Abstract

本发明提供一种离心式风扇扇框结构,包括一底板与复数侧壁部,该底板的外周缘处射出成型有所述复数侧壁部,该复数侧壁部彼此呈不连续状,且该复数侧壁部彼此间相间隔一间隙,于该间隙内的该底板的外周缘未被包覆,并该复数侧壁部与该底板共同界定一容置空间,通过该复数侧壁部以多段间隔射出成型在底板,以有效减少射出成型包里力及减少底板变形的功效。

离心式风扇扇框结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心式风扇扇框结构,尤指可达到减少射出成型包里力及减少底板变形的离心式风扇扇框结构。
背景技术
离心风扇是一种常用的系统风扇,经常应用于空间狭窄的电子设备,或出风口设于侧边的场合,离心风扇底座通常为单一材质的塑胶或薄金属件所制成,当使用塑胶件时则通过塑胶射出成型的方式进行制造,但塑胶底座的强度并不佳,故选用薄金属板件做为底座材料。
而一般现有离心风扇外框主要是由薄金属底座和塑胶边墙两部分所组成,通常是塑胶边墙以一体射出成型方式包覆在金属底座的外周缘处,且所述射出成型的塑胶边墙是呈连续状设置,以与金属底座结合构成所述离心风扇外框。但却延伸出另一问题,就是因在塑胶包射时容易产生包裹力,使该金属底座的外周缘被该塑胶边墙一体包射时,该金属底座会受到包裹力的作用下发生挤压变形,导致该金属底座变形整个不平整,以致于影响组装后的离心风扇内的叶片与底座的设计间隙尺寸、水平及平衡,进而更影响了离心风扇整体性能(如叶片干涉底座/PQ发生变化/声音发生变化),因此需要一种能抵抗离心风扇外框射出成型变形的结构设计。
因此,如何改善现有射出成形离心风扇边墙所产生金属底座变形的缺失,则为熟悉该项技艺的人士首重的目标。
发明内容
本发明的一目的在提供一种减少射出成型(注塑成型)包里力及减少底板变形功效的离心式风扇扇框结构。
本发明的另一目的在提供一种通过复数侧壁部以多段间隔射出成型结合在一底板外缘构成的一扇框结构,以能达到(抵抗)防止扇框结构在射出成型中结构变形的离心式风扇扇框结构。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种离心式风扇扇框结构,包括一底板与复数侧壁部,该底板的外周缘处射出成型有该复数侧壁部,该复数侧壁部呈不连续状,且令该复数侧壁部彼此之间具有一间隙,于该间隙内的该底板的外周缘未被包覆,并该复数侧壁部与该底板共同界定一容置空间,通过本发明此扇框结构设计,使得可有效减少射出成型包里力及减少底板变形的功效,以及有效防止扇框结构在射出成型中结构变形。
上述复数侧壁部具有复数长线形侧壁部与复数弧形侧壁部,该复数弧形侧壁部与该复数长线形侧壁部共同形成一环壁,且该复数弧形侧壁部彼此之间不相连接。
上述底板与该复数侧壁部为相同材质或不相同材质。上述数侧壁部为塑胶材质,该底板为金属材质。
本发明的优点在于,凭借复数侧壁部以多段间隔射出成型结合在该底板外周缘构成所述扇框结构的设计,使得有效减少所述侧壁部射出成型的包里力及减少底座结构变形的功效,进而有效防止扇框结构在射出成型中结构变形。

本发明的上述目的及其结构与功能上的特性,将依据所附图式的较佳实施例予以说明。
本发明提供一种离心式风扇扇框结构1,请参阅图1、图2,辅以参阅图3,该离心式风扇扇框结构1包括一底板11与复数侧壁部12,该底板11为金属材质(如不锈钢、铝、铁、钛或合金材质),该底板11具有一直线形边缘111、一长线形边缘110、一轴筒114、一入风口113与一弧形边缘112,该弧形边缘112系从该长线形边缘110的一端沿该底板11外轮廓延伸连接至该长线形边缘110的另一端所形成,该长线形边缘110与该直线形边缘111呈垂直设置相接,该轴筒114设置在该底板11之中央处(或偏离中央处)上,用以供该离心风扇2的一具有复数叶片23的扇轮22相枢设,该入风口113系开设在该轴筒114外周围,用以导引外部一气流进入。
该复数侧壁部12为塑胶材质或金属材质,该复数侧壁部12具有复数长线形侧壁部121与复数弧形侧壁部122,该复数弧形侧壁部121与该复数长线形侧壁部121共同形成一环壁,在本实施例该复数长线形侧壁部121与该复数弧形侧壁部122选择为塑胶材质系一体射出成型包覆在该底板11的长线形边缘110与弧形边缘112,换言之,就是该复数侧壁部12是以多段(即呈不连续状设置)方式一体包射(即一体塑胶射出成型)结合在该底板11的长线形边缘110与弧形边缘112,以构成所述扇框结构1。并该复数弧形侧壁部122彼此之间相间隔一间隙13,于每一间隙13内的底板11的弧形边缘112是没有被前述弧形侧壁部122所包覆,且两相邻弧形侧壁部12之间也没有相连接。所以通过该复数弧形侧壁部12之间之间隙13来提供射出成型的复数侧壁部12具有伸缩的裕度,如此可防止所述侧壁部12射出成型后材料膨胀对底板11的挤压,且还有效减少塑胶包射产生的包裹力及减少该底板11变形的功效。
另外,该复数侧壁部12与该底板11共同界定一容置空间14与一出风口15,该容置空间14系连通该入风口113及该出风口15,该轴筒114与其上的扇轮22是容设在该容置空间14内,其中所述底板11与该复数侧壁部12可为相同材质或不相同材质。
此外,在本发明实际实施时,本发明该扇框结构1的该复数侧壁部12的顶侧与所述离心风扇2的一上板21相组装,所以通过离心风扇2使用本发明的扇框结构1,可令该离心风扇2内的扇轮22其上复数叶片23与该底板11之间的一轴向距离尺寸可维持一定不变,进而能有效稳定离心风扇2的性能。
因此,凭借本发明复数侧壁部12以多段间隔射出成型结合在该底板11外周缘构成所述扇框结构1的设计,使得有效减少所述侧壁部12射出成型的包里力及减少底座结构变形的功效,进而有效防止扇框结构1在射出成型中结构变形。

Claims (4)

1.一种离心式风扇扇框结构,其特征在于:包括一底板与复数侧壁部,该底板的外周缘处射出成型有该复数侧壁部,该复数侧壁部呈不连续状,且该复数侧壁部彼此之间具有一间隙,于该间隙内的该底板的外周缘未被包覆,并该复数侧壁部与该底板共同界定一容置空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心式风扇扇框结构,其特征在于:该复数侧壁部具有复数长线形侧壁部与复数弧形侧壁部,该复数长线形侧壁部与该复数弧形侧壁部共同形成一环壁,且该复数弧形侧壁部彼此之间不相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的离心式风扇扇框结构,其特征在于:该底板与该复数侧壁部为相同材质或不相同材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心式风扇扇框结构,其特征在于:该复数侧壁部为塑胶材质,该底板为金属材质。
