Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The heat tracing band has been widely used as an effective pipeline (storage tank) heat preservation and anti-freezing scheme. The working principle is that a certain amount of heat is radiated through the heat tracing medium, and the loss of the heat tracing pipeline is supplemented through direct or indirect heat exchange, so that the normal working requirements of temperature rise, heat preservation or freeze prevention are met. In the 70's of the 20 th century, the concept of replacing steam tracing with electric tracing solutions was proposed. In the late 70 s and early 80 s, electric tracing technology has been widely popularized in many industrial departments including energy industry, and steam tracing is comprehensively replaced by electric tracing. The development of electric tracing technology has been developed to date, from traditional constant power tracing to self-temperature control electric tracing with conductive plastic as core.
In the prior art, heat tracing cables are mainly used in places such as petroleum, chemical engineering, thermal power plants and the like where the solidification/low flow speed of liquid substances in pipelines or tanks needs to be prevented, are mainly used for heat tracing of fire-fighting pipelines in public facilities, and can be used for indoor heating and outdoor pipeline antifreezing in winter in civil use.
The heat tracing cable in the prior art comprises a heat tracing band which generates heat internally, an insulating layer which wraps the outer side of the heat tracing band, a shielding layer and a protective layer. In some special occasions, the heat tracing band needs to have certain explosion-proof performance, but the explosion-proof effect of the heat tracing band in the prior art is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an electric tracing band for explosion-proof places, which can improve the explosion-proof effect of the electric tracing band and is suitable for carrying out heat tracing work in some explosion-proof places.

Meanwhile, the fireproof fiber layer 800 covers the heat insulation layer 500, and is attached to the pipeline on one side close to the working surface 410 or attached to the surface of the equipment to be insulated, so that the fireproof fiber layer has a certain protection effect under the condition of better heat insulation effect.
The outer side of the sheath layer 400 is coated with a decorative layer 900, the decorative layer 900 comprises a first decorative layer 910 close to one side of the heat preservation surface 420 and a second decorative layer 920 close to one side of the working surface 410, and the first decorative layer 910 and the second decorative layer 920 are different. Specifically, decorative layers 900 of different colors and different patterns may be used for first decorative layer 910 and second decorative layer 920.
