Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a given control method of tube voltage of an X-ray tube according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling tube voltage of an X-ray tube according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, the tube voltage value set by the X-ray tube and the preset tube voltage value are acquired.
Specifically, the set tube voltage value of the X-ray tube may be automatically recorded, and the preset tube voltage value may be input by an operator. Wherein if the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is set for the first time, the tube voltage value already set in the X-ray tube may be considered as zero.
And S2, judging whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value.
Specifically, the tube voltage threshold may be 200KV, and whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold, that is, whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds 200KV may be determined by comparing the preset tube voltage value with the tube voltage threshold.
S3, if the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold, it is determined whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value.
S4, if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold, determining whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold, and whether the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value.
And S5, controlling the tube voltage of the X-ray tube to be gradually adjusted from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value according to the judgment result.
Wherein, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube can be controlled to be gradually adjusted from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value according to the determination result of the step S3, specifically, when the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold, if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to be gradually increased from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value; when the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold value, if the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the set tube voltage value, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to gradually decrease from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value. It should be understood that no adjustment of the X-ray tube voltage is required when the preset tube voltage value is equal to the set tube voltage value, and the following description is not provided for the case where the preset tube voltage value is equal to the set tube voltage value.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 (for convenience of description, the preset tube voltage value may be set as a, the preset tube voltage value may be set as b, and the tube voltage threshold may be 200KV), when the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold (b ≦ 200KV), if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the preset tube voltage value (b > a), the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to increase by 1KV (a ═ a +1, Time ═ 10ms) every 10ms from the set tube voltage value until the preset tube voltage value is increased; when the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold value (b is less than or equal to 200KV), if the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the set tube voltage value (b is less than a), the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to be reduced by 1KV (a is a-1, and Time is 5ms) every 5ms from the set tube voltage value until the tube voltage value is reduced to the preset tube voltage value.
Wherein, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube can be controlled to be gradually adjusted from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value according to the determination result of the step S4, specifically, when the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold, if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value and the set tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to be gradually increased from the set tube voltage value to the tube voltage threshold, and further to be increased to the preset tube voltage value; when the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value, if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value and the set tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value, controlling the tube voltage of the X-ray tube to gradually increase from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value; when the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value, if the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the set tube voltage value, the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to gradually decrease from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value. It should be understood that no adjustment of the X-ray tube voltage is required when the preset tube voltage value is equal to the set tube voltage value, and the following description is not provided for the case where the preset tube voltage value is equal to the set tube voltage value.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3 (for convenience of description, the preset tube voltage value may be set as a, the preset tube voltage value may be set as b, and the tube voltage threshold may be 200KV), when the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold (b > 200KV), if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the preset tube voltage value (a < b), and the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the tube voltage threshold (a ≦ 200KV), the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to increase 1KV (a +1, Time 10ms) every 10ms from the set tube voltage value until the tube voltage threshold is raised, and further increase 1KV (a +1, Time 300ms) every 300ms from the tube voltage threshold until the preset tube voltage value is raised; when the preset tube voltage value exceeds a tube voltage threshold value (b is more than 200KV), if the preset tube voltage value exceeds the set tube voltage value (a is less than b) and the set tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value (a is more than 200KV), controlling the tube voltage of the X-ray tube to increase by 1KV (a is a +1 and Time is 300ms) every 300ms from the set tube voltage value until the preset tube voltage value is increased; when the preset tube voltage value exceeds the tube voltage threshold value (b is more than 200KV), if the preset tube voltage value does not exceed the set tube voltage value (a is more than b), the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to be reduced by 1KV (a is a-1, and Time is 5ms) every 5ms from the set tube voltage value until the tube voltage value is reduced to the preset tube voltage value.
According to the given control method of the tube voltage of the X-ray tube provided by the embodiment of the invention, the preset tube voltage value, the set tube voltage value and the tube voltage threshold value are compared, and the tube voltage of the X-ray tube is controlled to be gradually adjusted from the set tube voltage value to the preset tube voltage value according to the comparison result, so that the discharge phenomenon can be effectively prevented, and the service life of equipment can be prolonged.
