In actual design and manufacture, the blind hole-free liquid guide material piece is made of microporous metal, cotton fiber, glass fiber or sponge and the like, the liquid guide element 10 is made of microporous ceramic, microporous fiber or activated carbon and the like, and the atomization element 30 is made of a small-diameter resistance wire woven sheet, a small-diameter resistance wire woven tube or a porous microporous metal piece, an etching hole metal piece, a through groove metal piece, a punching hole metal piece or a metal net and the like.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the upper end of the atomizing element 30 extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10 and is fixed on the liquid guiding element 10 by a fixing point a to form a non-detachable part (such as sintering); the conducting strip 20 is spot-welded on the atomizing element 30 to form a welding point B, and the welding point B is located on the inner side of the fixing point A, so that the fixing point A is prevented from heating. When the atomizing element 30 is heated and operated, the heat is conducted to the two extended liquid guiding portions 32, but because the contact area is small due to spot welding, the heat conducted past is small, and harmful substances are not generated enough.
The atomizing element 30 may be partially or entirely inserted into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10 according to the requirement of the user, considering the performance of the atomized liquid or the taste of the user.
As shown in fig. 20, the atomizing element 30 extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10, where the liquid guiding groove 14 is composed of two bone positions 141 arranged at intervals on opposite sides, a plurality of bone positions 141 can be provided on the liquid guiding element 10, the bone positions 141 are a part of the liquid guiding element 10, because the size of the bone positions 141 is smaller than that of the main body portion 10 'of the atomizing liquid guiding element, the liquid in the liquid guiding element 10 is guided along the bone positions 141 downward along the main body portion 10' of the liquid guiding element, the atomizing element 30 is closely arranged on the side of the bone positions 141, and the atomizing element 30 absorbs the liquid on the surface of the bone positions 141 by the surface tension of the liquid.
As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the atomizing element 30 integrally extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10, the atomizing element 30 is welded to the conductive sheet 20, the elongated portion 142 (generally flat) integrally extends below the main body portion 10' of the liquid guiding element, the liquid guiding groove 14 is located in the elongated portion 142, the atomizing element 30 integrally extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the elongated portion 142, the two conductive sheets 20 are respectively located at two ends of the elongated portion 142, the atomizing element 30 integrally extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the elongated portion 142 during assembly, and then the atomizing element 30 is welded to the two conductive sheets 20, preferably, the connection is formed between the welding portion 301 of the atomizing element 30 and the heating main body portion 302 extending into the liquid guiding groove 14 through the relatively small narrow portion 303, so as to ensure that the heating main body portion 302 heats and atomizes the liquid. In the actual design and manufacture, since the liquid guiding groove 14 penetrates through the bottom, the top, the left side and the right side of the elongated portion 142, one direction of the liquid guiding groove 14 can be blocked according to other requirements such as airflow or taste, so that the atomizing gas can escape/diffuse from the rest three directions of the liquid guiding groove and the micropores of the liquid guiding element 10, and of course, the multiple directions of the liquid guiding groove 14 can be blocked so that the atomizing gas can escape/diffuse from the rest other directions and the micropores of the liquid guiding element 10; or the liquid guiding groove can be completely blocked in four directions, and the atomizing gas can completely escape from the micropores of the liquid guiding element 10. Microporous materials or solid materials can be selected to block the through sides (mainly referring to the four directions) of the liquid guide groove 14, when solid materials are selected to block some through sides of the liquid guide groove 14, the air flow of those sides is equivalently completely blocked, and when microporous materials are selected to block some through sides of the liquid guide groove 14, the air flow of those sides which are blocked is equivalently changed. The blocking and positioning mode can be tight blocking and positioning, bonding and fixing, welding and fixing and the like.
The atomizing element 30 partially or wholly extends into the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10, so that the occurrence of a frying liquid phenomenon (generally, a frying oil phenomenon) is effectively avoided. In order to further increase the atomization area, it is also conceivable to add heat conduction insulation sheets on both sides of the atomization element 30.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, the conductive plate 20 is fixed on the liquid guiding element 10 to form a non-detachable part (e.g. sintered), a blind hole-free liquid guiding material piece 40 is placed at the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10 or below the liquid guiding groove 14, the conductive plate 20 extends downward to form an atomizing element mounting position 21 and a power supply connecting position 22, the atomizing element 30 is fixed on the atomizing element mounting position 21 of the conductive plate 20 by spot welding, and the liquid enters the atomizing element 30 from the liquid guiding groove 14 of the liquid guiding element 10 through the blind hole-free liquid guiding material piece 40. In the third embodiment, the structure of the atomizing element 30 can be substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, so that the two extending liquid guiding portions 32 at the left and right ends of the atomizing element 30 can also extend into the liquid guiding slots 14 at the left and right ends for fixing, and can also convey the liquid into the atomizing element 30.
As shown in fig. 24 to 27, which show specific structures of the sixth and seventh embodiments of the atomizing core, the liquid guide groove 14 penetrates the liquid guide member 10 from top to bottom, the atomizing main body portion 31 (also referred to as a heat generating main body portion 302) extends into the liquid guide groove 14, and the atomizing gas cooling holes 13 are located at the side of the liquid guide groove 14. In the liquid guiding member 10 shown in fig. 24 and 25, a part of the liquid guiding groove 14 is located at the bottom of the liquid guiding member 10, another part of the liquid guiding groove 14 penetrates the liquid guiding member 10 upwards, the heat generating body portion 302 is located completely or almost completely in the liquid guiding groove 14, and the heat generating body portion 302 is in a sheet shape, and both side surfaces thereof absorb the liquid on the inner surface of the liquid guiding groove 14 through the surface tension of the liquid, so that the atomization is uniform and sufficient, and the dry burning is avoided. In actual design, the liquid guiding groove 14 may be located slightly upward, as shown in fig. 26 and 27, the liquid guiding groove 14 extends upward from the bottom of the liquid guiding element 10 to penetrate the liquid guiding element 10, and the height of the liquid guiding groove 14 is greater than the height of the main body 10' of the mist liquid guiding element. Normal temperature gas is transported upwards through the atomizing gas cooling holes 13, liquid is heated into atomizing gas by the atomizing elements 30 and then transported upwards, and the atomizing gas and the normal temperature gas are mixed and cooled.
Next, referring to fig. 9 to 19, an atomizer includes an air nozzle channel 50, a liquid storage cavity 60, an atomizing core 100, and a power supply and control device 70, where the atomizing core 100 is the atomizing core 100, and the power supply and control device 70 is connected to an atomizing element 30;
the vent groove 11 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 60 and the air tap channel 50, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 60 permeates into the liquid guiding element 10 from the upper end of the liquid guiding element 10; when the vent groove 11 at the top of the liquid guiding element 10 is not filled with liquid, the outside air enters the liquid storage cavity 60 through the vent groove 11 under the action of negative air pressure in the liquid storage cavity 60, so that the balance of the air pressure inside and outside the liquid storage cavity 60 is achieved, the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 60 continuously seeps outwards under the action of capillary force of the liquid guiding material, the liquid supply to the liquid guiding element 10 is ensured, and the aim of preventing dry burning is achieved. When the vent groove 11 at the top of the liquid guiding element 10 is filled with liquid and the vent groove 11 is sealed by the liquid, negative air pressure is formed in the liquid storage cavity 60 to prevent the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 60 from continuously seeping outwards, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing liquid leakage. Especially, through increasing liquid blocking bone 12, can plug up unnecessary liquid (for example tobacco tar) that oozes out, on the one hand, avoid liquid to leak outward (for example leak into air cock passageway 50 etc.), on the other hand promotes the liquid plane height around air channel 11, makes the plane of unnecessary liquid that oozes out exceed air channel 11, plugs up the air and gets into stock solution chamber 60, more does benefit to and stops the interior liquid of stock solution chamber 60 and continue toward the exosmosis, reaches the purpose of negative pressure leak protection liquid better.
The atomizer comprises an upper shell 80 and a sealing rubber piece 90;
the upper shell 80 is provided with an inner cylinder 81 and an outer cylinder 82 which are integrally connected, the air nozzle channel 50 is formed inside the inner cylinder 81 and penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the inner cylinder 81, the liquid storage cavity 60 is formed between the inner cylinder 81 and the outer cylinder 82, the upper end is closed, and the lower end is open;
the sealing rubber member 90 is provided with an upper sealing ring part 91, a sealing end plate part 92 and a lower sealing ring part 93 which are sequentially and integrally formed from top to bottom, the upper sealing ring part 91 is sleeved at the lower end of the inner cylinder 81, the sealing end plate part 92 is hermetically embedded between the lower end of the inner cylinder 81 and the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 82, and the lower sealing ring part 93 is embedded in the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 82; a liquid outlet hole 921 penetrating through the liquid storage cavity 60 is reserved on the sealing end plate part 92;
the atomizing core 100 is embedded in the inner side wall of the lower sealing ring portion 93, the top of the liquid guiding element 10 is arranged corresponding to the liquid outlet hole 921, and the upper end of the atomizing gas cooling hole 13 penetrates through the lower end of the inner cylinder 81.
The lower end of the lower sealing ring part 93 is integrally connected with a liquid leakage prevention and atomization core storage accessory 95 through an extension arm 94; one end of the liquid leakage prevention and atomization core storage accessory 95 is provided with a sealing column 951, and the other end is provided with an atomization core storage cavity 952; the sealing column 951 is embedded into the liquid outlet hole 921 to achieve sealing, and the atomizing core 100 can be placed in a removable manner to be positioned in the atomizing core storage cavity 952.
And, please refer to fig. 12 to 16, which show the process of assembling the atomizer by the manufacturer, the state of the atomizer shown in fig. 16 is the state of the atomizer during storage, transportation and sale, at this time, the atomizing core 100 is not communicated with the liquid storage cavity 60, and the liquid storage cavity 60 is in a sealed state, so as to prevent the occurrence of liquid leakage. Fig. 17 to 19 show that after the terminal receives the atomizer product, the product is inverted, the liquid leakage preventing and atomizing core storing accessory 95 is firstly pulled out, then the atomizing core 100 with the power supply connecting seat 101 is taken out and is installed in the space surrounded by the lower sealing ring portion 93, the atomizing core 100 is sealed and installed, the atomizing core 100 is cut off from the extension arm 94, the liquid leakage preventing and atomizing core storing accessory 95 is removed, the state of the atomizer is as shown in fig. 10, and then the power supply and control device 70 (also referred to as a module where the lower housing is located) is assembled at the lower end of the structure shown in fig. 10, so that the atomizer product can be formed for the user to use.
As shown in fig. 23, air is introduced from a gap between the inner edge of the lower end of the lower sealing ring portion 93 and the outer edge of the lower end of the power supply connecting seat 101, the air enters the internal air passage 1012 of the power supply connecting seat 101 through the first side hole 1011 of the power supply connecting seat 101, and the air is conveyed upwards in the internal air passage 1012, then enters the bottom of the atomizing core 100 through the second side hole 1013, and then passes through the atomizing core 100 upwards. The arrows in fig. 23 indicate the direction of the gas flow, and it can be seen that the gas flow is gradually and sectionally close to the bottom of the atomizing core 100, and for the atomizing core 100, the gas inlet side can form a confluence potential, so that the gas delivery is smoother, and the sufficient atomization is facilitated.
Preferably, a check valve (e.g., a silicone check valve) is installed in the air intake direction, generally between the air inlet and the atomizing core 100, and the check valve is opened under the action of the air pressure difference during air intake and closed under the action of the elasticity of the silicone when air is not admitted, so as to prevent the liquid or condensate exploded from the atomizing core 100 from flowing out, as shown in fig. 10.
Or, air is introduced from two sides below the atomizing core 100, an accommodating cavity is arranged below the atomizing core 100 to accommodate liquid or condensate fried by the atomizing core 100, and the air inlet positions at two sides are higher than the inner bottom surface of the accommodating cavity, as shown in fig. 23.
As shown in fig. 20 to fig. 31, the conductive plate 20 is shown to have a barb 201 at the tail end thereof for both conducting and fixing, and is inserted into the lower cavity during installation, so that the conductive plate 20 is clamped with the metal installed in the lower cavity to form electrical connection and physical fixed connection.
Comparing the eighth embodiment shown in fig. 28 to 31 with the fifth embodiment shown in fig. 21, it can be seen that: the liquid guiding components 10 of the two have the same structure, but in the eighth embodiment, the atomizing component 30 is wound around the periphery of the elongated portion 142, and the atomizing component 30 is directly used to contact the elongated portion 142 to absorb liquid, so that the liquid guiding groove 14 can be arranged in the elongated portion 142 to satisfy the requirement of high atomizing efficiency and high power, and the liquid guiding groove 14 can be eliminated when the requirement of atomizing efficiency is not too high and the power is relatively low. Since the main body portion 10' of the liquid guiding element is not in direct contact with the atomizing element 30, the liquid is transmitted to the elongated portion 142 through the main body portion 10' of the liquid guiding element, which is equivalent to that for the liquid guiding element 10, only the elongated portion 142 with a small area is in contact with the atomizing element 30 and is heated and atomized, so that the main body portion 10' of the liquid guiding element can be prevented from generating peculiar smell or other harmful substances at a high temperature, and the product sanitation requirement and the user experience feeling are improved.
And, as shown in fig. 32, it shows a specific structure of the embodiment nine of the atomizing core: the bottom of the main body 10 'of the liquid guiding element is extended with an extension 142, the liquid guiding groove 14 passes through the extension 142 from top to bottom, and the extension 142 is divided into extension parts 142' located at two sides of the liquid guiding groove 14, where the extension parts 142 'at two sides are provided with the atomizing gas cooling holes 13 passing through the extension parts 142' from top to bottom, so that the atomizing gas cooling holes 13 are located at two sides of the liquid guiding groove 14. The atomizing element 30 extends into the liquid guide groove 14.
The design of the invention is characterized in that:
firstly, the atomization core 100 is designed by innovation, the liquid guide element 10 is provided with a vent groove 11, a liquid blocking bone 12, an atomization gas cooling hole 13 and a liquid guide groove 14, and a gap is kept between an atomization main body part 31 of the atomization element 30 and the liquid guide element 10; alternatively, the atomizing body 31 is not in direct contact with the body portion 10' of the liquid-conducting element; therefore, direct contact between the atomizing element and the liquid guiding element 10 is avoided, peculiar smell or other harmful substances generated by the liquid guiding element 10 at high temperature are avoided, and the product sanitation requirement and the user experience feeling are improved.

Simultaneously because our drain component 10 does not participate in high temperature atomizing in the function, only need satisfy the drain lock liquid function, the temperature is close to ambient temperature, when atomizing gas passes through the atomizing gas cooling hole 13 of drain component 10, the storage is waited atomizing liquid in drain component 10 and can be absorbed partial heat and the large granule in the big atomizing gas, play the effect for atomizing gas cooling, avoid the user to scald the mouth, the condensate of atomizing gas at back end circulation in-process has been reduced, promote user experience and feel, realize heat and large granule cigarette liquid recovery reuse simultaneously, energy-concerving and environment-protective.

Claims (11)

1. An atomizing core, characterized in that: comprises a liquid guide element, a conducting strip and an atomizing element;
the liquid guide element is made of microporous materials; the liquid guide element is provided with a vent groove, a liquid blocking rib and an atomizing gas cooling hole, the atomizing gas cooling hole penetrates through the liquid guide element from top to bottom, the vent groove is formed in the top of the liquid guide element and is located on the periphery of the upper end of the atomizing gas cooling hole, and the liquid blocking rib is arranged between the upper end of the atomizing gas cooling hole and the vent groove in a spaced mode; the conducting strip is connected with an atomizing element, the atomizing element is made of a porous electric heating material capable of absorbing liquid, and the atomizing element is provided with an atomizing main body part;
a gap is kept between the atomization main body part and the liquid guide element, or the atomization main body part is not in direct contact with the main body part of the liquid guide element;
the liquid enters the atomizing element from the liquid guide element and is heated into atomized gas by the atomizing element.

The atomizing core of claim 1, wherein: the liquid guide element is provided with a liquid guide groove, the liquid guide groove is positioned at the bottom of the liquid guide element, and the atomizing main body part is positioned below the atomizing gas cooling hole; the liquid is heated by the atomizing element into atomized gas and then passes through the atomized gas cooling holes upwards.

The atomizing core of claim 1, wherein: the liquid guide element is provided with a liquid guide groove, the liquid guide groove vertically penetrates through the liquid guide element, the atomizing main body part extends into the liquid guide groove, and the atomizing gas cooling hole is positioned beside the liquid guide groove; normal temperature gas is conveyed upwards through the atomizing gas cooling holes, liquid is heated into atomizing gas by the atomizing elements and then conveyed upwards, and the atomizing gas and the normal temperature gas are mixed and cooled.

The atomizing core of claim 2 or 3, wherein: the conductive sheet is fixed on the liquid guide element to form a non-detachable part, the conductive sheet extends downwards to form an atomizing element mounting position and a power supply connecting position, the atomizing element is fixed on the atomizing element mounting position of the conductive sheet in a spot welding manner, and the upper end of the atomizing element extends into a liquid guide groove of the liquid guide element;
or: the upper end of the atomization element extends into a liquid guide groove of the liquid guide element and is fixed on the liquid guide element through a fixed point to form a non-detachable part; the conducting strip is spot-welded on the atomizing element to form a welding spot, and the welding spot is positioned on the inner side of the fixed point;
or: the conducting strip is fixed on the liquid guiding element to form a non-detachable part, a blind hole-free liquid guiding material piece is placed at the position of a liquid guiding groove of the liquid guiding element or below the liquid guiding groove, the conducting strip extends downwards to form an atomizing element mounting position and a power supply connecting position, the atomizing element is fixed on the atomizing element mounting position of the conducting strip in a spot welding mode, and liquid enters the atomizing element from the liquid guiding groove of the liquid guiding element through the blind hole-free liquid guiding material piece;
or: the main part of drain component extends and has the extension, atomizing component winding sets up in the extension periphery, directly utilizes atomizing component and extension contact imbibition to reach the main part of drain component and not form direct contact with atomizing component, and liquid conveys to the extension through the main part of drain component.
5. The atomizing core of claim 1, 2, or 3, wherein: the liquid guide element is microporous ceramic, microporous fiber or activated carbon;

the atomization element is a small-diameter resistance wire braided sheet, a small-diameter resistance wire braided tube, a porous microporous metal piece, an etching hole metal piece, a through groove metal piece, a punching hole metal piece or a metal net.
6. The atomizing core of claim 2 or 3, wherein: the part or the whole of the atomization element extends into the liquid guide groove of the liquid guide element;
and/or: and heat-conducting insulating sheets are additionally arranged on two sides of the atomizing element to increase the atomizing area.
7. The atomizing core of claim 1, wherein: and after the liquid guide element is sintered and molded, the atomization element is installed.

An atomizer, characterized by: the atomizing device comprises an air nozzle channel, a liquid storage cavity, an atomizing core and a power supply and control device, wherein the atomizing core is the atomizing core in any one of claims 1 to 7, and the power supply and control device is connected with an atomizing element;
the vent groove is communicated with the liquid storage cavity and the air tap channel, and liquid in the liquid storage cavity permeates into the liquid guiding element from the upper end of the liquid guiding element; when the vent groove at the top of the liquid guide element is not filled with liquid, outside air enters the liquid storage cavity through the vent groove under the action of negative air pressure in the liquid storage cavity, so that the balance of the air pressure inside and outside the liquid storage cavity is achieved, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity continuously seeps outwards under the action of capillary force of a liquid guide material, so that the liquid supply to the liquid guide element is ensured;
when the vent groove at the top of the liquid guide element is filled with liquid and the vent groove is sealed by the liquid, negative air pressure is formed in the liquid storage cavity, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity is prevented from continuously seeping outwards.
9. The nebulizer of claim 8, wherein: the atomizer comprises an upper shell and a sealing rubber piece;
the upper shell is provided with an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are integrally connected, the air nozzle channel is formed in the inner cylinder and penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the inner cylinder, the liquid storage cavity is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the upper end of the liquid storage cavity is closed, and the lower end of the liquid storage cavity is open;
the sealing rubber piece is provided with an upper sealing ring part, a sealing end plate part and a lower sealing ring part which are sequentially and integrally formed from top to bottom, the upper sealing ring part is sleeved at the lower end of the inner cylinder body, the sealing end plate part is hermetically embedded between the lower end of the inner cylinder body and the inner side wall of the outer cylinder body, and the lower sealing ring part is embedded in the inner side wall of the outer cylinder body; a liquid outlet hole penetrating through the liquid storage cavity is reserved on the sealing end plate part;
