Abstract

and (3): correcting the stainless steel ornament main body;
and (4): modifying the corrected stainless steel ornament main body to obtain an embedding position;
and (5): assembling accessories on the embedding positions to finish the manufacture of the ornament; the accessory is one or two of gold accessory and precious stone accessory.
Preferably, the stainless steel in step (2) is one of 202 stainless steel, 303 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel.
Preferably, the gold accessory in step (5) is one or more of 14K gold, 18K gold, 24K gold, 9999 foot gold and hard gold.
Preferably, the correction in the step (3) comprises the processes of shaping, water gap grinding, welding crack and sand hole repairing, shape correction, sand paper grinding and polishing in sequence.
Preferably, the setting positions are gold setting positions and gem setting positions.
Preferably, the gold embedding position is reformed by one or more of CNC carving slotting, drilling slotting, lathe slotting and blank casting slotting.
Preferably, the gemstone setting is modified by one or more of a nest setting, a bag setting and a claw setting.
Preferably, the gemstone accessory is a natural gemstone accessory, more preferably, morusite and diamond.
Preferably, the standing time in the step (2) is 35 to 40 minutes.
The invention also provides an ornament which comprises a stainless steel main body, wherein the stainless steel main body is provided with a gold embedding position and a gem embedding position, a gold accessory is assembled at the gold embedding position, a gem is embedded at the gem embedding position, and the ornament is manufactured by the ornament manufacturing process.

A method for manufacturing ornaments includes such steps as carving paraffin manually according to finger ring design drawing to obtain paraffin model, coating gypsum around the paraffin model, solidifying gypsum, melting paraffin, discharging paraffin, generating cavity in gypsum to obtain gypsum mould, pouring 202 stainless steel in molten state into gypsum mould, pouring it in mould, putting it in cold water for 35 min, exploding gypsum, removing residual gypsum to obtain 202 stainless steel ornament, correcting 202 stainless steel, shaping, grinding water gap, repairing weld seam and sand hole, correcting shape, polishing by abrasive paper, CNC carving to obtain golden inlay, setting golden inlay, and setting 14K golden accessory in golden inlay, and placing the diamond in the gem embedding position to finish the manufacture of the ring ornament.
Example 2

2. The jewelry manufacturing process according to claim 1, wherein the stainless steel in the step (2) is one of 202 stainless steel, 303 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel.
3. The jewelry manufacturing process method according to claim 1, wherein the gold accessory in the step (5) is one or more of 14K gold, 18K gold, 24K gold, 9999 pure gold and hard gold.
4. The ornament manufacturing process method according to claim 1, wherein the modification in the step (3) is sequentially shaping, water gap grinding, weld crack and sand hole repairing, shape correction, sand paper grinding and polishing.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting positions are gold setting positions and gem setting positions.
6. The ornament manufacturing process method according to claim 5, wherein the gold insert is reformed by one or more of CNC engraving grooving, drilling grooving, lathe grooving and blank casting grooving.
