Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laboratory instruments, in particular to heating equipment for an experimental container and a biological sample preparation device.
Background
In many biological experiments, it is often necessary to simulate the body temperature of an organism or to maintain a specific temperature during the preparation of a biological sample in order to facilitate the performance of the biological experiment. Therefore, there is a need for a heating device that can heat individual assay containers without affecting other operations of the biological assay while heating. For example, in preparing single cell suspensions, the operations of cutting, milling tissue, etc. are performed in the test vessels, while the biological sample in each test vessel needs to be maintained at a different specific temperature.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar modules or modules having the same or similar functionality throughout. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a bottom view of a heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. With reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the heating apparatus comprises a clamp-like device 1 and at least one heating circuit 2.
The experimental container for preparing the single cell suspension is similar to a cylindrical test tube and consists of an experimental container body and a cover. The experimental container body and the cover are connected together through screw threads. The clamp-like device 1 forms a cavity around the test vessel, the inner surface of which matches the outer surface of the test vessel. The experimental container is put into a cavity formed by the clamp-shaped device 1, the size of the cavity is adjusted, and the clamp-shaped device 1 can clamp the experimental container and release the experimental container. At least one heating circuit 2 is a resistance heating circuit, and is arranged on the inner surface of the clamp-shaped device 1, and when the clamp-shaped device 1 clamps the experimental container, the heating circuit 2 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the experimental container, so that the experimental container can be heated. The heating circuit 2 may be battery powered or powered by an external power source. The heating circuit 2 extends at the inner surface of the clamp-like device 1 to the bottom of the clamp-like device 1 where contacts are formed for connection to an external power source.

The body 11 forms a cavity around the test vessel, and the inner surface of the body 11, i.e. the inner surface of the clamp-like device 1, may match the shape of the outer surface of the test vessel. When the experimental container is a test tube similar to a cylinder, the cross section of the body 11 is a circular ring, and the circular ring extends for a certain length in the vertical direction; or the cross section of the body 11 is two semicircular rings, and the two semicircular rings extend in the vertical direction by a certain length. In order to clamp and release the experimental container, the size of the cavity formed by the body 11 can be adjusted, and as an embodiment of the invention, when the cross section of the body 11 is a circular ring, a gap, also called an opening, exists in the body 11 in the vertical direction; as another embodiment of the present invention, when the cross section of the body 11 is two semicircular rings, a gap, also called an opening, exists at one adjacent position of the two semicircular rings, and the other adjacent position is connected by a movable structure. The structure consisting of the rotating shaft 12, the first arm 13 and the second arm 14 distracts and maintains the body 11 so that the size of the cavity formed by the body 11 is adjustable. In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft 12 is provided on the body 11, penetrates the inner surface and the outer surface of the body 11, and the first arm 13 and the second arm 14 support or hold the body 11 with the rotating shaft 12 as a fulcrum. As another embodiment of the present invention, the rotational shaft 12 is accommodated between the inner surface and the outer surface of the body 11.
In the above embodiment, the rotating shaft 12 is provided on the body 11, and the position of the rotating shaft 12 in the vertical direction of the body 11 is not limited. The position of the rotating shaft 12 is a fulcrum of the lever, and the end of the second arm 14 far away from the rotating shaft 12 is a prying point. As shown in fig. 5, the biological sample preparation device comprises a housing, a plurality of motors, a plurality of experimental containers for preparing single cell suspensions, and a plurality of heating apparatuses described in the first embodiment. In the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the heating apparatus is the same as that of the first embodiment, and includes all the features described in the first embodiment, which are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of motors are arranged in the shell, the driving shafts of the motors are respectively connected with a plurality of experimental containers to drive the experimental containers to rotate, and meanwhile, a plurality of heating devices respectively clamp the experimental containers for heating. The biological sample preparation device also comprises a controller, wherein the controller respectively controls the plurality of heating devices, and the biological samples in the plurality of experimental containers can be maintained at different specific temperatures.
