The emotion management and control mode mainly comprises music listening, slow movement and the like, the emotion can affect the state of an illness, so that good emotion keeping is also one item for treating diseases, in the aspect of improving the emotion, when the emotion fluctuates, the patient can select to listen to some relaxing music or do some slow movement to relieve, so that the patient can conveniently conduct emotion management, and a little joy of managing the emotion is given in a daily emotion plan.

In one embodiment, the patient profile management module is further configured to generate a behavior curve of the patient based on the daily management and control plan and the daily data in the statistical table, generate a result curve corresponding to the behavior curve according to the blood glucose detection result in the statistical table, obtain a reversal result and factors affecting the reversal result according to the behavior curve and the result curve, and send the reversal result and the factors affecting the reversal result to the physician terminal, so that the physician can adjust the reversal treatment plan to make a next-stage reversal treatment plan.

In one embodiment, the wearable device is further configured to transmit the collected real-time emotions of the patient to the server, and the patient profile management module in the server is further configured to store the real-time emotions of the patient.

A system adapted for use in a method of reversing diabetes, the system comprising: the blood glucose monitoring system comprises a blood glucose detector, a patient terminal, a doctor terminal and a server, wherein the blood glucose detector, the patient terminal and the doctor terminal are respectively connected with the server through a network;
the blood sugar detector includes: the identity recognition device, blood sugar detection device and communication device, including in the server: a patient profile management module and a reversal diagnostic module, the reversal diagnostic module comprising: the system comprises a diet management unit, a motion management unit, an emotion management unit and a doctor diagnosis unit;
the physician terminal is configured to suggest a reversal therapy regimen based on the current condition of the patient, the reversal therapy regimen comprising: a diet opinion, an exercise opinion and an emotion opinion, sending the reversal therapy protocol and corresponding patient information to the server;
the server is used for sending the reversion treatment scheme to the physician diagnosis unit, the physician diagnosis unit is used for sending the diet opinion to the diet management unit, the exercise opinion to the exercise management unit and the emotion opinion to the emotion management unit;
the diet management unit is used for generating a diet scheme according to the diet opinions, and the diet scheme is recorded in a form of a table and comprises a diet plan of each day in a future preset time period;
the exercise management unit is used for generating an exercise scheme according to the exercise opinions, and the exercise scheme is recorded in a table form and comprises an exercise plan of each day in a future preset time period;
the emotion management unit is used for generating an emotion scheme according to the emotion opinions, and the emotion scheme is recorded in a table form and comprises an emotion plan of each day in a future preset time period;
the diet management unit, the exercise management unit and the emotion management unit are respectively connected with the patient file management module;
the diet management unit is used for sending a diet scheme to the patient profile management module, the exercise management unit is used for sending an exercise scheme to the patient profile management module, and the emotion management unit is used for sending an emotion scheme to the patient profile management module;
the patient file management module is used for arranging according to the diet scheme, the exercise scheme and the emotion scheme, generating a daily management and control scheme corresponding to a corresponding patient within a future preset time period, and sending the management and control scheme to the patient terminal;
the blood glucose detector is used for identifying the identity of a patient with blood glucose to be detected through the identity recognition device, detecting the blood glucose of the patient through the blood glucose detection device, sending a blood glucose detection result and the identity of the patient to the server together, so that the server associates the identity of the patient with the blood glucose detection result and stores the patient identity and the blood glucose detection result in the patient file management module;
the patient terminal is used for receiving a management and control scheme so that the patient can perform daily management according to the management and control scheme;
the patient terminal is further used for obtaining daily data of the patient, and the daily data comprises: exercise data, diet data and mood data, sending the daily data to the patient profile management module in the server;
the patient file management module is also used for comparing the daily data with the control scheme, and if the daily data exceeds a preset range, a warning is sent to the patient terminal;
the patient record management module is further used for recording daily blood sugar detection results of the patient, storing the daily blood sugar detection results, daily management and control schemes and daily data in a correlation mode, generating a statistical table, analyzing the behaviors and results of the patient based on the statistical table, and sending the analysis results to the doctor terminal so that the doctor can make a next-stage reversal treatment scheme according to the analysis results.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the diet management unit comprises: a diet plan generating unit and a food data storage unit;
the food data storage unit stores a food list suitable for diabetics, and the food list comprises: the nutrient content of each food;
the diet plan generating unit is used for generating a daily diet plan for the patient according to the diet suggestion and the food list, and the diet plan comprises the food types and the consumption of daily intake.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the physician terminal is further configured to send patient information to the server, the patient information comprising: diabetes type information of the patient and height information and weight information of the patient;
the dietary plan generation unit is further configured to generate a daily dietary plan for the patient based on patient information, the dietary recommendations, and the food list.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the motion management unit comprises: a motion scheme generation unit and a motion data storage unit;
the exercise data storage unit stores an exercise list suitable for diabetics, and the exercise list comprises calories corresponding to each exercise;
the motion scheme generation unit is used for generating a daily motion plan for the patient according to the motion suggestion and the motion list, wherein the motion plan comprises a daily motion category and corresponding motion intensity.

The system of claim 1, wherein the emotion management unit comprises: the system comprises an emotion scheme generation unit and an emotion management and control mode storage unit, wherein an operation mode suitable for improving emotion of a diabetic patient is stored in the emotion management and control mode storage unit;
the emotion scheme generation unit is used for generating a daily emotion plan corresponding to the emotion suggestion according to the emotion suggestion and the operation mode for improving emotion, and the daily emotion plan comprises the operation mode for improving emotion.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the patient terminal is further configured to periodically remind the patient to follow the daily schedule.

The system of claim 1, wherein the patient profile management module is further configured to generate a behavior curve of the patient based on a daily management scheme and daily data in the statistical table, generate a result curve corresponding to the behavior curve according to the blood glucose detection result in the statistical table, obtain a reversal result and factors affecting the reversal result according to the behavior curve and the result curve, and send the reversal result and the factors affecting the reversal result to the physician terminal, so that the physician can adjust the reversal treatment scheme to make a next-stage reversal treatment scheme.
