As shown in fig. 4, the position sensor 22 is disposed on the inner tub 2 opposite to the buckle 52, the position sensor 22 is electrically connected to the driving structure, and when the position sensor 22 detects that the sliding block 53 moves in place, the driving structure stops operating, and timely stops tightening the garbage bag, so as to prevent the sliding block 53 from moving excessively. The position sensor 22 may be a contact sensor or a proximity sensor, and can determine whether the slider 53 reaches a predetermined position.

The process of the invention in normal use is as follows:
when a person approaches, the infrared sensor 33 arranged at the top of the outer side of the cover body 3 gives an alarm and transmits a signal to the power structure, the power structure drives the cover body 3 to be opened, the opening and closing sensor 32 transmits the signal of opening the cover body 3 to the ultraviolet disinfection structure 31, and disinfection is stopped; when the person leaves, the infrared sensor 33 stops giving an alarm signal, the power structure stops working, the cover body 3 is closed, the opening and closing sensor 32 transmits a signal of closing the cover body 3 to the ultraviolet disinfection structure 31, and ultraviolet lamp disinfection is started; the operation time of the ultraviolet sterilizing structure 31 is determined according to the time set by the power-off relay.
The process of the invention when sealing is as follows:
when the medical waste capacity in the inner barrel 2 reaches the threshold value of the capacity sensor 21, the capacity sensor 21 gives an alarm, the driving structure is started, the reel 42 is driven to rotate, the reel 42 rotates and winds the pull rope 41, the pull rope 41 pulls the slider 53 to move along the annular groove to the stretching direction of the reset spring 7, the annular ring formed by the sealing rope 51 connected to the slider 53 is driven to contract, the garbage bag is tightened, when the slider 53 reaches a set position and the position sensor 22 detects the reaching position, the position sensor 22 sends a signal to the driving structure, the driving structure cuts off power, the buckle 52 is manually pressed to clamp the sealing rope 51, and the garbage bag, the buckle 52 and the sealing rope 51 are taken out together. Then, the slide block 53 returns to the initial position by the reverse operation driving structure or directly under the pulling force of the return spring 7, and then the new garbage bag, the sealing rope 51 and the buckle 52 are installed at the designated position to enter the normal use state.

The medical trash can of claim 1, wherein: the buckle comprises an annular body, and a limiting portion and a clamping portion which are connected to two ends of the annular body, clamping portions are oppositely arranged in the annular body, and rope threading holes are formed in the annular body corresponding to openings of the clamping portions.
