Background
The new fuel assemblies used by the reactor of the nuclear power plant need to be arranged in a special new fuel assembly transport container for transportation, the new fuel assembly transport container needs to ensure safety in the transportation process, and the new fuel assemblies are ensured to be contained in the container under normal transportation conditions and transportation accident conditions. In order to ensure the smooth loading of the new fuel assembly, a certain gap is reserved between the assembly and the cylinder body in the container, and the risk that the acceleration of the assembly exceeds the limit value is generated due to the existence of the gap in the transportation process of roads, railways and seaways. It is therefore necessary to consider the selection of suitable assembly holding-down devices in the design of the container to ensure the safety of the fuel assemblies loaded in the container during normal transport. Meanwhile, the pressing device can timely and quickly remove the pressing effect when the assembly is unloaded, and the influence on the unloading process is small.
In the process of realizing the transportation of the new fuel assembly, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an assembly compressing and releasing device for a new fuel transport container, which reduces the influence on a new fuel assembly in the new fuel transport container in the transportation process, has good impact resistance, is easy to operate and maintain, and ensures the transportation safety of the new fuel assembly.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the invention provides a device for compressing and releasing a new fuel transportation container assembly, wherein the device is arranged in a container inner cylinder 2 and used for fixing the new fuel assembly 1 in the container inner cylinder 2, and comprises a first compression block 5 fixedly arranged on the inner surface of a top plate 7 of the container inner cylinder 2 and a movable second compression block 4 positioned below the first compression block 5; when the second pressing block 4 is close to the first pressing block 5, the first pressing block 5 can move the second pressing block 4 towards the bottom plate 8 of the cylinder body 2 in the container, so that the new fuel assembly 1 is pressed and fixed on the bottom plate 8 of the cylinder body 2 in the container; when the second pressing block 4 is far away from the first pressing block 5, the second pressing block 4 releases the pressing fixation of the cylinder body 2 in the container.

The second pressing block 4 is provided with a push-pull structure 3, the push-pull structure 3 drives the second pressing block 4 to move, and the second pressing block 4 and the first pressing block 5 are close to or far away from each other; the second pressing block 4 moves along the first inclined plane of the first pressing block 5 under the action of the push-pull structure 3, so that the new fuel assembly 1 is pressed, and the pressing and fixing effect on the new fuel assembly 1 is realized; when the new fuel assembly 1 needs to be unloaded, the second compression block 4 can be far away from the new fuel assembly 1 through the push-pull structure 3, and then the new fuel assembly 1 is moved out of the cylinder 2 in the container.
The push-pull structure 3 can bear pushing force and pulling force and can realize locking, and the types of the push-pull structure 3 comprise a screw transmission structure, a gear rack transmission structure and the like.
An assembly grid 6 is arranged on the outer surface of the new fuel assembly 1, and when the second compression block 4 compresses and fixes the new fuel assembly 1 on the bottom plate 8 of the container inner cylinder 2, the second compression block 4 is in contact with the assembly grid 6 to realize compression and fixation of the new fuel assembly 1.
Non-metal materials which are not easy to age are arranged at the positions, where the bottoms of the second compression blocks 4 are in contact with the component grillwork 6.
The first pressing block 5 is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the top plate 7 of the cylinder body 2 in the container in a welding mode or a bolt connection mode.
