The television calls the use habits of all users stored in the television, and the application software which is used by all the users is combined, namely, distributed and configured in the operation window corresponding to all the users, so that the purposes that a plurality of users use the same intelligent television to carry out independent operation at the same time and browse favorite pages and software at will are achieved.
Exemplary method
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a smart television split-screen method based on face recognition, where the smart television split-screen method based on face recognition may be used in a television or a smart television.
The method in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step S100, face information of a plurality of users and a use habit corresponding to the face information of each user are collected in advance and stored;
the method comprises the following steps of pre-collecting face information of a plurality of users and using habits corresponding to the face information of each user, and storing the face information:
configuring a camera for face recognition on a television in advance;
configuring a split screen mode on a television in advance;
the split-screen mode comprises the steps of dividing a television screen into split-screen windows with corresponding number according to the number of detected face information when a plurality of pieces of face information are detected, and dividing the television screen into split-screen windows with preset number when a single face is detected.
The intelligent television is provided with the camera in advance, so that the television can acquire face information of a user in front of the current television through face recognition. Configuring a split screen mode for dividing a television screen into split screen windows with corresponding number according to the number of detected faces when the television detects that a plurality of faces exist, namely a plurality of users need to use the television, but attention needs to be paid to setting the upper limit of the number of the split screen windows according to the size of the television; when a single face is detected, i.e. only one user wants to use the television, the television screen is divided into a preset number of split-screen windows, e.g. 4 split-screen windows, 6 split-screen windows, etc., depending on the specific television size.
In this embodiment, the application or application software combination and layout used by each user is configured for the split-screen window of each user, and the smart television acquires the face information of the user who uses the smart television in daily life and the use habit of the user in advance through the face recognition function of the camera, and establishes the corresponding relationship between the face information of the user and the use habit, and stores the corresponding relationship.
The using habits of the user comprise all settable parameters such as the commonly used applications of the user and the application software combination consisting of the commonly used applications, the application layout of the application used by the user, the page background set by the user, the page style, the font size and the like.
For example, a user can keep opening a setting button for collecting the use habits of the user when the user uses the smart television daily, when the user uses the smart television daily for webpage browsing and television watching, the smart television judges whether the face information of the user is the face information of the storage record of the television through face recognition, and if the historical storage information of the user does not exist, the user is prompted whether to establish a user file through a pop-up window; and if the historical storage information of the user exists, updating the use habit of the user at a fixed frequency or in real time when the user uses the intelligent television daily, and storing the updated use habit. The method and the device enable the user to keep the latest use habit when the user uses the smart television or starts the split screen mode next time, and avoid the problem of complicated operation caused by repeated setting of the user.
In another scheme, a user can start a use habit setting function to perform manual setting, after the intelligent television is started, the intelligent television detects whether the face information of the current user is the face information of the existing storage record of the television through face recognition, and if the historical storage information of the user does not exist, the intelligent television prompts the user whether to establish a user file through a popup window; if the historical storage information of the user exists, calling the television page in the last manual setting, and storing the use habit newly set by the user in a file corresponding to the user after the user finishes setting and clicks a confirmation key. By the scheme, power consumption generated by daily starting of the camera to use the face recognition function and continuous collection of use habits of the user of the intelligent television can be reduced.
Step S200, detecting an operation instruction for starting the camera, and judging whether the face information of the user in front of the television is one or more face information collected in advance through face recognition;
in this embodiment, after the smart television detects an operation instruction for turning on the camera, the smart television controls to turn on the camera for face recognition, which is preset on the television, and judges whether the face in front of the current television is one or more faces collected in advance through a face recognition technology, that is, the smart television inquires whether data matched with the detected face information exists in a storage unit for storing the face information of the user and corresponding use habits in the television, and if so, judges that the face information of the detected user is the face information collected in advance; if not, the face information of the detected user is judged not to be collected.
The operating instruction for opening the camera can be set to be an operating instruction for opening the camera when a user opens the television and sending the camera to the camera, and a function key for controlling the function of opening and closing the intelligent television used by multiple people can also be set, and the operating instruction for opening the camera is sent to the camera when the user opens the function of using the intelligent television used by the multiple people.
Further, step S300, when it is determined that the face information of the plurality of users is pre-collected, controlling to enter a split-screen mode according to the number of the face information, and controlling to allocate an independently controllable split-screen window to each user;
in this embodiment, when the smart television judges that a plurality of faces are identified through the collected information of the camera, the smart television is controlled to enter a split screen mode, the smart television screen in the split screen mode is divided into a plurality of split screen windows which are the same as the faces in number, equal in area and regular in arrangement according to the number of the identified faces, and an independently operable split screen window is controlled to be allocated to each face information, namely, a user according to each face information collected by the camera, wherein the upper limit of the number of the split screen windows divided by the smart television is determined according to the actual size of the television.
The independent control mode can be that each window is operated by a touch screen mode, for example, when the smart television recognizes that four faces exist and sets the display content of the split screen window to be an independent television page containing a plurality of applications instead of a single television APP, the smart television controls to divide the screen in the split screen mode into four split screen windows, and then the smart television respectively sets a gesture recognition function supporting at least one finger operation in each of the four split screen window areas and limits the operation to be performed only in a fixed split screen window area, so that the purpose that a plurality of people use one television at the same time and can perform the independent operation is realized. In order to further improve the operation freedom among users, various recognition gestures for realizing the interactive operation of the split-screen windows can be set, for example, the application or content of a certain split-screen window can be dragged to any split-screen window except the split-screen window through two-finger operation.
The independent control mode can also be used for operating each window in a mobile phone wireless connection mode, for example, when the smart television recognizes that four faces exist and sets the display content of the split screen window to be the most common application of each user, the screen in the split screen mode is controlled to be divided into four split screen windows, each user is prompted to carry out wireless connection with each split screen displayed by the smart television through the corresponding mobile phone APP, and then each user can independently control the running state of the most common application of each split screen window through the mobile phone
On the other hand, when the judgment is that a plurality of faces are collected in advance, the step of controlling to enter a split-screen mode according to the number of the faces and controlling to distribute an independently controllable split-screen window to each user further comprises the following steps:
when only one face is in front of the screen, the control is switched to a split screen mode, and the screen is divided into a plurality of windows with preset number.
And after entering the split screen mode, extracting the use habit of the user pre-stored in the television through face recognition, and controlling the common application software of the user to be configured in a plurality of split screen windows.
When the smart television judges that only one face exists in front of the current television through face recognition, the control is switched to a split screen mode, the screen is divided into a plurality of split screen windows with preset number, for example, the preset number is six, the smart television screen is divided into six split screen windows, face information of the user is obtained through face recognition, and face information of the user and corresponding use habits of the user in a storage unit which is collected and stored in the smart television in advance are searched.
When the using habit of the user is found, the intelligent television controls application software commonly used by the user to be configured into the split-screen window in sequence; when the using habit of the user is not found, the intelligent television controls to configure the default application into the split-screen window.
Further, the smart television can recommend a plurality of application combinations to the user according to the acquired use habits of the user, such as the types of the commonly used applications, the use time of the commonly used applications, and the like, wherein the application combinations include the commonly used applications of the user and the television recommendation applications, the user can select the favorite application combinations and configure the favorite application combinations into the split-screen window, and the recommended applications which are not downloaded are automatically acquired from the network by the smart television. And when the single user uses the split-screen mode of the intelligent television, the application software which meets the interest and is not contacted can be selected according to the preference of the single user.
Further, step S400, obtaining the usage habits acquired in advance, and configuring the application corresponding to the split-screen window, or the layout of the application software combination and the application software arrangement according to the obtained usage habits;
in this embodiment, the smart television queries the use habits of each user through the collected face information, and controls the use habits of the users to be correspondingly configured in the divided split-screen windows according to the obtained use habits corresponding to the users, wherein the use habits include multiple setting parameters such as common application software, application software combination, layout, page style and the like, and the use habits of the users and the face information in the split-screen windows also need to be in one-to-one correspondence. When a plurality of users use the same intelligent television at the same time, parameter setting and application software combination and layout matched with the use habits of the users can be automatically configured, and the use experience of the users is further improved.
For example, when a television page is configured in a split-screen window of a smart television, according to the use habit of the user a: the application software is combined into the EmoTech, the mango TV, the Tencent video and the television live broadcast, the arrangement mode is 2x2, and the page background is dark grey. The smart television synchronizes the use habit to the split-screen window of which the current split-screen window is the face information corresponding to the user a.
For example, when a single television application software is configured in the split-screen window of the smart television, the application software most frequently used by each user is obtained as a user a-love art, a user b-browser, a user c-novel software and a user d-television live broadcast according to the use habits of the user a, the user b, the user c and the user d, and then the four television applications are configured in the split-screen window corresponding to each user by the smart television.
On the other hand, when the smart television inquires that the user is not stored in the television storage unit through the acquired face information, configuring a split screen window corresponding to the user as a default application or application software combination, arrangement, theme and the like, prompting the user whether to establish a use habit that the user archives in the smart television for storing the face information and the corresponding face information in a pop-up window mode, and configuring the default application or application software combination, arrangement, theme and the like when the user selects the other default application or application software combination, arrangement, theme and the like when the user uses the multi-user split screen function of the smart television next time; and when the user selects yes, the intelligent television stores the acquired face information and correspondingly stores the use habit set by the user.
Further, in step S500, each split screen window acquires its own operation instruction, executes a response corresponding to the operation instruction, and displays the response in the corresponding split screen window.
