temperature in the steam generator is heated and increased, when the temperature reaches 180 ℃, the steam pump is started to generate steam, and the steam pump is circulated to generate proper steam.
S24: controlling the cooking device during the first dimensionally stable steam phase comprises: after the temperature-rising steam phase is finished and the interval is a second time period, controlling the steam module to generate steam again, and closing the steam after the steam is continued for a third time period; and controlling at least one heater to heat the interior of the cooking device through a PID algorithm so as to maintain the temperature of the interior of the cooking device at a preset stable temperature value.
S25: controlling the cooking device during the second stable steam phase comprises: after the first dimension steam stabilizing stage is finished and the fourth time interval is set, controlling the steam module to generate steam again, and controlling the steam module to be closed or opened through the internal temperature data of the cooking device; and controlling all heaters to stop heating.

temperature-increasing steam stage S1: when the cooking program is started, the steam generator is heated by 1000W of maximum power, when the steam generator is heated to 180 ℃, the controller controls the steam pump to be turned on to generate steam, heat is consumed during steam generation, the internal temperature of the steam generator begins to drop, when the internal temperature of the steam generator drops to be lower than 140 ℃, the steam pump is turned off, at the moment, the internal of the steam generator is heated again to enable the internal temperature to rise to 180 ℃, the steam pump is turned on again to generate steam, and proper steam is generated in a circulating mode.
Meanwhile, the first heater (1000W) and the second heater (1000W) are alternately driven by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to generate a duty ratio of 8%, and the rapid temperature rise is facilitated by the alternate heating mode, so that the temperature rise process is accelerated, and the temperature rise time is shortened.
The current actual temperature in the cooking device is acquired by the temperature sensor every 200 milliseconds, and is compared and analyzed with the target temperature once the actual temperature is acquired, so that the temperature rise stage of S1 needs to be ended before the target temperature is reached due to the inertia temperature rise of the heater. By doing so, temperature overshoot can be prevented, which has an effect on the food material. At the moment, the steam module stops working, and drives the first heater and the second heater to alternately heat so that the current temperature is maintained in the effective range of the target temperature.
First warm-steam stage S2: and after S1 is finished, the steam module is started again after the set time (curing for 2 minutes) is set, the working control mode is consistent with the steam supplementing control mode at the S1 stage, and the steam is closed again after the steam module lasts for 2 minutes. And forming a closed loop temperature maintenance by adopting a PID algorithm.
Second dimension warm steam phase S3: supplementing steam after working for 4 minutes in the S3 stage, stopping heating of the first heater and the second heater in the stage, driving the steam generator by the steam generator through PWM (pulse width modulation) to output a duty ratio of 1000W equivalent power (100%), starting the steam pump to generate steam when the temperature range of the generator is 140-200 ℃, enabling the internal temperature of the steam generator to be in a descending trend due to the existence of moisture when the steam is generated, stopping the steam pump when the temperature is lower than 140 ℃, repeating the process, and counting down until S4 is ended;
third warm steam stage S4: and stopping the steam pump and the steam generator, starting the first heater and the second heater for alternate heating again when the distance between the first heater and the second heater is 2 minutes from the end of the whole cooking process, and simultaneously giving out a warning sound for finishing cooking.
After the cooking technique, the program is automatically terminated, and the system is reset to a standby mode to wait for the next trigger control.
In the embodiment, specific cooking parameters do not need to be known, the trouble that people cannot cook is solved, life happiness is promoted, the control method is solidified in the cooking device, the cooking effect made each time is kept consistent through a solidified program, and the control method is not limited by a hardware cooking device and has strong transportability.
