Description

Light ceramsite prepared from incineration fly ash of waste power plant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of building materials, in particular to light ceramsite prepared from incineration fly ash of a refuse power plant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of economy, the urbanization level is gradually improved, a large amount of garbage is generated in cities every year, and the urban garbage incineration treatment has the advantages of sterility, obvious reduction and the like and is widely applied in order to effectively destroy corrosive substances and pathogenic microorganisms in the garbage and reduce the amount of the garbage. Solid residues generated after the incineration treatment of the garbage approximately account for 20-25% of the solid content of the garbage, wherein bottom slag accounts for 15-20%, and fly ash accounts for about 4-5%. The solid residue after incineration and fly ash are treated as another thought problem, the solid residue refers to residue generated by a fire grate system, and at present, slag is mostly used as an admixture of concrete, so that the manufacturing cost of the concrete can be reduced, and the pollution of the slag to the environment can be reduced. The fly ash is mainly produced from a flue gas purification system and a heat recovery system in an incineration system, and the fly ash is mainly treated at present in two categories, namely, the fly ash is taken as waste to be solidified or stabilized and then is buried, and the fly ash is recycled. The fly ash is used as waste to be solidified or stabilized and then is landfilled, so that the treatment cost is high, secondary pollution is easily caused, land resources are occupied, the fly ash cannot be reasonably treated, and more resource waste and cost investment are caused.
Chinese patent CN101905967B discloses a fly ash baked brick prepared by washing domestic garbage incineration fly ash water and a preparation method thereof. The fly ash baked brick consists of 25-35% of water-washed domestic waste incineration fly ash, 45-70% of clay and 5-20% of feldspar by mass. The preparation method comprises 7 steps of domestic garbage incineration fly ash washing treatment, pretreatment before material crushing, raw material aging, raw material molding, green body drying, brick sintering and the like. The patent has complex process and low utilization rate of the waste incineration fly ash.
Ceramsite is a lightweight aggregate produced by foaming in a rotary kiln. It has the features of spherical shape, smooth and hard surface, honeycomb inside, small density, high strength, etc. it may be used to replace common sandstone to prepare light aggregate concrete as water treating filter material, adsorbent, permeable pavement material, culture medium for soilless culture in agriculture and garden, bridge deck, hollow block and other building material.

s3 granulation: conveying the ball-milling powder prepared in the step S2 to a disc spray granulator for granulation;
s4 calcination: and (5) putting the raw material balls prepared in the step (S3) into a rotary kiln for calcining to obtain the light ceramsite.
Preferably, in the method for preparing the light ceramsite by using the fly ash from the incineration of the refuse power plant, in the step S2, the material is ball-milled until the average particle size is less than or equal to 120 micrometers.
Preferably, in the method for preparing the light ceramsite by using the incineration fly ash of the refuse power plant, in the step S3, the water content of the raw material balls is controlled to be 16-20%, and the diameter of the raw material balls is controlled to be 4-16 mm.
Preferably, in the method for preparing the light ceramsite by using the incineration fly ash of the refuse power plant, in the step S4, the calcination temperature is 1180-1280 ℃.
Preferably, in the method for preparing the light ceramsite by using the incineration fly ash of the refuse power plant, in the step S4, the whole kiln time is 40-50 min, and the rotation speed of the kiln is 1.8-2.4 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the incineration fly ash as the main material and the fly ash, the bentonite and the rice chaff as the auxiliary materials to prepare the light ceramsite, and the prepared light ceramsite meets the requirements of LC25 light aggregate concrete and high-strength light aggregate with the density grade of 600 in GB/T17431-.
