The sample storage device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the top surface of the housing has a sealing groove, the bottom of the cover plate is inserted into the sealing groove and is fixedly connected to the housing, and the top surface of the cover plate has a slope groove, the slope groove is adjacent to the outlet of the cover plate.
5. The sample storage device for food detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of drying chambers and temperature sensors are further disposed in the carrier chamber, and a surface of the drying chambers is a grid structure.
6. The sample storage device for food detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is a multi-layer structure, and an insulating layer is disposed on an inner wall of the housing.

The sample storage device for food detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein a carrying box is arranged in the fixed cylinder, the top of the carrying box is sealed by a box cover, a pressure lever is fixedly connected to the circumference of the fixed cylinder, a limit switch is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the housing, the sum of the lengths of the pressure lever and the limit switch is greater than the distance between the fixed cylinder and the inner wall of the housing, and the limit switch is electrically connected to the motor.
8. The sample storage device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the limit switch is formed in a hemispherical or triangular shape.
