Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machining, and particularly relates to a workpiece pallet clamping device which can be used for automatic conveying, automatic feeding and discharging and repeated clamping and positioning of an automatic production line.
Background
In the increasingly mature industrial automation production, particularly in the field of machining, the machining precision of workpieces is higher and higher, the types of workpieces in the same series are more and more, the automation degree is higher and higher, the robot or the mechanical arm replaces a person to complete the feeding and discharging of the workpieces, and if only single-sequence workpiece machining is processed, the process is very simple and easy to realize. However, in the field of increasingly competitive machining, manufacturers usually adopt various and multi-sequence robots or manipulators to automatically feed and discharge materials and perform mixed line machining production in order to reduce cost and improve machining efficiency. If the workpiece is subjected to reference clamping for multiple times, the machining precision of the workpiece is influenced; the robot or the manipulator is used for directly grabbing and feeding and discharging the workpiece in multiple sequences, and the abrasion of the positioning pin hole and the positioning surface of the workpiece is influenced. Therefore, the following tray clamping device is urgently needed in automatic production, workpieces are fixed on the tray, automatic conveying, automatic feeding and discharging and automatic clamping are all based on the tray, and influence on the workpieces is avoided, particularly processing of aluminum alloy workpieces.
For example, aluminum alloy cylinder bodies and cylinder cover workpieces in automobile parts are processed, a plurality of procedures such as surface milling, drilling, boring, reaming and the like are needed in the processing process of the cylinder bodies and the cylinder cover workpieces, and multiple clamping, multiple conveying, multiple loading and unloading are needed. Like the previous multi-process machining of workpieces, one surface of the workpiece is used as a base for conveying, and the other two surfaces are used for guiding, so that the three surfaces are worn; in addition, automatic feeding and discharging are used for grabbing workpieces, and the workpieces are positioned by workpiece pin holes or surfaces, so that the workpiece holes and the surfaces are abraded; especially, multiple devices are subjected to process machining, and multiple clamping is needed; in addition, when the machining of each process needs to change the reference machining, not only the positioning surface and the hole of the workpiece are abraded, but also the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece is influenced, especially the fine machining process. The traditional conveying, positioning and clamping mode is difficult to adapt to the continuous processing production of modern aluminum alloy products.
The problems of how to avoid the influence of repeated positioning and clamping, repeated loading and unloading and positioning reference transformation of an aluminum alloy workpiece on the surface and the precision of the workpiece in modern production and the like need to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pallet clamping device for automatic conveying, automatic feeding and discharging, repeated clamping and positioning of an automatic production line, wherein workpieces only need to be clamped once before being online and disassembled once after being offline, and are not clamped and disassembled any more in the middle process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the pallet clamping device is characterized in that: the device comprises a tray body, wherein a workpiece is connected with an equipment clamp through the tray body;
the top of the tray body is provided with a plurality of positioning blocks to form a positioning surface, and positioning pins are arranged on the outer sides of the positioning blocks; the workpiece is positioned through the matching of the positioning surface and the positioning pin and is fixed with the tray body through the tightening bolt;
the bottom of the tray body is provided with a plurality of bottom surface wear-resistant positioning blocks matched with the equipment clamp, and two adjacent side surfaces of the tray body are provided with side surface wear-resistant positioning blocks matched with the equipment clamp; the tray body and the equipment clamp form three-surface positioning through the bottom surface wear-resistant positioning block and the side surface wear-resistant positioning block;
two opposite side surfaces of the tray body are provided with a plurality of wear-resistant limiting holes and wear-resistant limiting surfaces which are matched with the workpiece moving device.
Preferably, the positioning pins comprise a plurality of positioning round pins and a plurality of positioning diamond pins; all the positioning round pins are positioned on one side of the positioning block, and all the positioning diamond pins are positioned on the other side of the positioning block.
Preferably, the bottom surface wear-resistant positioning block and the side surface wear-resistant positioning block are detachably connected with the tray body.
Further preferably, the side wear-resistant positioning block comprises a left side wear-resistant positioning block and a rear side wear-resistant positioning block; the rear side wear-resistant positioning blocks are symmetrically arranged.
Preferably, the tray is provided with three wear-resistant limiting holes and three wear-resistant limiting surfaces, the connecting lines of the three wear-resistant limiting holes and the wear-resistant limiting surfaces are isosceles triangles, and the perpendicular line is superposed with the central line of the tray body in the length direction.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the pallet clamping device is used for clamping an aluminum alloy workpiece on the clamp for positioning and clamping, so that the abrasion of the surface of the workpiece and a positioning hole caused by directly clamping the aluminum alloy workpiece on the clamp is avoided, the size precision during finish machining is influenced, and the conversion of the whole-line production process is also avoided;
2. clamping the aluminum alloy workpiece on the whole-line logistics roller way through the pallet clamping device for conveying together, so that the bottom surface and the guide surface of the workpiece are prevented from being abraded due to direct conveying of the aluminum alloy workpiece on the whole-line logistics roller way;
3. the pallet clamping device clamps the aluminum alloy workpiece to automatically load and unload the aluminum alloy workpiece inside and outside each process device in the whole line, so that the aluminum alloy workpiece is prevented from being directly and automatically loaded and unloaded inside and outside each process device in the whole line to cause clamping damage to a positioning surface and abrasion to a positioning hole;
4. the production state of each sequence of equipment can be quickly known at any time in whole-line production through a chip device of workpiece information arranged on the bottom surface of the pallet clamping device;
the invention has simple structure and low cost, clamps the aluminum alloy workpiece through each process production of each device of the whole line by the pallet clamping device, not only avoids the influence on the size precision of the workpiece caused by the change of the positioning reference of the workpiece, but also avoids the abrasion of each hole of each surface caused by the direct positioning clamping and the direct conveying and loading and unloading of each device of the whole line because the material performance of the aluminum alloy workpiece is softer than that of a steel part, reduces the rejection rate of finished products of the aluminum alloy workpiece, improves the processing efficiency of the aluminum alloy workpiece, and has great popularization value.

The pallet body of the pallet clamping device comprises a bottom wear-resistant positioning block 7, a left side wear-resistant positioning block 9 and a rear side wear-resistant positioning block 8.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the clamping of the workpiece on the equipment clamp 17 during the processing is actually changed into the clamping of the pallet clamping device on the processing equipment, the invention adopts a three-surface positioning form on the equipment clamp 17, namely, a bottom surface wear-resistant positioning block 7 is in contact positioning with an equipment clamp bottom surface positioning block 19, a left side surface wear-resistant positioning block 9 is in contact positioning with an equipment clamp side surface positioning block 20, and a back side surface wear-resistant positioning block 8 is in contact positioning with an equipment clamp side surface positioning block 22; the right side pushing device 23 and the front side pushing device 21 push against the clamping and top clamping device 18 for clamping.
Due to the adoption of the bottom surface wear-resistant positioning block 7, the left side surface wear-resistant positioning block 9 and the rear side surface wear-resistant positioning block 8, compared with the situation that an aluminum alloy workpiece is directly repeatedly positioned and clamped, the clamping device is more wear-resistant and has better positioning precision, and after the clamping device is used for a certain period, the wear- resistant positioning blocks 7, 8 and 9 can be directly detached and replaced even if worn, so that the pallet clamping device cannot be scrapped; if the aluminum alloy workpiece 1 is directly subjected to repeated positioning and clamping for many times, the previous working procedures are probably not worn, but once the aluminum alloy workpiece is quickly machined into a finished product, the positioning surface or the positioning hole is worn, and the aluminum alloy workpiece can only be discarded if the requirement of the product cannot be met.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pallet clamping device includes a bottom conveying wear-resistant surface 24, left and right conveying guide wear-resistant surfaces 15, front and rear conveying guide wear-resistant surfaces 14, and left and right and front and rear conveying buffer spacer blocks 12, 13; the conveying of the aluminum alloy workpiece 1 on the logistics roller way is actually changed into the logistics conveying of the follow-up pallet clamping device with the aluminum alloy workpiece 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pallet clamping device includes a chip device 10, the chip device 10 is installed on the bottom surface of the pallet clamping device, and process information processed by the previous process equipment is written into the chip device 10 when the process information is automatically fed by a truss 16 or a robot during feeding; the information of the chip device 10 is read and fed back to the background process equipment through the truss 16 or the robot during automatic feeding, and repeated processing of the processes is avoided during parallel processing of the equipment.
