Illustratively, the second elastic element 702 is a spring, one end of the spring is sleeved outside the pin 701 and abuts against the connecting portion 703, and the other end of the spring abuts against the inner wall of the outer housing 130. The second elastic member 702 may be of other structures capable of providing elastic force, and the second elastic member 702 may be installed in other manners as long as it can provide the locking member 70 with a force directed to the unlocking member 80.
Fig. 10 is an assembly view of an unlocking member provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 10, the unlocking member 80 includes a top bar 801 and a trigger 802. The top bar 801 is partially located in the through hole 20a, and the trigger 802 is connected to the top bar 801. The trigger 802 is located in the plug bush 30 or below the plug bush 30, and is used for driving the ejector rod 801 to move under the pushing of the plug.
The plugging direction of the plug housing 30, i.e. the direction of movement of the plug pins relative to the plug housing when the plug pins are inserted into the plug housing 30, is generally fixed, and the plug pins are always inserted into the plug housing 30 from the same side of the plug housing 30. The lower side of the socket 30 means the other side opposite to the side where the pins are inserted in the insertion direction of the socket 30.
Because the trigger 802 is located in the plug bush 30 or below the plug bush 30, when the plug pins of the plug are inserted into the plug bush 30, the plug pins push the trigger 802, so that the unlocking piece 80 moves along the plugging direction of the plug bush 30 to complete unlocking, and the unlocking is performed by directly utilizing the acting force generated when the plug is plugged, so that the use is more convenient.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view illustrating a process of unlocking the turntable from the base according to an embodiment of the disclosure. In the upper view of fig. 11, the pin 701 partially protrudes into the through hole 20a, and the turntable 20 and the base 10 are in a locked state. When the unlocking member 80 moves, the rod 801 moves in the through hole 20a in a direction close to the pin 701, and pushes the pin 701 out of the through hole 20a from one end of the pin 701, as shown in the middle of fig. 11, thereby completing unlocking. After unlocking, since the pin 701 has exited the through hole 20a, the turntable 20 can be rotated relative to the base 10, as shown in the lower drawing of fig. 11. During the rotation of the turntable 20, the pin 701 is staggered with the through hole 20a, and under the elastic force of the second elastic member 702, the pin 701 slides against the bottom surface of the turntable 20. When the turntable 20 rotates again to the position where the through hole 20a is opposite to the pin 701, after the plug is taken away, the unlocking member 80 is not acted by the force of the plug any more, under the action of the elastic force of the second elastic member 702, the pin 701 extends into the through hole 20a again, the top rod 801 is jacked up, the unlocking member 80 moves towards the direction close to the plug bush 30, the trigger part 802 returns to the inside of the plug bush 30 or the lower part of the plug bush 30 again, and the state shown in the upper drawing in fig. 11 is returned, so that the turntable 20 and the base 10 are locked again.
As shown in fig. 10, the unlocking member 80 further includes a guide rod 803. The triggering portion 802 is connected to a side wall of the guide rod 803, the guide rod 803 is disposed along the insertion direction of the insertion sleeve 30, and the guide rod 803 is movably connected to the turntable 20. For example, at the bottom of the turntable 20, a guide insertion hole 20b may be provided, and the guide bar 803 is movably inserted in the guide insertion hole 20 b.
The guide rod 803 is engaged with the turntable 20 to limit the moving direction of the unlocking member 80 in the axial direction of the guide rod 803, so that the unlocking member 80 moves more smoothly. The guiding rod 803 is again arranged along the plugging direction of the plug bush 30, so that the unlocking element 80 can be better moved to unlock under the pushing of the plug.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view illustrating an assembly of a rotating member and a sleeve according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 12, the rotating member 40 further includes a pushing portion 403, and the pushing portion 403 is located on a side of the pivot axis m close to the plug 30 and is used for pushing the plug 30 to close or open.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating a movement process of the rotating member and the plug bush according to the embodiment of the disclosure. In the upper drawing of fig. 13, the sleeve 30 is in an open state, and in the lower drawing of fig. 13, the sleeve 13 is in a closed state. As shown in fig. 13, when the turntable 20 is rotated in one direction, the driving portion 402 moves in the driving groove 10a, the main body portion 401 of the rotating member 40 rotates about the pivot axis m, the pushing portion 403 moves in a direction to approach the socket 30, and the socket 30 is pushed by the pushing portion 403 to close the socket 30. When the turntable 20 is rotated in the other direction, the moving direction of the driving portion 402 in the driving groove 10a is changed, the direction in which the main body portion 401 of the rotating member 40 rotates about the pivot axis m is also changed, and the pushing portion 403 is moved away from the socket 30, so that the socket 30 is opened.
In some examples, the push portion 403 closes the sleeve 30 by squeezing the sleeve 30. For example, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a rotating member and a sleeve according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The insert 30 is shown as a single piece and comprises a first portion 301 and a second portion 302, the first portion 301 and the second portion 302 being opposed. The push portion 403 is located on a side of the first portion 301 remote from the second portion 302. In the process of rotating the rotating member 40, the pushing portion 403 approaches the second portion 302 to squeeze the plug bush 30, so that the plug bush 30 is deformed to drive the first portion 301 to approach the second portion 302, the distance between the first portion 301 and the second portion 302 is reduced, and the plug bush 30 is closed. In the process that the rotating member 40 rotates in the opposite direction, the pushing portion 403 moves away from the second portion 302, the first portion 301 moves away from the second portion 302 under the elastic action of the plug 30 itself, the distance between the first portion 301 and the second portion 302 increases, and the plug 30 opens.
In some examples, the pushing portion 403 is not connected to the first portion 301 of the socket 30, and during the rotation of the rotation member 40 in the opposite direction, the first portion 301 is separated from the second portion 302 by the elasticity of the socket 30 itself. In other examples, the pushing portion 403 is connected to the first portion 301 of the socket 30, such that when the pushing portion 403 moves away from the second portion 302 during rotation of the rotation member 40 in the opposite direction, the pushing portion 403 will carry the first portion 301 together to open the socket 30.
Fig. 15 is a partial structural schematic view of a socket provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 15, the socket 30 differs from the socket 30 shown in fig. 14 in that the socket 30 is not an integral body but two separate parts. The insert 30 comprises a first conductive plate 31 and a second conductive plate 32. The first conductive plate 31 and the second conductive plate 32 oppose each other. The first conductive plate 31 is connected to the pushing portion 403 of the rotating member 40, and the second conductive plate 32 is connected to the turntable 20. Since the first conductive plate 31 is connected to the pushing portion 403 of the rotating member 40, the first conductive plate 31 is always moved by the pushing portion 403 during the rotation of the rotating member 40.
As shown in fig. 15, the socket includes a plurality of sockets 30, and two sockets 30 of the plurality of sockets 30 are arranged along the extending direction of the pivot axis m.
The receptacle has at least one pair of sockets 30, each pair of sockets 30 being for connection to a plug. In the disclosed embodiment, the receptacle has two pairs of sleeves 30, which are capable of connecting two plugs. Two of the plurality of sleeves 30 are used here for connecting different plugs. In addition, the receptacle includes a grounding sleeve 30.
The rotating member 40 includes two pushing portions 403, the two pushing portions 403 are arranged along the extending direction of the pivot axis m, and the two pushing portions 403 correspond to the two inserting sleeves 30 one by one. By providing the two pushing portions 403, the socket 30 can be closed by the rotating member 40 when any pair of sockets 30 is used.
As shown in fig. 15, the rotating member 40 further includes a reset portion 404. The reset portion 404 is located at one end of the body portion 401 in the extending direction of the pivot axis m. The reset portion 404 is arranged in the radial direction of the pivot axis m, and the reset portion 404 is connected to the main body portion 401. Referring to fig. 13, an end of the reset portion 404 away from the body portion 401 is connected to the first elastic member 601. The first elastic member 601 is used to maintain the rotating member 40 in a first state or a second state, wherein the socket 30 is closed when the rotating member 40 is in the first state, and the socket 30 is open when the rotating member 40 is in the second state.
The reset portion 404 is used for converting the elastic force of the first elastic member 601 into a moment acting on the rotating member 40, so that the rotating member 40 is maintained in the first state or the second state. The direction of the moment of the first elastic element 601 to the rotating element 40 when the rotating element 40 is in the first state is opposite to the direction of the moment of the first elastic element 601 to the rotating element 40 when the rotating element 40 is in the second state.
The end of the reset portion 404 connected to the first elastic member 601 has a protrusion 4041, the first elastic member 601 is sleeved outside the protrusion 4041, and the protrusion 4041 can keep the first elastic member 601 connected to the reset portion 404. For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first elastic member 601 is a spring, and an end of the spring is sleeved outside the protrusion 4041, so that the spring is prevented from being separated from the reset portion 404 when the spring is deformed by lateral bending.
As shown in fig. 13, each of the rotating members 40 includes two returning portions 404, and the two returning portions 404 are respectively located at both ends of the main body portion 401 in the extending direction of the pivot axis m. The first elastic member 601 is provided at both the returning parts 404 so that the rotation of the rotation member 40 is more smooth.

The second conductive member 92 includes a fixing portion 921 and an extending portion 922. The fixing portion 921 is connected to the body portion 401, and the fixing portion 921 is connected to the insert 30. The extension portion 922 is located below the turntable 20 and at one side of the first conductive member 91. When the plug 30 is closed, the extension 922 contacts the first conductive member 91, and when the plug 30 is opened, the extension 922 is separated from the first conductive member 91.
The first conductive member 91 may be connected to a cable or the like outside the socket to transmit power. In the second state, the plug bush 30 is opened, the plug is not connected with the socket, the extension portion 922 of the second conductive piece 92 is separated from the first conductive piece 91, the plug bush 30 is not electrified, and the safety of the socket is further improved. A first conductive member 91 and a second conductive member 92 are provided corresponding to two sockets 30 of the pair of sockets 30, respectively. Of the two first conductors 91, one is for connection to the live line and one is for connection to the neutral line.
For the sleeve 30 shown in fig. 14, the second conductive member 92 may be a unitary structure with the sleeve 30. For the socket 30 shown in fig. 15, the second conductive member 92 and the first conductive sheet 31 of the socket 30 may be of an integral structure.
In some examples, the first conductive member 91, the second conductive member 92, the first conductive sheet 31, and the second conductive sheet 32 are all metal sheets. The second conductive member 92 and the plug 30 are formed by bending the same metal sheet, or the second conductive member 92 and the first conductive sheet 31 of the plug 30 are formed by bending the same metal sheet.
The above description is intended to be exemplary only and not to limit the present disclosure, and any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure is to be considered as the same as the present disclosure.
