Abstract
The invention relates to an adjustable air-conditioning air outlet device, which comprises: a fixed structure and a rotating shutter structure; the rotary louver structure is fixed on the fixed structure; the fixed structure comprises a plurality of independent areas, and each independent area is provided with a rotating shutter structure; the rotary louver structure is an automatically adjustable structure. The air outlet of the invention can adjust the air supply angle on four sides, the louver can be opened to the maximum degree at the initial stage of opening the air conditioner to carry out rapid cooling, the operation stage is stable, the air conditioner can be operated by users according to the self condition, the blowing sense and the uneven temperature are avoided, and better indoor comfort level is obtained.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adjustable air conditioner air outlet devices, in particular to an adjustable air conditioner air outlet device with a conical impeller.
Background
In the existing ventilation and air conditioning system, common air ports comprise a shutter air port, a diffuser, a nozzle, a rotational flow air port, a strip seam air port, a grid air port and the like, and in the actual use process, the conditions that the air ports directly blow to a human body, the indoor temperature is unbalanced, the temperature is reduced slowly and the like often occur.

a fixed structure and a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is fixed on the fixed structure;
the fixed structure comprises a plurality of independent areas, and each independent area is provided with a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is an automatically adjustable structure, and the air outlet size and the air outlet direction of the independent area of each fixed structure are realized by adjusting the louver angle of the rotary louver structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing structure includes:
the air outlet frame body, the fixing frame and the rotating shaft sleeve are arranged on the air outlet frame body;
the fixed frame is fixed inside the air outlet frame body, and the fixed frame divides the air outlet frame body into a plurality of independent movable shutter installation space structures;
the movable shutter structure is fixed on the movable shutter mounting space structure;

In a preferred embodiment, the air outlet frame has a square structure, the fixing frame is disposed on a diagonal line of the air outlet frame, and the fixing frame divides the air outlet frame into four movable louver installation space structures.
In a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises a remote control motor, the remote control motor and the rotating shutter structure, and the moving shutter structure opens shutter rotation of different areas of the shutter rotating shutter structure according to a set angle under the driving of the remote control motor.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of the remote control motors is four, and four remote control motors respectively control the louver rotation of the rotating louver structures of four areas.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an adjustable air-conditioning outlet device, including:
a fixed structure and a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is fixed on the fixed structure;
the fixed structure comprises a plurality of independent areas, and each independent area is provided with a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is an automatically adjustable structure, and the air outlet size and the air outlet direction of the independent area of each fixed structure are realized by adjusting the louver angle of the rotary louver structure.
The fixing structure includes:
an air outlet frame body 100, a fixing frame 200 and a rotating shaft sleeve 300;
the fixing frame 200 is fixed inside the air outlet frame 100, and the fixing frame 200 divides the air outlet frame 100 into a plurality of independent movable louver installation space structures;
the movable shutter structure is fixed on the movable shutter mounting space structure;
the shaft sleeves 300 are symmetrically and equidistantly arranged on the fixing frame 200.
Specifically, the air outlet frame 100 may be an aluminum alloy structure, a plastic steel structure, or the like, the air outlet frame 100 may be a square structure, a rectangular structure, or a prototype structure, and the specific style thereof may be set according to the user's requirements, and the main function of the air outlet frame 100 is to fix the product at a position such as a roof, on the one hand, and to provide a peripheral structural support for the movable louver structure, on the other hand; the fixing frame 200 is arranged inside the air outlet frame body 100, and the air outlet frame body 100 is of a frame body type structure, so that the fixing frame 200 divides the air outlet frame body 100 into a plurality of independent areas, the arrangement mode of the fixing frame 200 in the air outlet frame body is unfixed, the fixing frame can be arranged diagonally or in parallel, the fixing frame can also be arranged irregularly, and the specific arrangement mode is determined according to actual requirements.

two ends of the louver blade 600 are respectively fixed on two symmetrical rotating shafts 500 of the same movable louver mounting space structure, and an outermost louver blade 600 of the movable louver mounting space structure is connected with the driving rod 400;
the connecting end 700 is arranged at the middle upper edge of the louver 600;
the fixing shaft pin 800 is disposed on the connection end 700;
the linkage rod 900 is connected to the fixing shaft pins 800, and all the louver blades 600 in one movable louver installation space structure are connected together by the linkage rod 900.
Specifically, the driving rod 400 is used for driving the outermost louver blade 600 to rotate, and the middle upper edge of the louver blade 600 is connected into a whole through the linkage rod 900, so that when the outermost louver blade 600 rotates, all the louver blades 600 in the area are driven to rotate according to the same speed and direction through the linkage rod 900, and finally all the louver blades 600 have the same opening angle, and the integral linkage of all the louver blades 600 in one area is realized. It should be noted that, since the slats 600 in different regions are independent from each other and the driving rods 400 are also independent, the movement of one driving rod 400 can only drive the slat 600 in one region to rotate. The fixing shaft pin 800 is sleeved on the linkage rod 900 and rotates on the linkage rod 900.
In another embodiment, the louver blade 600 is fixed on the rotating shaft 500, and one end of the rotating shaft 500 is disposed in the shaft sleeve 300, so that when the louver blade 600 rotates, the rotating shaft 500 is driven to rotate in the shaft sleeve 300.
The adjustable air-conditioning air outlet device further comprises a remote control motor, the remote control motor and the rotating shutter structure, and the movable shutter structure is driven by the remote control motor to open shutters in different areas of the shutter rotating shutter structure to rotate according to a set angle.
The remote control motors comprise four remote control motors, and the four remote control motors respectively control the rotation of the rotating louver structure in the four areas.
The adjustable air conditioner air outlet device is provided with a water inlet end, a water outlet end, a pipeline pump body, an impeller assembly, a rotor, a fixing assembly and a stator; the water inlet end and the water outlet end are respectively arranged at two ends of the pump body of the pipeline pump; the fixing component is arranged at the joint of the water outlet end and the pipeline pump body; the impeller component is arranged in the space of the pump body of the pipeline pump; the rotor is located in the center of the impeller assembly and the stator cylindrical cavity. The invention can effectively improve the hydraulic efficiency of the pump, simplifies the product structure, reduces the noise and improves the environmental adaptability of the pump.

a fixed structure and a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is fixed on the fixed structure;
the fixed structure comprises a plurality of independent areas, and each independent area is provided with a rotating shutter structure;
the rotary louver structure is an automatically adjustable structure, and the air outlet size and the air outlet direction of the independent area of each fixed structure are realized by adjusting the louver angle of the rotary louver structure.
2. The adjustable air outlet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the securing structure comprises:
the air outlet frame body, the fixing frame and the rotating shaft sleeve are arranged on the air outlet frame body;
the fixed frame is fixed inside the air outlet frame body, and the fixed frame divides the air outlet frame body into a plurality of independent movable shutter installation space structures;
the movable shutter structure is fixed on the movable shutter mounting space structure;

two ends of the louver blades are respectively fixed on two mutually symmetrical rotating shafts of the same movable louver mounting space structure, and one louver blade on the outermost side of the movable louver mounting space structure is connected with the driving rod;
the connecting end is arranged at the upper edge of the middle of the louver blade;
the fixing shaft pin is arranged on the connecting end;
the linkage rod is connected with the fixed shaft pin, and all the louver blades in the movable louver installation space structure are connected together through the linkage rod.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the outlet frame is a square structure, the fixture is disposed on a diagonal of the outlet frame, and the fixture divides the outlet frame into four movable louver installation space structures.

The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a remote control motor, wherein the remote control motor and the rotating louver structure are driven by the remote control motor, and the moving louver structure opens louvers of different areas of the louver rotating louver structure to rotate according to a set angle.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the number of the remote motors is four, and four of the remote motors respectively control the louver rotation of the rotating louver structure of four zones.
7. The adjustable air outlet air conditioner of claim 3, wherein the fixed axis pin is sleeved on the linkage rod and rotates on the linkage rod.
8. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the louver is fixed to the shaft, and one end of the shaft is disposed within the shaft sleeve, such that rotation of the louver causes the shaft to rotate within the shaft sleeve.
