fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method of making a teeth cleaning and protecting urinary health pet center-filled crisp according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
In this embodiment, a method for preparing a pet sandwich crisp for teeth cleaning and teeth protecting and urinary health is provided, fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method for preparing the pet sandwich crisp for teeth cleaning and teeth protecting and urinary health according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the flow chart comprises the following steps:
step S102, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of meat paste, 12-18 parts of rice flour, 20-30 parts of wheat flour, 12-18 parts of potato starch, 8-12 parts of fish meal, 8-12 parts of chicken meal, 2-8 parts of vegetable oil, 8-12 parts of soybean protein isolate and 30-45 parts of water;
step S104, making edible gelatin into hollow spheres; as another embodiment, a mixture of edible gelatin and agar may be used to make hollow spheres, and the process may be the same as in the alternative embodiments described below. Agar can be used to adjust hardness, with a ratio of gelatin to agar of 5:1 for cat food and 4:1 for dog food.
As an alternative embodiment, the hollow sphere can be made by adding edible gelatin (or mixture of edible gelatin and agar) and glycerol into purified water, stirring, heating the sol at 50 ℃, and gelatinizing for 1 hour to obtain a sol solution; boiling the glue solution to 110 ℃ for 20 minutes; cooling the cooked glue solution to 70 ℃, adding the protein powder, stirring uniformly, placing in a glue dipping box at a constant temperature of 60 ℃, and cooling and forming on a die. And (3) placing the capsule blank made into the hollow sphere in a blast drying oven at 30 ℃ for dehydration and drying for 0.6 hour, and then demolding and sterilizing. Wherein, the hollow sphere can be two hemispheres, after adding liquid into one of the two hemispheres, the other hemisphere is closed, then gelatin is used for coating again, and the temperature of the gelatin used for coating again is 50 ℃.
The edible gelatin in this example can be prepared using the following process: the edible gelatin is prepared by using pollack skin as a raw material, soaking the pollack skin for 3-4 times by using Ca (OH)2 liquid with the pH value of 12-2.5, soaking for 2.5-3.5 hours each time after cleaning, soaking for 1.5-2.5 hours by using 0.5% HCl liquid, adding HCl to adjust the pH value to 5.3-5.7, adding water at normal pressure, decocting for two times, wherein the first time is 1.5-2.5 hours, the temperature is 60-65 ℃, the second time is 3.5-4.5 hours, the temperature is 70-80 ℃, uniformly mixing the decocted glue solutions, decoloring, preserving, filtering, concentrating, and finally freezing and drying. The edible gelatin is used for making sandwich crisp for feeding pet cat.
The edible gelatin in this example can be prepared using the following process: the pigskin is soaked in calcium hydroxide solution with pH value of 9.2 for 20 days, and then the pH value is adjusted to 6.3. Putting the treated pigskin into a pot, adding clear water to soak the pigskin, slowly heating to 60-70 ℃, keeping the temperature for 3-6 hours, discharging the glue solution of the 1 st batch, adding a proper amount of clear water, and heating for a period of time to discharge the glue solution of the 2 nd batch. And the like until the pigskin is basically solidified. Mixing the glue solution discharged each time, heating and concentrating, adding proper amount of bleaching agent and preservative into the glue while it is hot, and cooling to obtain the invented gelatin jelly. The edible gelatin is used for making sandwich crisp for feeding pet dog.
Step S106, injecting liquid into the hollow sphere by using a needle, and wrapping the hollow sphere after the liquid is injected by using a gelatin layer again to form stuffing; the liquid can be purified water, and can also be added with nutrient solution or liquid medicine for treating specific diseases.
And step S108, wrapping the stuffing by using the mixed and stirred raw materials.
Through the steps, the gelatin is arranged in the middle of the sandwich crisp, the gelatin can exercise the teeth of the pet, in addition, the middle liquid of the gelatin can wash the teeth and add moisture to the pet when the pet chews, so that the problems of the existing pet food are solved, and the sandwich crisp which is beneficial to the teeth and urinary health of the pet is provided.
Preferably, after the filling is wrapped with the mixed and stirred raw materials, the method further comprises the following steps: and drying the wrapped sandwich crisp at a preset temperature, wherein the preset temperature is less than 50 ℃ and more than or equal to 40 ℃.
Preferably, the predetermined temperature is 45 degrees.
Preferably, the drying at a predetermined temperature of the filled crisp formed after wrapping comprises: and (3) drying the wrapped sandwich crisp in an air duct, wherein air with the preset temperature is blown in the air duct at a preset speed.
Preferably, the filled crisp formed after wrapping is put into an air duct to be dried for 10 to 20 hours.
Preferably, the filled crisp formed after wrapping is put into an air duct to be dried for 13 to 14 hours.
Preferably, before the filling is wrapped with the mixed and stirred raw materials, the method further comprises the following steps: the raw materials are mixed and stirred for 8 to 10 minutes according to the weight parts.
As an alternative embodiment, the stirred raw material may be roasted in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, the roasted raw material may be crushed to obtain raw material powder, and water may be added again to the raw material powder, this time, the weight fraction of the added water is twice that in step S102. Mixing and stirring the raw material powder after adding the water. The stirred raw materials are used for wrapping the gelatin spheres.
Preferably, the following raw materials are weighed in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of meat paste, 16-18 parts of rice flour, 22-38 parts of wheat flour, 14-17 parts of potato starch, 9-10 parts of fish meal, 10-12 parts of chicken meal, 2-6 parts of vegetable oil, 8-10 parts of soybean protein isolate and 35-45 parts of water.
Preferably, the following raw materials are weighed in parts by weight: 70 parts of minced meat, 17 parts of rice flour, 22 parts of wheat flour, 15 parts of potato starch, 9 parts of fish meal, 12 parts of chicken meal, 3 parts of vegetable oil, 9 parts of soybean protein isolate and 45 parts of water.
In the embodiment, the pet sandwich crisp for cleaning teeth, protecting teeth and promoting urinary health is also provided and is prepared by the method.
