S21: the call control node receives a first establishment request sent by terminal equipment to establish a first session channel; the first setup request includes: the number of the terminal equipment; the first session channel is a session channel between the call control node and the terminal device.
S22: the call control node sends a second establishment request to the IVR service node based on the first establishment request so as to establish a second session channel; the second setup request includes: the number of the terminal equipment; the second session channel is a session channel between the IVR service node and the call control node.
S23: the IVR service node sends a first port number of the IVR service node and a first IP address of the IVR service node to the terminal equipment through the first session channel and the second session channel so as to establish a first media channel; the first media channel is a media channel between the IVR service node and the terminal equipment.
S24: the IVR service node receives conference account information sent by the terminal equipment through the first media channel through a port corresponding to the first port number; the conference account information includes: conference group number.
S25: and the IVR service node sends the conference account information to the call control node.
S26: the call control node sends a third establishment request to the target conference service node to establish a third session channel; the third setup request includes: the conference group number, and a second IP address and a second port number of the terminal device corresponding to the number of the terminal device; the third session path is a session path between the target conference service node and the call control node.
S27: the target conference service node sends a third port number and a third IP address of the target conference service node to the terminal equipment through the third session channel and the first session channel so as to establish a second media channel, and the terminal equipment is accessed to a conference corresponding to the conference group number; the second media channel is a media channel between the target conference service node and the terminal device.
The above method is described in detail below.
Prior to S21, the method further comprises: the terminal equipment sends the first establishment request to the call control node; the first setup request includes: and the number of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, after a user selects an icon representing conference access through a terminal device, the terminal device generates a first establishment request based on a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), a session initiation protocol (SDP) and a number of the terminal device, and sends the first establishment request to a call control node based on a predetermined IP address of the call control node; wherein the first establishment request includes: and the number of the terminal equipment.
As one implementation mode, after a user inputs a conference access number through a terminal device, the terminal device generates a first establishment request based on a SIP protocol, a SID protocol, a number of the terminal device and the conference access number, and sends the first establishment to a call control node based on a predetermined IP address of the call control node; the first establishment request further includes: conference access number.
It is worth mentioning that after the terminal device sends the first setup request to the call control node, the call control node performs S21.
S21: the call control node receives a first establishment request sent by terminal equipment and establishes a first session channel; the first session channel is a session channel between the call control node and the terminal device.
The call control node receives the first establishment request and establishes a first session channel between itself and the terminal device according to the first establishment request.
After the call control node receives the first setup request, the call control node performs S22.
S22: the call control node sends a second establishment request to the IVR service node based on the first establishment request so as to establish a second session channel; the second setup request includes: the number of the terminal equipment; the second session channel is a session channel between the IVR service node and the call control node.
In an actual implementation, S22 may be implemented in such a way that the call control node directly forwards the first establishment request to the IVR service node based on the predetermined IP address of the IVR service node, so as to establish a second session channel between itself and the IVR service node. It will be appreciated that the second setup request is identical to the first setup request.
As an implementation manner, S22 may be implemented in a manner that the call control node extracts the number of the terminal device and the conference access number from the first establishment request based on the format of the SIP protocol and the RDP protocol, and when determining that the conference access number is the preset conference access number, the call control node generates and sends a second establishment request to the IVR service node based on the SIP protocol, the RDP protocol and the number of the terminal device, so as to establish a second session path between itself and the IVR service node.
After the first session channel and the second session channel are established, the IVR service node performs S23.
S23: the IVR service node sends a second port number of the IVR service node and a second IP address of the IVR service node to the terminal equipment through the first session channel and the second session channel so as to establish a first media channel; the first media channel is a media channel between the IVR service node and the terminal equipment.
In an actual implementation process, S23 may be implemented in a manner that after the IVR service node receives the second establishment request, extracts the number of the terminal device from the second establishment request, and selects a port number of an idle communication port from port numbers of its own communication port as the first port number, then the IVR service node sends the first port number and its own first IP address to the call control node according to the number of the terminal device through the second session channel, and the call control node sends the first port number and the first IP address to the terminal device through the third session channel according to an association relationship between the second session channel and the first session channel, so as to establish the first media channel between the IVR service node and the terminal device.
It should be noted that, after the first media channel is established, the user inputs the conference account information through the terminal device, and then the terminal device sends the conference account information to the IVR service node through the first media channel.
The conference account information comprises: conference group number; the conference account information may also include a password.
After the terminal device sends the conference account information to the IVR service node, the IVR service node executes S24.
S24: the IVR service node receives conference account information sent by the terminal equipment through the first media channel through a port corresponding to the first port number; the conference account information includes: conference group number.
The conference account information may also include a password.
It should be noted that, because the terminal device is conference account information sent to the IVR service node through the first media channel, the IVR service node may receive the conference account information through a port corresponding to the first port number (i.e., a port of the IVR service node).
After the IVR service node receives the conference account information sent by the terminal device, the IVR service node executes S25.
S25: and the IVR service node sends the conference account information to the call control node.
In a practical implementation process, S25 may be implemented in the following manner, where the IVR service node directly sends the conference account information to the call control node based on the IP address of the call control node.
Referring to fig. 3, unlike fig. 1, the conference control system further includes: managing the control node; the management control node is used for being connected with the IVR service node and the call control node respectively; the management control node, the call control node and the IVR service node can be deployed on the same electronic equipment; or may be a different electronic device; as one embodiment, S25 includes the steps of: A1-A2.
A1: and the IVR service node sends the conference account information to the management control node.
In an actual implementation process, A1 may be implemented in the following manner, where the IVR service node sends the conference account information to the management control node based on a predetermined IP address of the management control node.
As one embodiment, step A1 includes: and the IVR service node sends the conference account information and the number of the terminal equipment to the management control node.
A2: and when the management control node determines that the conference account information is correct, the management control node sends the conference group number to the call control node.
When the IVR service node only sends the conference account information to the management control node, the A2 may be implemented in a manner that the management control node determines whether the conference account information is pre-stored conference account information, if yes, determines that the conference account information is correct, and then sends the conference group number in the conference account information to the call control node.
It should be noted that, when the management control node determines that the conference account information is wrong, the management control node does not send the conference group number in the conference account information to the call control node.
As one embodiment, A2 includes: and when the management control node determines that the conference account information is correct, the management control node sends the conference group number and the number of the terminal equipment to the call control node.
As another embodiment, A2 comprises steps A21-A24.
A21: and when the management control node determines that the conference account information is correct, determining that no conference corresponding to the conference group number exists based on the conference group number.
In the actual implementation process, a21 may be implemented in the following manner, where when the management control node determines that the meeting account information is correct, based on the meeting group number in the meeting account information, it determines whether to store the meeting record corresponding to the meeting group number, and if not, it may determine that there is no meeting corresponding to the meeting group number.
It should be noted that, the management control node stores the conference record of the conference which is created in the conference control system at the current moment; wherein, this meeting record includes: conference group numbers for each conference; the meeting record may further include: the conference group numbers correspond to the IP addresses of the conference service nodes where the conferences are located.
Upon determining that there is no conference corresponding to the conference group number, the management control node executes step a22.
A22: the management control node sends a conference creation request to the target conference service node; the creation request includes: the conference group number.
In an actual implementation, a22 may be implemented in such a manner that the management control node generates a conference creation request based on the conference group number, and transmits the conference creation request to the target conference service node based on the IP address of the target conference service node determined in advance.
A23: the target conference service node creates a conference corresponding to the conference group number based on the conference group number.
In the actual implementation process, a23 may be implemented in a manner that after receiving the conference creation request, the target conference service node extracts a conference group number from the conference creation request, and creates a conference corresponding to the conference group number in the target conference service node, where the conference group number may be regarded as a unique identifier of the conference, and conference group numbers corresponding to the conferences are different.
A24: the management control node sends the conference group number to the call control node.
In actual implementation, a24 may be implemented in such a way that the management control node sends the conference group number to the call control node based on a predetermined IP address of the call control node.
As an embodiment, a24 may be implemented in such a way that the management control node transmits the number of the terminal device and the conference group number to the call control node.
As another embodiment, A2 comprises steps A27-A28.
A27: and when the management control node determines that the conference account information is correct, searching the third IP address of the conference service node where the conference corresponding to the conference group number is located from the pre-stored corresponding relation between the conference group number and the IP address of the conference service node.
It can be understood that the conference corresponding to the conference group number sent by the terminal device is already created by the target conference service node, and then the third IP address of the target conference service node corresponding to the conference group number can be found out in the corresponding relationship.
After the management control node locates the third IP address of the target conference service node, the management control node performs step a28.
A28: and the management control node sends the third IP address and the conference group number to the call control node.
In actual implementation, a28 may be implemented as follows, where the management control node sends the third IP address of the target conference service node and the conference group number to the call control node based on the IP address of the call control node.
As an embodiment, a28 may also be implemented in such a way that the management control node sends the third IP address, the conference group number and the number of the terminal device to the call control node.
After the call control node receives the conference group number, the call control node performs S26.
S26: the call control node sends a third establishment request to the target conference service node to establish a third session channel; the third setup request includes: the third setup request includes: the conference group number, and a second IP address and a second port number of the terminal device corresponding to the number of the terminal device; the third session path is a session path between the target conference service node and the call control node.
In the actual implementation process, S26 may be implemented in a manner that the call control node searches for a second IP address and a second port number of the terminal device corresponding to the number of the terminal device from a pre-stored correspondence between the number and the IP address of the terminal device and the port number based on the number of the terminal device sent by the terminal device, then generates a third establishment request based on the conference group number, the second IP address and the second port number, and sends the third establishment request to the target conference service node based on the pre-determined third IP address of the target conference service node, so as to establish a third session path between the target conference service node and the call control node.
If the management control node sends the third IP address of the target conference service node to the call control node together with the conference group number, S26 may be implemented as follows, as an implementation manner, where the call control node sends the first IP address, the first port number, and the conference group number to the target conference service node corresponding to the third IP address based on the third IP address of the target conference service node.
If the management control node sends the number of the terminal device and the conference group number to the call control node, as another embodiment, S26 may be implemented in such a manner that the call control node searches for a second IP address and a second port number of the terminal device corresponding to the number of the terminal device from the correspondence relationship of the number and the IP address of the device and the port number stored in advance based on the number of the terminal device sent by the management control node, generates a third establishment request based on the second IP address, the second port number, and the conference group number sent by the management control node, and sends the third establishment request to the target conference service node corresponding to the third IP address.
After the call control node sends the second IP address, the second port number, and the conference group number to the target conference service node, the target conference service node performs S27.
S27: and the target conference service node sends a third port number and a third IP address of the target conference service node to the terminal equipment through the third session channel and the first session channel so as to establish a second media channel, and the terminal equipment is accessed into a conference corresponding to the conference group number.
In the actual implementation process, S27 may be implemented in a manner that after receiving the third establishment request sent by the call control node, the target conference service node extracts the conference group number, the second IP address of the terminal device, and the second port number of the terminal device from the third establishment request, then searches for a conference corresponding to the conference group number from the conference created by itself based on the conference group number, accesses the terminal device to the conference corresponding to the conference group number based on the second IP address of the terminal device and the second port number of the terminal device, and sends the third port number and the third IP address of the target conference service node to the call control node through the third session channel, and the call control node sends the third port number and the third IP address to the terminal device through the first session channel according to the association relationship between the third session channel and the first session channel, so as to establish the second media channel between the target conference service node and the terminal device.
Wherein the third port number is the port number of an idle communication port in the target conference service node.
The conference control system also comprises other conference service nodes; as an embodiment, before step A2, the method further comprises: the management control node determines that the target conference service node is less loaded than the other conference service nodes.

Wherein, the meeting record includes: conference group number, and IP address of conference service node where conference corresponding to conference group number is located.
If the management control node determines that the load of the target conference service node is smaller than that of other conference service nodes, the management control node sends the conference group number to the call control node, which comprises the following steps: and the management control node sends the third IP address of the target conference service node and the conference group number to the call control node.
As an embodiment, before S24, the method further includes: and the IVR service node sends account input prompt information to the terminal equipment through the first media channel.
As an embodiment, after S24, the method further includes: the IVR service node releases the first media channel.
As an embodiment, after S24, the method further includes: the IVR service node releases the second session channel.
As an embodiment, the method further comprises: when the management control node determines that the account information of the conference is wrong, the management control node sends a first prompt instruction of the account information of the terminal equipment to the IVR service node, the IVR service node responds to the first prompt instruction, sends the account error prompt information to the terminal equipment and releases a first media channel, and sends a second prompt instruction of the account information of the terminal equipment to the call control node, and the call control node responds to the second prompt instruction and releases the first session channel;
after sending a second prompt instruction to the call control node, the IVR service node releases the second session channel.
In summary, according to the conference control system and method provided in the embodiments of the present application, with respect to a signaling and media centralized processing architecture, by using a call control node as a communication bridge between a terminal device, an IVR service node, and a conference service node, the call control node is used to implement communication connection switching between the terminal device and the IVR service node and between the terminal device and the conference service node, so that a user terminal does not need to initiate a call request to a target conference service node, and access of the terminal device to a conference created on the target conference service node can be ensured, thereby improving user experience.
