Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of questionnaire processing for a client according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, this includes steps S201-S204.
In S201, monitoring an operation of a user account; the operations are for triggering a state of a media asset.
In one embodiment, the operation of the user account may be a swipe or a click.
In one example, a user account clicks on a media asset to trigger the status of the media asset. For example, it may be that the user account clicks on the media asset, triggering a short play status or a load wait status of playing the media asset.
In another example, the user account clicks a control on the currently displayed page to trigger the state of the media asset. For example, the user may click on a control on the currently displayed page to enter the next page, thereby triggering a zero play state of the media asset on the currently displayed page.
It should be noted that the zero-play state of the media resources on the currently displayed page means that all the media resources on the currently displayed page have not been played.
In another example, the user account slides the currently displayed page to trigger the status of the media asset. For example, it may be that the user account slides the currently displayed page to enter the next displayed page, thereby triggering a zero play state of the media asset on the currently displayed page.
In S202, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation is determined.
It should be noted that after the user account is logged into the application program, a page is entered, and this page is also called a home page. At least one media resource is configured on the home page.
In one embodiment, the user account may click on the media asset on the home page to play, and after a certain period of time, may click on the media asset again to stop playing. At this point, it may be determined that there is a media asset played on the top page.
In another embodiment, after entering the home page of the application, the user account may enter the next page by clicking a control on the home page or sliding the page. At this time, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is that the media resource on the home page is played zero, that is, all the media resources on the home page are not played.
In another embodiment, the user account clicks on the media resource to play the media resource, and after the media resource is played for a duration of a, the user account clicks on the media resource to stop playing the media resource. And under the condition that the duration A is less than the preset threshold value, determining that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is the media resource short playing.
In another embodiment, the user account clicks on the media asset to play the media asset, however, the media asset does not play normally, but rather enters a wait-to-load state. At this time, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is that the media resource is waiting to be loaded.
In S203, acquiring a target questionnaire corresponding to the state of the media resource when the state of the media resource belongs to the preset state set; different preset states in the preset state set correspond to different questionnaires.
Optionally, the state of the media resource belongs to a preset state set, including: and determining that the state of the media resource belongs to a preset state set under the condition that the playing information of the media resource in the state of the media resource meets a preset condition, the playing time of the media resource is less than a preset threshold value or the media resource is not played successfully.
In one embodiment, the playing information of the media resource satisfies a preset condition, and may correspond to a zero-playing status of the media resource on the home page.
In one embodiment, the playing duration of the media resource is less than the preset threshold, and may correspond to a short playing status of the media resource.
In one embodiment, the media asset is not successfully played and a wait state may be loaded corresponding to the media asset.
In the above embodiment, by configuring that the state of the media resource belongs to any one of the conditions that the playing information of the media resource satisfies the preset condition, the playing time of the media resource is less than the preset threshold, or the media resource is not successfully played, it is determined that the state of the media resource belongs to the preset state set, and when the playing information of the media resource satisfies the preset condition, the playing time of the media resource is less than the preset threshold, or the media resource is not successfully played, the corresponding target questionnaire is displayed to the user account, so that feedback information that the playing information of the media resource satisfies the preset condition, the playing time of the media resource is less than the preset threshold, or the media resource is not successfully played by the user account is effectively and flexibly collected.
In one example, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is a zero-play state of the home media resource. Specifically, after the user account enters the home page of the application program, when the user account directly enters the next page by clicking or sliding, the user account does not play any media resource on the home page. That is, the zero play state of the home page media resource is triggered by the click operation or the sliding operation of the user account. At this time, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is a home page media resource zero play state, the home page media resource zero play state belongs to a preset state set, and the client acquires a target questionnaire corresponding to the home page media resource zero play state.
In another example, when the playing duration of the media resource is less than the preset threshold, the user account stops playing the media resource through a click operation or a sliding operation. That is, the short play state of the media resource is triggered by the click operation or the sliding operation of the user account. At this time, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is a media resource short playing state, the media resource short playing state belongs to a preset state set, and the client acquires a target questionnaire corresponding to the media resource short playing state.
In another example, after the user account clicks or slides the media asset in order to play the media asset, the media asset is not played immediately, but rather enters a load wait state. That is, the click operation or the slide operation of the user account triggers the media resource loading waiting state. At this time, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is a media resource loading waiting state, the media resource loading waiting state belongs to a preset state set, and the client acquires a target questionnaire corresponding to the media resource loading waiting state.
In S204, the target questionnaire is displayed.
In one embodiment, after the client acquires the target questionnaire, the target questionnaire is displayed on a cover page of a current display interface corresponding to the user account, so that the user account can click and fill the target questionnaire.
Illustratively, when the target questionnaire corresponding to the zero play state of the home page media resource is acquired, the target questionnaire is displayed on the cover page of the display interface of the next page after the home page of the application program entered by the user account.
For example, when the target questionnaire corresponding to the short playing state of the media resource is acquired, the target questionnaire may be displayed on a cover of a display interface of the short played media resource. Alternatively, the target questionnaire may be displayed on the cover of the display interface of the next media asset after the media asset of the short cast.
For example, when the target questionnaire corresponding to the media resource loading waiting state is acquired, the target questionnaire may be displayed on a cover of a display interface of the media resource loading waiting state.
In the case that the user account clicks the target questionnaire, the client calls a server interface, for example, the server interface may be sendsurveyult, so as to report the questionnaire filling result of the user account to the server in time.
In the above embodiment, by monitoring the operation of the user account, the target questionnaire corresponding to the state of the media resource is acquired under the condition that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation belongs to the preset state set, and different preset states in the preset state set correspond to different questionnaires, that is, different states of the media resource correspond to different target questionnaires, so that the feedback information of the user account is effectively and flexibly collected. Furthermore, the corresponding target questionnaire is determined according to the state of the media resource, so that the content of the internal questionnaire can correspond to the problems encountered by the user account, the content of the questionnaire is more targeted, the willingness of the user account to participate in the questionnaire is improved, the recovery rate and the quality of the questionnaire are improved, and the use problems encountered by the user account can be solved more effectively. Furthermore, different questionnaires are configured for different states of the media resources, so that the content of the questionnaires is richer and more diverse, the effectiveness of the content of the questionnaires can be improved, and further the continuous optimization of the quality of the media resources and the use experience of a user account are improved.
In one possible implementation, in conjunction with FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. 3, S203 includes S203a-S203 b.
In S203a, in the case where the state of the media asset belongs to the preset state set, it is determined whether the media asset satisfies the questionnaire display condition.
In one embodiment, the client determines whether the media resource meets the questionnaire display condition or not when determining that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account belongs to the preset state set, that is, the state of the media resource belongs to one of the preset states in the preset state set for triggering the questionnaire. Further, in the case that the media resource satisfies the questionnaire display condition, the operation of acquiring the target questionnaire is executed again. And if the media resource does not satisfy the questionnaire display condition, the questionnaire processing for the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is ended.
In one example, when the status of a media resource is a home page zero play status, when any media resource on the home page satisfies the questionnaire display condition, it is determined whether the media resource satisfies the questionnaire display condition, and a target questionnaire of the home page zero play status pair is acquired.
In S203b, when it is determined that the media asset satisfies the questionnaire display condition, the target questionnaire corresponding to the state of the media asset is acquired.
Optionally, in a case that the media resource satisfies a questionnaire display condition, a target questionnaire corresponding to the state is acquired.
In the above embodiment, the target questionnaire corresponding to the state of the media resource is acquired by configuring that the media resource meets the questionnaire display condition, the media resource capable of displaying the questionnaire is limited, and each media resource corresponding to the operation of the user account is prevented from displaying the questionnaire, so that the influence on the use experience of the user account due to too many display times of the questionnaire is avoided.

FIG. 10 is an interaction diagram illustrating a method of questionnaire processing for client interaction with a server, according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, the method includes S1001-S1007.
In an embodiment, the client and the server may predefine the questionnaire configuration information and the preset state set, so that the client may clarify the states of the media resources respectively represented by the state identifiers, determine whether the states of the media resources belong to the preset state set according to the states of the media resources corresponding to the operation, and further obtain a target questionnaire corresponding to the state identifiers, so as to display the target questionnaire to the user account.
In S1001, the client monitors the operation of the user account.
It will be appreciated that the client monitors the operation of the user account in order to obtain the status of the media asset in real time to determine whether to display a questionnaire.
In S1002, in a case where it is determined that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation belongs to the preset state set, the client sends a questionnaire acquisition request to the server.
Wherein, the questionnaire acquisition request comprises a state identifier; the state identifier is used for representing the state of the media resource, and the questionnaire acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire a target questionnaire corresponding to the state identifier.
In one implementation, after a server issues a series of media resource information to a client, when one media resource of a home page of a user account is not opened and directly slides down to a next page, the client determines that the operation of the user account actually triggers a 'home page media resource zero play state'; or when the user account clicks a certain media resource, the problem of requesting loading is encountered, and the client determines that the operation to the user account actually triggers a 'media resource waiting loading state'. At this time, the client sends a questionnaire acquisition request to the server, where the questionnaire acquisition request includes a state identifier representing a state of the media resource.
Illustratively, the client requests data from a questionnaire acquisition interface getsurfeinfo of the server, and uploads currently triggered surfeyActionId 1(1 is a state identifier of "zero play state of home media resource") to the server.
Optionally, when the server issues the information of the media resource to the client, the information of the media resource may include a questionnaire identifier. The questionnaire identifier is used for representing that the media resource meets the questionnaire display condition, that is, only the media resource carrying the questionnaire identifier can display the questionnaire. Further, the client determines whether to send a questionnaire acquisition request to the server by determining whether the information of the media resource includes a questionnaire identifier under the condition that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation is determined to belong to the preset state set. That is, the client sends the questionnaire acquisition request to the server only in the case where the media resource satisfies the questionnaire display condition.
In S1003, the server receives a questionnaire acquisition request sent by the client, where the questionnaire acquisition request includes a status identifier.
The state identifier is used for representing the state of the media resource, the state of the media resource belongs to a preset state set, and different preset states in the preset state set correspond to different questionnaires.
In one embodiment, the status of the media resource corresponds to the status identifier one to one. That is, different state identifications correspond to different states of the media asset.
In S1004, the server reads the pre-stored questionnaire configuration information, and determines a target questionnaire corresponding to the status identifier in the questionnaire configuration information.
The questionnaire configuration information comprises a state identifier and a questionnaire corresponding to the state identifier. Different status identifiers correspond to different questionnaires.
In one embodiment, after receiving the state of the media resource, the server reads a corresponding target questionnaire from prestored questionnaire configuration information according to a state identifier corresponding to the state of the media resource.
In S1005, the server transmits the target questionnaire to the client.
In one embodiment, the server reads a target questionnaire corresponding to the state identifier from the questionnaire configuration information, and then sends the target questionnaire to the client.
In S1006, the client receives a target questionnaire corresponding to the status of the media resource sent by the server.
In one embodiment, after receiving data of a target questionnaire sent by a server, a client renders the data so as to display the data on a terminal corresponding to the client.
In S1007, the client displays a target questionnaire.
In one embodiment, after the client displays the target questionnaire, the user account clicks on the questionnaire to fill in. After the user account is filled, the client calls the server interface sendsurveyult to report the filling result of the user account to the server in time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the code of the server maintains a set of information of preset state sets, which may be, for example, a zero-play state of a top page media asset, a short-play state of a media asset, … …, and a loading waiting state of a media asset. When the state of the media asset in the application belongs to the pre-state combination, the server sends a questionnaire to the user account.
The code for maintaining a set of preset state sets in the code of the server may be defined using enumeration (Enum), and may be, for example, as follows:
Figure BDA0003188582410000161
the values 1, 2, and 3 in surferaActionConfigs to be specified correspond to the values in the SurveyAction enumeration maintained in the server. That is, in coverActionConfigs: the mark 1 represents zero playing of the home page media resource, the mark 2 represents short playing of the media resource, and the mark 3 represents loading waiting of the media resource.
Further, after the user account starts the application program, the client requests a startup interface of the server to obtain configuration information in each scene of the application program. When the server receives a startup request from the client, the server obtains configuration content (i.e., a preset state set) on the configuration platform, and sends the above surfactin configs (i.e., the preset state set) and configuration information in each scene of the application to the client.
After receiving the surfer actionconfigs (i.e., the preset state set) sent by the server, the client can definitely know the states of the media resources represented by the identifier 1, the identifier 2, and the identifier 3. Specifically, the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation may be determined by monitoring the operation of the user account.
After the client receives the configuration information in each scene of the application program, if the media resources of the home page are not opened, the user account is directly slid to the next page, the client determines that the state of the media resources corresponding to the operation of the user account is 'home page media resource zero play', or when the user account clicks a certain media resource, the client determines that the state of the media resources corresponding to the operation of the user account is 'media resource loading waiting'. At this time, it is determined that the state of the media resource corresponding to the operation belongs to the preset state set, the client requests data from the questionnaire acquisition port getSurveyInfos of the server, and simultaneously uploads the state surveyiactionid of the currently triggered media resource to the server, where 1 is a state identifier corresponding to a zero play state of the home page media resource.
Further, the server acquires questionnaire information corresponding to the pre-configured state identifier from the configuration platform according to surveyActionId being 1, and returns the acquired target questionnaire to the client.
The questionnaire information on the configuration platform is configured as follows:
Figure BDA0003188582410000171
Figure BDA0003188582410000181
in the embodiment, the interaction between the server and the client is used for displaying the corresponding target questionnaire to the user account according to the state of the media resource, so that the flexible issuing of the questionnaire is realized. Furthermore, the corresponding target questionnaire is determined according to the state of the media resource, so that the content of the internal questionnaire can correspond to the problems encountered by the user account, the willingness of the user account to participate in the questionnaire is improved, the recovery rate and the quality of the questionnaire are improved, and the use problems encountered by the user account can be solved more effectively. Furthermore, different questionnaires are configured for different states, so that the content of the questionnaires is enriched, the effectiveness of the content of the questionnaires can be improved, the continuous optimization of the quality of media resources is realized, and the use experience of a user account is improved.
Furthermore, real-time adjustment can be achieved in real time by modifying preset questionnaire trigger rules and questionnaire configuration information, operations such as on-line, off-line and updating of questionnaires are more convenient, a large number of codes do not need to be modified by a server, complex steps such as deployment and on-line are not needed, and stability is effectively guaranteed on the premise that the flexibility of questionnaire adjustment is guaranteed.
