The present embodiment provides a cross-border e-commerce pre-sale management method, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cross-border e-commerce pre-sale management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S201, a pre-sale management module acquires a pre-sale data set and performs pre-sale marking on a product in sale, wherein the pre-sale data set comprises product basic information and container basic information;
preferably, the embodiment pre-sells the product on sale through the OMS system, specifically changes the pre-selling state of the product on sale into "yes", at this time, the pre-selling management module automatically obtains the basic information of the product and the information of the product container in transit, and generates a pre-selling data set, which displays the amount of the product SKU that can be pre-sold. The OMS order management system has the main functions of providing one-stop supply chain service integrated by a user through unified orders, is a part of the logistics management system, dynamically masters the progress and completion condition of the orders by managing and tracking the orders issued by the client, and improves the operating efficiency in the logistics process, thereby saving the operating time and the operating cost and improving the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises; in addition, the order management system organically combines storage management and transportation management through order management and distribution, and stably and effectively realizes that each link in logistics management plays a full role, so that storage, transportation and orders form an organic whole, and the demand of logistics system informatization is met. In this embodiment, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is a basic Unit for Stock in and out metering, and may be a member, a box, a tray, or the like. SKUs are used for pricing and managing inventory, for example, a product has a plurality of colors and a plurality of configurations, each combination of the colors and the configurations forms a new product, and then a plurality of SKUs are generated.
After the pre-sale mark is carried out on the product which is sold, the prestelling inventory trusteeship of the product in the pre-sale management module is marked with the pre-sale mark, the product enters a pre-sale stage in the product management module, the prestelling management module cancels the trusteeship, and the automatic replenishment and automatic shelf-off functions of the product SKU are closed, so that the problems of over-sale and automatic shelf-off of the pre-sale product are avoided; meanwhile, during the pre-sale period, all pre-sale product sales orders in the order management module are marked with pre-sale marks to enter a to-be-issued state.
Step S202, the pre-sale management module updates the pre-sale quantity of products on sale and the arrival state of the containers at regular time, and judges whether the product containers arrive at a port and are stored in a warehouse; optionally, under the condition that the product container is judged to arrive at a port and be put in storage, the pre-sale management module automatically cancels the pre-sale mark of the listing inventory escrow of the product, and the listing management module restarts the inventory escrow so that the SKU of the product restarts the automatic replenishment and automatic shelving functions; and under the condition that the product container is judged not to arrive, continuously and regularly updating the available pre-sale quantity of the products on sale and the container arrival state.
And step S203, under the condition that the product container is judged to arrive and put in storage, the pre-sale management module cancels the pre-sale mark of the product listing inventory escrow, and the pre-sale order of the product is delivered out of the storage for shipment. Preferably, in this embodiment, the sales order of the product in the order management module is processed and is screened through a custom condition, that is, whether the order is a pre-sale order or not is determined, if so, the warehouse will perform warehouse-out and delivery processing on the screened pre-sale order, and the logistics information of the specific warehouse-out order will be displayed on the terminal device 11, after the product arrives at the destination and signs an order, the order is completed, and the status of the sales order is more finished.
Through the steps S201 to S203, the pre-sale management is linked with the automatic replenishment requirement by creating and releasing the product pre-sale mark in the embodiment, the automatic replenishment requirement function of the product in the system is controlled, the problem of automatic off-shelf or over-sale of the pre-sale product is avoided, the problem of high labor cost caused by insufficient intellectualization of the pre-sale management of cross-border e-commerce in the related art and the need of manual management of product replenishment, off-shelf and the like is solved, the labor cost is reduced, and the pre-sale management efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the above-described flow diagrams or in the flow diagrams of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
