Background
With the development of network technology, the ways of storing files and exchanging files for users are increasing. For example, various files may be stored in a portable small storage device such as a usb disk, or may be stored in a server. The storage device is miniaturized and light, equipment cost is saved, power consumption is reduced, a user can directly access files in the storage device by connecting the terminal device to the cloud server, operation is simple, and operation efficiency is improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a file access system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the file access system provided in this embodiment includes: the cloud server comprises a storage device 11, a storage control device 12 and a cloud server 13, wherein the storage control device is connected with the cloud server through a 5G wide area network, and the storage control device is also connected with the storage device; the storage equipment stores files to be accessed; and the terminal equipment which is connected with the cloud server in advance communicates with the storage control device through the cloud server so as to access the file to be accessed in the storage device through the storage control device.
The storage device may be, but is not limited to, a mobile storage device such as a mobile hard disk, a memory card, and a usb disk. The terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet, etc. used by the user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the cloud server may be accessed after being verified and connected by a plurality of terminal devices, and after the terminal devices are connected with the cloud server, the files to be accessed stored in the storage device may be directly read through a storage control device in communication with the cloud server, and operations such as modification and deletion are performed on the files to be accessed at the terminal devices.
In one or more possible embodiments, before the terminal device connects to the cloud server, authentication needs to be performed first, and the authentication method may adopt a short message authentication code mode, as shown in fig. 2, where the terminal device sends a connection request to the cloud server, where the connection request includes information such as user basic information, a model of the terminal device, and the like, and after the cloud server receives the connection request, the cloud server sends an authentication code and related prompt information to the terminal device in a short message mode, and the user inputs the authentication code through the terminal device at an authentication interface to complete login, so as to complete connection between the terminal device and the cloud server. After the authentication connection is completed, the user can access the files in the storage device at any time through the terminal device.
In this embodiment, since the storage control device is connected to the cloud server through a 5G wide area network, the storage control device is further connected to a storage device, and a file to be accessed is stored in the storage device; therefore, as long as the terminal equipment is connected with the cloud server in advance, the terminal equipment can communicate with the storage control device through the cloud server, so that the file to be accessed in the storage device is accessed through the storage control device, the equipment cost is saved, the user can directly access the file in the storage device only by connecting the terminal equipment to the cloud server, the operation is simple, and the operation efficiency is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a file access system according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which further describes the internal structure and functions of the storage control apparatus based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the memory control device 12 of the present embodiment includes: a single board computer 121, a memory controller 122 and a wide area network baseband module 123; the single board computer is connected with the cloud server through the wide area network baseband module; the storage controller is connected with the single board computer and is used for connecting with a storage device, and the single board computer accesses the files to be accessed stored in the storage device through the storage controller.
Specifically, the storage controller is mainly used for processing and integrating the storage space of the storage devices such as the USB flash disk, the storage card, the mobile hard disk and the like, and changing the storage space into the storage space accessible by the single-board computer. The wide area network baseband module is mainly used for communication between the single board computer and the cloud server, including data transmission, firmware update and the like. For example, after receiving a file access request sent by a user through a terminal device, the cloud server sends the file access request to a single board computer through a wide area network baseband module, and the single board computer reads a file in a storage device through a storage controller and then sends the file access request to a cloud server through the wide area network baseband module.
In this embodiment, the storage control device uses a single board computer to realize the functions of storing and sharing files, so that the storage device is miniaturized and light-weighted. And the wide area network baseband module is used for realizing connection to the cloud server through the 5G wide area network, and the file stored in the storage device can be accessed and modified after any terminal device connected to the network is authenticated and authorized by utilizing the characteristics of high speed and wide connection of the 5G network.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the storage control device further includes: a power module 124, the power module including a first power interface, a second power interface, and a charging interface; the first power supply interface is connected with the single board computer and is used for supplying power to the single board computer; the second power supply interface is used for supplying power to external equipment; the charging interface is connected with an external power supply.
Specifically, the external power supply charges the power supply module through the charging interface, the power supply module supplies power to the single board computer through the first power supply interface, and meanwhile, the power supply module also provides a second power supply interface, so that power can be supplied to other small-sized electric equipment.
In this embodiment, the power module continuously supplies power to the single board computer, and an additional power supply interface is provided, so that the power module has the capability of supplying power to other small-sized devices.
Further, the storage control device further includes: and the debug interface 125 is used for detecting the working states of the wide area network baseband module, the storage controller and the power supply module.
Specifically, the debug interface mainly detects the working state of each module in the storage control device, such as the network connection state of the wide area network baseband module, signal quality, the available/usable space of the storage controller, the available electricity quantity of the power supply module, the expected use time of the remaining electricity quantity, and the state of each module such as whether the power supply is being charged or not. In this embodiment, the working states of the modules in the storage control device are detected in real time through the debug interface, so that a user can grasp the running condition of the storage control device in time, and can take corresponding measures in time when abnormal states occur.
In one or more possible embodiments, the cloud server is further configured to record an access record of the user to the file in the storage device through the terminal device, where the access record includes: access time, access file identification, and specific operations (e.g., modify file content, delete file, etc.).
In this embodiment, the file access record is recorded in real time through the cloud server, and if a problem occurs, the user can read the file access record recorded in the cloud server through the terminal device, so that the user can verify and trace the source afterwards.

Claims (7)
1. A file access system, comprising: the mail server comprises a storage device applied to the mail server, a storage control device and a cloud server, wherein the storage control device is connected with the cloud server through a 5G wide area network, and the storage control device is also connected with the storage device;
the storage equipment stores files to be accessed;
the cloud server sends verification information to the terminal equipment after receiving a connection request sent by the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment verifies according to the verification information; a terminal device which is connected with the cloud server in advance communicates with the storage control device through the cloud server so as to access the file to be accessed in the storage device through the storage control device, and delete and/or modify the file to be accessed; the storage control device includes: the cloud server comprises a single board computer, a storage controller and a wide area network baseband module, wherein the single board computer is connected with the cloud server through the wide area network baseband module; the storage controller is connected with the single board computer and is used for connecting with a storage device, and the single board computer accesses the files to be accessed stored in the storage device through the storage controller.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the storage control device further comprises: the power module comprises a first power supply interface, a second power supply interface and a charging interface;
the first power supply interface is connected with the single board computer and is used for supplying power to the single board computer; the second power supply interface is used for supplying power to external equipment; the charging interface is connected with an external power supply.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the storage control device further comprises: and the debugging interface is used for detecting the working states of the wide area network baseband module, the storage controller and the power supply module.
4. A system according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the terminal device comprises any one or more of the following:
mobile hard disk, memory card and USB flash disk.
5. A file access method applied to the file access system of any one of claims 1 to 3, the method comprising:
a terminal device which is connected with the cloud server in advance sends a file access instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server controls the storage control device to read a file to be accessed in a storage device applied to a mail server according to the file access instruction, and delete and/or modify the file to be accessed;
the cloud server sends the read file to be accessed to terminal equipment;
before the terminal device which is connected with the cloud server in advance sends a file access instruction to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment sends a connection request to the cloud server;
the cloud server sends verification information to the terminal equipment after receiving the connection request;
and the terminal equipment performs verification according to the verification information.
6. A computer device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing computer-executable instructions stored in the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the file access method of claim 5.
7. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor implement the file access method of claim 5.
