Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects that manual operation is needed to always hold the iron, labor is consumed, the hand is easy to scald due to improper manual operation and certain danger is caused during operation in the mode, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the front and back automatic ironing device for clothing production, which is simple to operate, can save labor and ensure the safety of a user.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a front and back automatic ironing device for formal clothing production, which comprises a shell, wherein one side of the shell is connected with the shell; the shaft lever is rotatably connected in the shell; the shaft lever is connected with the connecting frame; the two sides of the connecting frame are rotatably connected with the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is connected with a pressing plate; the connecting frame is connected with a clothes hanging plate; the shell is provided with a limiting component; the ironing assembly is arranged on the shell.
Preferably, the clothes hanging plate is positioned between the two side pressing plates.
Preferably, the limiting assembly comprises sliding rods, and the upper part of one side of the shell is connected with two sliding rods in a sliding manner; the limiting plate is connected between the two sliding rods; and the extension spring is connected between the sliding rod and the shell.
Preferably, the ironing assembly comprises a sliding bar, the shell is connected with the sliding bar in a sliding way; the compression spring is connected between the sliding strip and the shell; the swinging frame is rotatably connected to the sliding strip; the tail end of the swing frame is connected with the iron bar.
Preferably, the swing frame further comprises a pulling assembly, the pulling assembly comprises a reel, and the reel is connected to the swing frame; the first torsion spring is connected between the reel and the slide bar; the shell is provided with an electric push rod; the telescopic rod of the electric push rod is connected with the first connecting frame; the pull wire is wound on the winding wheel, and the tail end of the pull wire is connected with the first connecting frame.
Preferably, the device also comprises a rotating assembly, the rotating assembly comprises an air cylinder, and the top of the shell is provided with the air cylinder; the inner side wall of the shell is connected with a guide rail; the telescopic rod of the air cylinder is connected with the second connecting frame; the second connecting frame is connected with a sliding block, and the sliding block is in sliding fit with the guide rail; the top plate is connected to the sliding block; the two rotating shafts are connected with the piece shifting disc, and the piece shifting disc is matched with the top plate; and a second torsion spring is connected between the rotating shaft and the connecting frame.
Preferably, the turnover mechanism further comprises a turnover assembly, wherein the turnover assembly comprises a one-way clutch, and the shaft lever is connected with the one-way clutch; the one-way clutch is connected with a roller, and the roller is provided with a guide groove; the connecting rod is connected with on the roof, connecting rod and guide slot sliding fit.
Preferably, the device also comprises an extrusion assembly, the extrusion assembly comprises a connecting plate, and the bottom of the sliding block is connected with the connecting plate; the connecting plate is connected with an inclined plate; the sliding rod on one side of the contact rod is connected with the contact rod; the wedge block is connected to the inclined plate.

1. the ironing machine irons the formal dress through the matching operation of the limiting assembly and the ironing assembly, thereby realizing the effect of ironing the formal dress.
2. The ironing assembly is assisted to operate by pulling the assembly, and the ironing assembly does not need to be operated manually, so that the labor is effectively saved.
3. The iron is only required to be placed and installed normally during operation, the operation is simple, the labor is effectively saved, manual operation is not required to directly hold the iron during operation, and the safety of a user is effectively guaranteed.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
A front and back automatic ironing device for formal clothing production is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a shell 1, a shell 2, a shaft rod 3, a connecting frame 4, a rotating shaft 5, a pressing plate 51, a clothes hanging plate 52, a limiting assembly 6 and an ironing assembly 7, wherein the shell 2 is connected to the right side of the shell 1, the shaft rod 3 is connected to the shell 2 in a rotating mode, the connecting frame 4 is connected to the shaft rod 3, the rotating shaft 5 is connected to the upper side and the lower side of the connecting frame 4 in a rotating mode, the pressing plate 51 is connected to the rotating shaft 5, the clothes hanging plate 52 is connected to the connecting frame 4, and the limiting assembly 6 and the ironing assembly 7 are arranged on the shell 1.
The clothes rail 52 is located between the side pressing plates 51.
The limiting assembly 6 comprises a sliding rod 61, a limiting plate 62 and an extension spring 63, the upper part of the front side of the machine shell 1 is connected with the two sliding rods 61 in a sliding manner, the limiting plate 62 is connected between the two sliding rods 61, and the extension spring 63 is connected between the sliding rods 61 and the machine shell 1.
The ironing assembly 7 comprises a sliding bar 71, a compression spring 72, a swing frame 73 and an iron bar 74, the sliding bar 71 is connected to the front side of the machine case 1 in a sliding manner, the compression spring 72 is connected between the sliding bar 71 and the machine case 1, the swing frame 73 is connected to the sliding bar 71 in a rotating manner, and the iron bar 74 is connected to the tail end of the swing frame 73.
When the clothes needs to be ironed, the device can be used, firstly, a user can pull the upper pressing plate 51 to rotate upwards, then, the user can place the clothes on the lower pressing plate 51, the clothes hanging plate 52 hangs the clothes on the clothes hanging plate, then, the user can twist the swing frame 73 to drive the iron strip 74 to rotate, after the iron strip 74 rotates to be connected with the clothes, the user can pull the sliding strip 71 to drive the iron strip 74 to move leftwards, the compression spring 72 is compressed, the clothes hanging plate 74 can iron the clothes when moving leftwards, when the sliding strip 71 moves leftwards to the limit, the ironing on one side of the clothes hanging plate is finished, then, the user can release the upper pressing plate 51, the upper pressing plate 51 resets under the action of gravity, then release the sliding strip 71, the sliding strip 71 resets under the action of the compression spring 72, then release the swing frame 73, so that the iron strip 74 resets, and after the iron strip 74 resets, can stimulate limiting plate 62 and move forward, extension spring 63 is stretched, when limiting plate 62 removes to no longer holding clamp plate 51, can twist shaft lever 3 and rotate one hundred eighty degrees, shaft lever 3 rotates one hundred eighty degrees and drives all devices above that and rotate one hundred eighty degrees together, rotate the back that finishes, loosen limiting plate 62, limiting plate 62 resets under extension spring 63's effect and carries on spacingly again to clamp plate 51, can press the flat according to the above-mentioned operation right side afterwards, so, just can press the flat to the dress.
Example 2
In addition to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the present invention further includes a pulling assembly 8, the pulling assembly 8 includes a reel 81, a first torsion spring 82, an electric push rod 83, a first connecting frame 84 and a pull wire 85, the reel 81 is connected to the swing frame 73, the first torsion spring 82 is connected between the reel 81 and the slide bar 71, the electric push rod 83 is installed on the rear side of the casing 1, the first connecting frame 84 is connected to a telescopic rod of the electric push rod 83, the pull wire 85 is wound around the reel 81, and the end of the pull wire 85 is connected to the first connecting frame 84.
When the swing frame 73 needs to be pulled to swing, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 83 can be started to extend, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 83 extends to drive the first connecting frame 84 to move leftwards, the first connecting frame 84 moves leftwards to drive the reel 81 to rotate through the pull wire 85, the reel 81 rotates to drive the swing frame 73 to rotate, the first torsion spring 82 is compressed, thereby the iron strip 74 is driven to rotate, when the pull wire 85 is completely pulled out, the iron strip 74 just rotates to be in normal installation contact, then the first connecting frame 84 continues to move leftwards to drive the iron strip 74 to move leftwards through the pull wire 85, so that the iron strip 74 and the swing frame 73 do not need to be pulled manually to move, the manpower is effectively saved, after ironing is good, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 83 is started to retract.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10 and fig. 11, the present invention further includes a rotating assembly 9, the rotating assembly 9 includes a cylinder 91, a guide rail 92, a second connecting frame 93, a slider 94, a top plate 95, a shifting plate 96 and a second torsion spring 97, the cylinder 91 is installed at the top of the housing 2, the guide rail 92 is connected to the right side of the front side wall in the housing 1, the second connecting frame 93 is connected to the telescopic rod of the cylinder 91, the slider 94 is connected to the second connecting frame 93, the slider 94 is in sliding fit with the guide rail 92, the top plate 95 is connected to the slider 94, the shifting plate 96 is connected to each of the two rotating shafts 5, the shifting plate 96 is matched with the top plate 95, and the second torsion spring 97 is connected between the rotating shaft 5 and the connecting frame 4.
When the upper pressing plate 51 needs to be rotated, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 91 can be started to extend to drive the second connecting frame 93 to move leftwards, the second connecting frame 93 moves leftwards to drive the sliding block 94 to move leftwards, the sliding block 94 moves leftwards to drive the top plate 95 to move leftwards, when the top plate 95 moves leftwards to be in contact with the shifting plate 96, the top plate 95 continues to move leftwards to push the shifting plate 96 to rotate, the shifting plate 96 rotates to drive the upper rotating shaft 5 to rotate, the second torsion spring 97 is compressed, the upper rotating shaft 5 rotates to drive the upper pressing plate 51 to rotate, when the pressing plate 51 needs to be reset, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 91 is started to retract, after the shaft rod 3 drives all devices on the shaft to rotate one hundred eighty degrees together, the shifting plate 96 on the other rotating shaft 5 can also face the top plate 95, and therefore, manual operation is not needed to rotate the upper pressing plate 51, and manpower is effectively saved.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the turning device further comprises a turning assembly 10, wherein the turning assembly 10 comprises a one-way clutch 101, a roller 102 and a connecting rod 104, the shaft rod 3 is connected with the one-way clutch 101, the roller 102 is provided with a guide groove 103, the top plate 95 is connected with the connecting rod 104, and the connecting rod 104 is in sliding fit with the guide groove 103.
The slider 94 drives the connecting rod 104 to move leftwards when moving leftwards, after the connecting rod 104 moves leftwards and contacts with the inclined plane of the guide groove 103, the connecting rod 104 continues to move leftwards and drives the roller 102 to rotate through the inclined plane of the guide groove 103, at the moment, the shaft rod 3 cannot rotate under the action of the one-way clutch 101, when the connecting rod 104 moves rightwards and drives the roller 102 to rotate, the roller 102 rotates and drives the shaft rod 3 to rotate, the shaft rod 3 rotates and drives all devices on the shaft rod to rotate together, when the connecting rod 104 moves to be not in contact with the inclined plane of the guide groove 103, the shaft rod 3 just rotates one hundred eighty degrees, therefore, the shaft rod 3 does not need to be rotated manually, and manpower is effectively saved.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the device further comprises an extruding assembly 11, the extruding assembly 11 comprises a connecting plate 111, an inclined plate 112, a contact rod 113 and a wedge block 114, the bottom of the sliding block 94 is connected with the connecting plate 111, the inclined plate 112 is connected to the connecting plate 111, the contact rod 113 is connected to the right sliding rod 61, and the wedge block 114 is connected to the inclined plate 112.
When the slider 94 moves left and right, the connecting plate 111, the sloping plate 112 and the wedge block 114 are driven to move left and right, when the sloping plate 112 moves left to contact with the contact rod 113, the sloping plate 112 continues to move left to push the contact rod 113 to move backward, the contact rod 113 moves backward to drive the limit plate 62 to move backward through the sliding rod 61, the extension spring 63 is compressed, when the contact rod 113 moves to be no longer in contact with the sloping plate 112, the contact rod 113 contacts with the back side of the wedge block 114, when the contact rod 113 moves backward to be no longer in contact with the wedge block 114, the contact rod 113 resets under the action of the extension spring 63, when the wedge block 114 moves right to be in contact with the contact rod 113, the wedge block 114 continues to move backward to push the contact rod 113 to move forward, the contact rod 113 moves forward through the sliding rod 61 to drive the limit plate 62 to move forward, when the limit plate 62 moves forward to be no longer in contact with the pressing plate 51, the connecting rod 104 just moves right to drive the roller 102 to rotate, so, just do not need the manual work to stimulate limiting plate 62 and remove, the effectual manpower of having saved.
