In daily life, infants and adults are both likely to be caught by foreign bodies and suffocate the respiratory tract. In China, nearly 3000 children die due to suffocation caused by respiratory tract foreign body infarction every year, and the Helimsky first aid method is a simple, practical and effective first aid method aiming at foreign body throat, and the Helimsky first aid method can save a life at a critical moment. In the prior art, usually, an airway obstruction anthropomorphic dummy is used for teaching the Helimek first aid method, and the airway obstruction anthropomorphic dummy is a human body model internally provided with a simulated lung air bag and a simulated airway and placed at the throat of the simulated airway to simulate foreign matters. In the teaching process, the trainee uses a Helimek emergency treatment method for the airway obstruction simulator, and if foreign matters are discharged, the emergency treatment is successful.
However, it is also possible to discharge the foreign matter through an incorrect operation, that is, it is not possible to accurately judge whether the specific operation process of the trainee is correct only according to whether the foreign matter is discharged, so that the teaching effect is general.
In order to solve the problem, the embodiment of the application provides an emergency teaching method, an emergency teaching device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, so that the evaluation standard for evaluating the specific operation of a student in the emergency process can be more reliable and clear, and the teaching effect can be improved.
It should be particularly noted that the first aid teaching method provided by the present application is applied to a processing device in a first aid teaching system, and the first aid teaching system includes: the device comprises processing equipment, a plurality of sensors, an image acquisition device and an operation model, wherein the sensors are respectively arranged on all parts of the operation model.
In particular, the processing device may be a processor or a circuit board containing a processor for receiving and processing data acquired by the sensor and the image acquisition arrangement.
In addition, the operation model in the embodiment of the application may be an airway obstruction simulator, for example, an adult airway obstruction simulator and/or an infant airway obstruction simulator, and the like, wherein a simulated lung air bag and a simulated airway are arranged inside the airway obstruction simulator, the simulated foreign matter is placed at the throat in the oral cavity of the airway obstruction simulator, and the simulated foreign matter may be a sponge block, a rubber block, and the like, which is not limited in the application.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a first-aid teaching method, which includes:
s101: real-time emergency operation data of a target operator is acquired, the real-time emergency operation data including real-time picture data acquired by an image acquisition device and real-time sensor data acquired by each sensor.
The sensor may be a resistance strain gauge pressure sensor, a semiconductor strain gauge pressure sensor, a piezoresistive pressure sensor, an inductive pressure sensor, a capacitive pressure sensor, an optical fiber pressure sensor, or the like, and the image acquisition device may be a video camera, a still camera, a scanner, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
Optionally, the image acquisition device is disposed at a position capable of acquiring a first-aid operation process of the target operator on the operation model, and the image acquisition device acquires a real-time picture of the target operator as real-time picture data of the target operator in a process of performing the first-aid operation on the operation model, where the real-time picture data may indicate a real-time standing position, a real-time operation gesture, and the like of the target operator.
The target operator carries out first-aid operation on the operation model, the sensors are respectively arranged on all parts of the operation model, and optionally, the sensors are arranged in a matrix form, so that the acquired sensor data are more accurate. In the process that the target operator carries out emergency operation on the operation model, the sensor acquires real-time action data aiming at the target operator and the real-time action data serve as real-time sensor data of the target operator, and the real-time sensor data can indicate the real-time operation position, the real-time operation strength and the like of the target operator.
In addition, the real-time emergency operation data at least comprises the operation occurrence time, the operation ending time and the emergency operation performed by the target operator between the operation occurrence time and the operation ending time.
S102: and analyzing the real-time first-aid operation data of the target operator to obtain the real-time operation record of the target operator.
The real-time emergency operation data of the target operator includes real-time picture data and real-time sensor data, i.e., the analysis of the real-time emergency operation data includes both the analysis of the real-time picture data and the analysis of the real-time sensor data.
The analysis of the real-time picture data can be realized by carrying out recognition processing on the real-time picture data after preprocessing, and the preprocessing can comprise denoising processing, smoothing processing, median filtering, edge detection, image enhancement and the like, so that the accuracy of the obtained real-time operation record is improved, the accuracy of the finally obtained emergency operation evaluation result is improved, and the teaching effect is further improved.
In addition, the identification processing performed on the real-time picture data may be feature extraction processing, and the result of the identification processing, that is, the analysis result of the real-time picture data may specifically include an operation gesture result of the target operator, for example, a pressing gesture of the target operator, so that whether the pressing gesture of the target operator is correct or not is determined according to a preset operation standard, so as to improve the accuracy of the finally obtained first-aid operation evaluation result, and further improve the teaching effect.
The analysis of the real-time sensor data can be to identify after converting analog signals collected by the sensor into digital signals, the identification result specifically can include an operation position, operation times, operation strength and the like when a target operator operates the operation model, specifically, the operation position can be a pressing position and a standing position of the target operator, the operation times can be pressing times, and the operation strength can be pressing strength.
For example, the real-time emergency operation data of the target operator is analyzed to obtain the real-time operation record of the target operator, and the specific process may be as follows: sequentially preprocessing and characteristic extracting real-time picture data of a target operator to obtain a pressing gesture of the target operator; the real-time sensor data of a target operator is converted from analog signals into digital signals and then recognized, the pressure signals collected by the sensor each time can be used as the pressing times, the value of the pressure signals can be used as the pressing strength, the position of the sensor collecting the pressure signals can be used as the pressing position, the position distribution of the sensor collecting the pressure signals can indicate the standing position of the target operator, and therefore the pressing times, the pressing strength, the pressing position and the standing position of the target operator are obtained; and finally, taking the pressing gesture, the pressing times, the pressing position, the standing position and the pressing force degree of the target operator as the real-time operation record of the target operator. Therefore, the operation flow of the target operator can be evaluated, and whether the standing position and the operation gesture of the target operator in the operation process are correct or not can be judged, so that the accuracy of the finally obtained first-aid operation evaluation result is improved, and the teaching effect is further improved. Of course, this is merely an example and does not represent a limitation of the present application.
S103: and after the first aid of the target operator is finished, generating an operation record of the target operator based on all real-time operation records of the target operator.
Optionally, all the real-time operation records of the target operators may be arranged in a time sequence, so as to obtain the operation records of the target operators, that is, the operation records of the target operators include the real-time operation records of the target operators arranged in the time sequence.
Optionally, the operation gesture results, the operation positions, the operation times, the operation strength and the like in all the real-time operation records of the target operator may be counted to obtain the operation record of the target operator, that is, the operation record of the target operator includes the operation gesture results, the operation positions, the operation times and the operation strength in each real-time operation record of the target operator.
S104: and comparing the operation record of the target operator with a preset operation standard, and generating an emergency operation evaluation result of the target operator according to the comparison result.
Alternatively, the preset operation standard may be a standard set according to actual needs, for example, if the operation records of the target operator are obtained by arranging all the real-time operation records in a time sequence, the preset operation standard may include: the method comprises the following steps that a standing position standard, an operation gesture standard, an operation frequency standard, an operation position standard, an operation force standard and the like are correspondingly compared, and the operation record of a target operator is compared with a preset operation standard: comparing the operation gesture result of the target operator with the operation gesture standard to obtain an operation gesture comparison result; comparing the operation position of the target operator with the operation position standard to obtain an operation position comparison result; comparing the operation times of the target operator with the operation time standard to obtain an operation time comparison result; comparing the operation force of the target operator with the operation force standard to obtain an operation force comparison result; and finally, generating an emergency operation evaluation result of the target operator according to the operation gesture comparison result, the operation position comparison result, the operation frequency comparison result and the operation strength comparison result.
In addition, the first aid operation evaluation result may include, for example, whether the first aid is successful, the number of times from the first aid operation start time to the first aid operation end time, the operation gesture result of the target operator meets the operation gesture criterion; the number of times that the operation position of the target operator meets the operation position standard; the number of times that the number of times of operation of the target operator meets the number of times of operation criteria; the number of times that the operation strength of the target operator meets the operation strength criterion. However, this is merely an example, and the present application is not limited thereto.
In an optional embodiment, analyzing the real-time emergency operation data of the target operator to obtain a real-time operation record of the target operator includes: identifying real-time picture data of a target operator according to a preset neural network model and a weight file of the preset neural network model to obtain an operation gesture result, wherein the operation gesture result is used for indicating whether an operation gesture of the target operator is correct or not, and the weight file is used for recording the weight of each layer in the preset neural network model; analyzing the real-time sensor data acquired by each sensor to obtain the operation position, the operation times and the operation strength of a target operator when operating the operation model; and taking the operation gesture result, the operation position, the operation times and the operation strength as the real-time operation record of the target operator.
The preset neural network model can use a neural network model file of YOLO v4, and specifically, real-time image data of a target operator can be recognized based on the neural network model file of YOLO v4 and an OpenCV library to obtain an operation gesture result, so that the speed and the accuracy of image recognition are improved.
The weight file is used for recording weights of all layers in a preset Neural network model, taking a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model as an example, the Convolutional Neural network comprises a common input layer, a Convolutional layer, an activation function, a pooling layer and a full-connection layer, each layer has respective weight, the weights can indicate the importance of the layer, if the training samples are sufficient and accurate enough, the weights of all layers are more and more accurate along with the training of the Convolutional Neural network model, and the weight file in the embodiment of the application is used for recording the weights of all layers in the preset Neural network model trained on the basis of the training samples.
For example, the real-time operation record of the target operator may be that the target operator stands behind the operation model, the arm encircles the waist of the operation model, one fist is pressed inward between the lower edge of the rib and the navel of the operation model, and the other fist is pressed inward with a force greater than the preset operation force standard. Of course, this is merely an example and does not represent a limitation of the present application.
Describing the specific obtaining process of the weight file, in an alternative embodiment, before obtaining the real-time emergency operation data of the target operator, the method further includes; collecting a preset amount of first-aid operation data to mark to generate a training sample; and training the preset neural network model based on the training samples to generate a weight file of the preset neural network model.
Specifically, the preset number of first-aid operation data includes a first preset number of correct operation gesture pictures and a second preset number of incorrect operation gesture pictures, the correct operation gesture pictures are used for indicating correct operation gestures, that is, the operation gesture standards, and the incorrect operation gesture pictures are used for indicating incorrect operation gestures, that is, operation gestures that do not meet the operation gesture standards.
The marking of the first-aid operation data to generate the training sample specifically includes marking a picture of a correct operation gesture as correct, marking a picture of an incorrect operation gesture as incorrect, and then taking the marked picture as the training sample.
Training the preset neural network model based on the training sample to generate a weight file of the preset neural network model, namely training the preset neural network model based on the training sample to obtain weights of all layers of the preset neural network model, and recording the weights of all layers of the preset neural network model as the weight file so as to be convenient for subsequently identifying real-time picture data.
In an optional embodiment, after analyzing the real-time emergency operation data of the target operator to obtain the real-time operation record of the target operator, the method further includes: determining a real-time operation animation corresponding to the real-time operation record of the target operator according to the mapping relation between the real-time operation record and the real-time operation animation; and playing the real-time operation animation to the target operator.
Alternatively, a mapping relationship between the real-time operation record and the real-time operation animation may be established in advance, for example, the real-time operation animation having a mapping relationship with the real-time operation record indicating that the standing position of the target operator is correct may be an animation for the rescuer to hold up the rescuee, and if the real-time operation record indicates that the standing position of the target operator is correct, the animation for the rescuer to hold up the rescuee is played to the target operator, so that real-time interaction may be provided for the target operator, and the interestingness and immersion of the first-aid teaching method are increased, which is beneficial to improving the teaching effect.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment, before acquiring real-time emergency operation data of a target operator, the method further includes: displaying a mode selection page to a target operator, the mode selection page including an adult emergency mode option and a baby emergency mode option; displaying an adult emergency scene selection page to the target operator in response to a selection operation of the target operator for the adult emergency mode option; or in response to the target operator's selection operation for the infant emergency mode option, displaying an infant emergency scene selection page to the target operator.
Specifically, the first-aid process of the first-aid method of the Helimck for adults and the first-aid process of the Helimck for infants are different, the embodiments of the present application provide options of the first-aid mode of the adults and the first-aid mode of the infants respectively, and the options can be selected by a target operator according to needs, so that the use experience of users can be improved.
In addition, the adult emergency scene selection page may include a plurality of adult emergency scenes, that is, scenes for adult emergency, specifically, a dining table scene, a sickbed scene, and the like; the infant emergency scene selection page may also include a plurality of infant emergency scenes, that is, scenes for performing infant emergency, specifically, a stroller scene, a bedroom scene, and the like. It should be noted that, the adult emergency scene and the infant emergency scene are both virtual scenes, and may be displayed based on the illusion 4 engine, or may be displayed based on other engines, which is not limited in the present application.
In an alternative embodiment, playing a real-time operation animation to a target operator includes: in response to the selection operation of the target operator aiming at a first scene in the adult emergency scene selection page, playing the real-time operation animation in the first scene; or responding to the selection operation of the target operator for the second scene in the infant emergency scene selection page, and playing the real-time operation animation in the second scene.
The first scene is taken as a dining table scene, and the real-time operation animation is taken as an example that the rescuer presses between the lower edge of the rib of the rescuee and the navel, namely, the animation that the rescuer presses between the lower edge of the rib of the rescuee and the navel is played in the dining table scene.
The second scene may be a stroller scene, a bedroom scene, etc., and the animation played in the second scene may be, for example, an animation that the rescuer bends knees and kneels on the ground, places the face of the rescued infant on the arm, the arm is attached to the chest of the rescued infant, the thumb and the other four fingers of the rescuer are respectively clamped at the position of the mandible, and the other hand is tapped at the sad shoulder blade of the rescued infant, which, of course, is only an exemplary illustration here and does not represent that the application is limited thereto.
